Implementing, monitoring and complying with the legal framework of the companies listed in the ASE, which among others comprised: the -as per the prevailing stock exchange laws- legal structuring and implementation of corporate transformations, such as Mergers and acquisitions and Share Capital increases the compliance with the stock exchanges legal framework, the decisions and rulings of the Capital Markets Committee.
