Challenges Contd
Due to poverty
Others
come with no basic necessities for admission like food, soap, bedding etc.
Some
Child headed household on the increase due to HIV/AIDS US$150 can keep a child at school for one year
Challenges
Due to poor salaries and lack of decent staff houses, we have had high staff turnover. Because we have kept our user fees low, maintaining a medical doctor at the facility has not been realized. Majority of our patients need free medical care services. Lack of a sustainability strategy to meet staff salaries and other maintenance costs. Transporting ill patients has always been a challenge especially for pregnant women as majority of them report very late.
Multipurpose vehicle to facilitate patient transport and facility activities Construction of staff houses An improved filing system to enable better patient records management Public address system that can be used for community education
THANK YOU to Pastor Steve and your Christians, for you have been our inspiration. Your kind donations have helped us restore HOPE to many Enabling us reach out to the suffering; You have increased our Faith and Hope
