Why we need Project Management?

Management: It is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization Project Failure: Bad communication between the relevant parties No quality control milestones not being yet overall poor management mismanagement of progress cost getting out of hands In adequate coordination of resources Project Scope "The work that needs to be accomplished to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions. Project scope has a start and end date, possesses unique characteristics or attributes, and produces specific results during the lifecycle. Scope creep is a term which refers to the incremental expansion of the scope of a project, which may include and introduce more requirements that may not have been a part of the initial planning of the project, while nevertheless failing to adjust schedule and budget. There are two distinct ways to separate scope creep management. Business scope creep,Features scope creep.

The Project Life Cycle refers to a logical sequence of activities to accomplish the projects goals or objectives Definition/Initiation Broad direction for the project is provided to the project manager by the sponsors. Goals, project priorities and limits are defined. Scope Statement.
