Conclusion/ Recommendation: 1. All possible openings that can cause water leaks had been sealed with regards to the cladding of the LED Billboard. 2. The hypothesis that source of crack was due to heavy load was invalid due to that there were some modules that were broken on the upper and mid part of the LED Billboard. 3. The quality of G1 LED modules is very poor; we recommend requesting another batch of LED modules and replacing the cracked ones. Other concerns: 1. Fan inside led cabinets are installed in wrong orientation Air flows inside the cabinet rather than out, might cause more dust to go inside the modules. Possible cause to introduce more heat inside that might affect the system. 2. Power supply fan inside does not work Heat generated inside the power supply might damage the whole power supply if not ventilated out. Another source of heat inside the cabinet. Recommendation: 1. Change the orientation of fan of the cabinet. Air must go out rather than inside the cabinet to reduce heat inside thus prolonging the life span of the modules as well as the other devices installed inside the cabinet. 2. Fix the fans inside the power supply.
