First Aid Measures DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. If conscious, give 2 glasses of water. Get immediate medical attention. Flush with water at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if eye irritation develops or persists. Wash with soap and water. Immediately remove contaminated clothing. Get medical attention if irritation develops. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse. Remove exposed person to fresh air if adverse effects are observed. Note to physician: Treat symptomatically.
5.
Fire Fighting Measures 248 Deg C, 478.4 Deg F COC (Typical) CO2, dry chemical, or foam. Water can be used to cool and protect exposed material. Recommend wearing self-contained breathing apparatus. Water may cause splattering. Material will float on water. Use water to cool containers exposed to fire.
Unusual Fire & Explosion Toxic fumes, gases or vapors may evolve on burning. Hazards
6.
Accidental Release Measures Personal Protective Equipment must be worn, see Personal Protection Section for PPE recommendations. Ventilate area if spilled in confined space or other poorly ventilated areas. Prevent entry into sewers and waterways. Pick up free liquid for recycle and/or disposal. Residual liquid can be absorbed on inert material. Check under Transportation and Labeling (DOT/CERCLA) and Other Regulatory Information Section (SARA) for hazardous substances to determine regulatory reporting requirements for spills.

-- ACUTE EXPOSURE-Eye Irritation Skin Irritation May cause eye irritation. Does not meet Canadian D2B or EU R36 criteria. Based on data from comp onents or similar materials. May cause skin irritation, based on data from components or similar materials. Not expected to meet EU R38 criteria. Prolonged or repeated contact may cause dermatitis. If material is misted or if vapors are generated from heating, exposure may cause irritation of mucous membranes and the upper respiratory tract. Based on data from components and similar materials. The LD50 in rabbits is > 2000 mg/Kg. Based on data from components or similar materials. Skin absorption of components of this material will cause systemic effects; note toxicity in other sections. High concentrations may cause headaches, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, stupor, other central nervous system effects leading to visual impairment, respiratory failure, unconsciousness and death. The LD50 in rats is > 5000 mg/kg. Based on data from components or similar materials. Ingestion of this material may cause gastrointestinal irritation. Ingestion of this material can result in neurotoxicity. Signs and symptoms include increased sweating of hands and feet, numbness, tingling and weakness in extremities, unsteady gait and decreased reflexes. No data available to indicate product or components may be a skin sensitizer. No data available to indicate product or components may be respiratory sensitizers.

Dermal Toxicity
Inhalation Toxicity
Oral Toxicity
-- CHRONIC EXPOSURE-Chronic Toxicity In a 13 week oral study in rats and mice administered high doses of tricresyl phosphate neurological disturbances were noted. These effects may progress to delayed neurotoxicity characterized by loss of coordination. Daily administration in the diet of rats produced some toxic effects at levels as low as 1500 ppm. In dogs, no discernable toxic effects at 1500 ppm were reported. High levels of this material
in the diet caused degenerative changes in the liver, kidney, adrenal medulla, and thyroid of rats and a decrease in blood prothrombin content in rats and dogs. Carcinogenicity Mutagenicity Reproductive Toxicity Teratogenicity Other No data available to indicate any components present at greater than 0.1% may present a carcinogenic hazard. No data available to indicate product or any components present at greater than 0.1% are mutagenic or genotoxic. No data available to indicate either product or components present at greater than 0.1% that may cause reproductive toxicity. No data available to indicate product or any components contained at greater than 0.1% may cause birth defects. No other health hazards known.
