Leaders and Their Organizations


Climate Leadership Workshop
The Climate Leadership Workshop works with business leaders to effectively identify and interpret the climate in and around the people they manage. These skills allow leaders to better influence and provide guidance for decision making while building a meaningful and empowering atmosphere. Participants focus on four climate-altering dimensions; Basing Decisions on Business Values, Communicating Clearly and Consistently, Connecting to Build Relationships, and Enabling a Learning Environment.

Journey to Personal Leadership Workshop


The Journey to Personal Leadership Workshop explores the link between successful leadership and the alignment of decision making with the business values of the organization. Participants develop practical skills to promote the importance of the individual in enhancing and sustaining a strong corporate culture. Emphasis is placed on developing a deep understanding of values-based decision-making and the articulation of a personal leadership brandyour leadership promise.

Forum on Business Ownership


The Forum on Business Ownership engages business leaders to redefine line of site corporate responsibility as a broader concept based on individual ownership in a global community. The Forum is a discovery process that empowers and allows everyone to take a personal step toward business ownership. Rather than engage in a training about ownership, the Forum offers an ownership experience.

Facilitating Culture Change on Higher Education Campuses


Facilitating Culture Change on Higher Education Campuses explores the links between levels engagement and behavior change. Participants are guided through multiple behavior change theories before drafting their own engagement plans. This training offers strategies that focus people on the creation of a culture that fulfills an intention for change. In considering the why, identifying keystone habits, and enrolling a community of people in contributions that reflect their own interests a new culture will emerge.

Teams and Their Leaders


Teambuilding for Managers
Teambuilding for Managers is an interactive learning experience for managers to heighten their awareness of and develop methods for improving teamwork within their organizations. Participants gain insight into how teams work, what contributes to a healthy and productive team climate and the challenges teams face. Focus is place on developing the leadership skills of each participant including tools and methods that can be use immediately.

Facilitating Meetings
This workshop offers an interactive learning environment to learn how to facilitate productive meetings. Designed for all levels and presentation methods, participants will be instructed on how to apply organizational practices to manage and facilitate meetings effectively. The workshop combines direct instruction with experiential activities and facilitated discussion.

Making Conflict Healthy


This workshop allows participants to examine conflict from a variety of perspectives to build better performing teams and foster innovation. Emphasis is placed on defining root causes of conflict and how to achieve positive, healthy outcomes from difficult situations.

Solving Problems in an Age of Dilemmas


Participants of this workshop build their awareness of possibilities in issue resolution. Each person builds vital skills to identify and approach problems and dilemmas from unique angles. They are taught to use the right tools to tackle the toughest dilemmas effectively. Our approach to helping teams and their leaders solve business dilemmas includes two modules: Applying Creativity to Problems and Decision-Making Approaches for Leaders.

Communication Within Teams


Participants of this workshop develop skills to enhance communication and collaboration skills and better understand how to get the best out of each individual on the team. By utilizing direct instruction, experiential activities and facilitated discussions effective communication is modeled from the onset. Additionally, by leveraging the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, an essential tool for understanding teams and interpersonal dynamics, the workshop provides clear clues regarding individual preferences and behavioral tendencies.

Kitchen Smarts: Using Your Multiple Intelligences
Kitchen Smarts is a workshop designed to help people recognize that they are smart in many ways. Set in a fully functional kitchen using a hands-on approach, Kitchen Smarts provides practical tools and practices to increase all areas of Multiple Intelligences. Participants learn new skills, develop new smarts, and eat a delicious meal.

Brand Your-self: Creating Your Self Brand


Brand Your-self is a highly interactive, workshop designed to focus exclusively on the participant. The workshop participants spend their time heightening self-awareness of the personal strengths, features, and benefits that can and should be leveraged for professional gain. This is done by calling on various disciplines to help each person uncover, create, and articulate his/her personal brand. The signature 3Db Experience will offer an opportunity to bring the personal brand to life in a creative multi-media presentation.

Structured Interviewing
Grounded in the theories behind behavioral interviewing, this workshop teaches a group of techniques for assessing job candidates potential fit from an understanding of their past behaviors. These techniques focus the interview on the candidates ability to describe past situations that reflect the behavior imbedded in the interview questions. In this workshop we promote and teach the skills and process of structured interviewing because it is critical for leadership to align the right skills for a role with the right fit for a culture.
