Account Statement against all bills to be provided to all contractors by Accounts Dept. No casting should be stopped in between the concreting. All pre requirements should be checked before the start of the concreting. How ever the concreting can be stopped only in case when there are chances of quality deterioration and if contractor is not following the pre agreed quality norms or if the responsible contractors representative is not present at site. Daily checking during shuttering and reinforcement should be done by DESCON/JSW representative to save time in checking & to avoid any rework. Contractor can start the concreting in late hours also but he will give letter in writing to take responsibility to continue the concreting till completion of concreting job failing which their amount of concreting may be with held. Minimum compressive strength of Brick can be accepted is 75 KG/cm2 below which no bricks should be accepted. No extra rate will be given to contractors for Brick work to our existing contractors except M/S Holdia Const for Guest house & 02 BHK type 2,Sefali Const for 02 BHK type 2 . However extra rate can be given for architectural finishing eg making coping,spring course,cornice etc subject to analysis and approval. No advance shall be given against flooring or sanitary work. It will be governed by the contract.If any contractor does not give acceptance immediately then their work order will be cancelled. However during discussion with contractors following contractors refused to do sanitary,internal plumbing & Flooring jobM/SSefali Construction,M/S Bose Abasion,M/S SRC. It may be off loaded to other agency immediately Rate for outside plaster can be given Rs 110/sqm as 02 coats plastering are being done in 12 mm+ 8 mm thickness. Rebound Hammer test or any other NDT can be done if 28 days cube strength of 03 BHK Duplex one block is not coming as per desired result. We can accept the quality based on rebound hammer test/NDT if by physical inspection of concrete we feel that quality is acceptable. Machineries deployed for bush cleaning should be deployed minimum 240 hrs /month subject to good condition of machine. Machine should be deployed on Sunday also. Poclain should be deployed where extra effort of machine is required and not for cutting small bushes. Dozer should be deployed for small bush cutting to cover more area. Order of Holdia construction for guest house to be expedited . We may give higher rate for brick work and outside plaster subject to analysis and approval. Amendment order of KCC to expedite Structural job & sheeting job of guest dining ,Guest house, Bachelor Accommodation & office to be monitored very closely/to expedite as job is very slow. Empty cement bags in good condition (without cutting of bags) should be returned to store by all contractors failing which Rs. 2/for each bag shall be debited from the account of contractors. Letter to be issued to all contractors regarding this. Planning for hand over of front to electrical contractors should be given by Mr Mukherjee to electrical dept immediately with copy to VP. Fencing of 100m*100 m near weigh bridge to be done for storage of material. Proper MS gate to be provided. Plinth Protection around weigh bridge office to be done. Toilet to be made,Septic tank to be made,Chajja of window to be made by sheet,Path way to be made. Road of weigh bridge to be made ready by 20 Jan. Drainage plan near weigh bridge road to be made One block 02 BHK type 2 of SS Constrction & one block of Kaushik Ghose will be converted to Hospital. It will be propely fenced & connection from OHC to be given. Internal partition to be done as per requirement of OHC. Extra points to be given as required. Monthly requirement of reinforcement steel to be given to Mr Biprashish There should not be any delay in checking the bill of all contractors. Bill movement sheet should be pasted on every bill. Bills should be moved as per bill movement plan as decided. For planning max 02 days,For Engineering max 07 days, again for planning 07 days max. Mr Himangshu Ghosh of Descon will be attached with Planning cell for checking of all bills of contractors. Contractors will submit the bills to planning,Planning will hand over the bills to Engineering, Engineering will check the bills and will return to planning, Planning will check the bill with the help of Mr Himangshu

Ghosh & after checking will forward the bills to VP for his signature and then it will go to accounts through planning. Plinth filling rate to be analysed for bringing soil from outside Ankur. All existing work orders of existing building contractors can be extended up to 31st March 2011 except for Bose Abasion for which time extension may be given up to 30th April 2011. 3rd AC plant room layout to recheck by DMA as it should not come near high finish building of permanent office. Bill should not be hold for 28 days strength or 07 days strength if retention amount is good enough or in case of RA bills subject to equivalent amount can be recovered any time if cube test result is not satisfactory after 28 days. Cube test result can be submitted by contractors in subsequent bill. Y angle & Concertina fixing job is very slow and to expedite. Watch tower to be finished properly Dewatering calculation for STP should be done on volumetric basis of STP area and not on the basis of pump discharge Existing prefabricated office to be strengthened so that top sheet is properly fixed and cost to be recovered from Ambika Enterprises.
