1) How would you describe yourself?

Ans) Its my pleasure to introduce myself and I want to thank you for giving me such a great opportunity. My name is Dattesh Raghunath Wadkar. About my qualification I have completed my HSC from State Board of Maharashtra, India. To talk about my experience currently working as a waiter for S.J. Abed Catering Group for the past 1 year. Coming to my family back ground, my father is retired and my mother is a housewife. My hobbies are playing football and snooker. 2) How would you describe your ideal job? Ans) An ideal job is a place where I can prove myself as I want and where I can contribute something substantial for the growth of the organization. 3) Why did you choose this career? Ans) Your company offers a range of job opportunities which help people to utilize their to grow professionally. Its a truly dynamic work environment. There's always something new happening which makes the career experience exciting and challenging. 4) What motivates you to do a good job? Ans) I have always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I am in. I desire to excel successfully in both professionally and personally. 5) What goals do you have in your career? Ans) My goals are to pursue a career that will provide me an opportunity to explore my skills, creativity and upgrade my knowledge at each stage, for the development of the organization. 6) How do you plan to achieve these goals? Ans) Goals can be improved with dedication and determination to strive for the target set forth. The vast goals will be achieved by breaking them into small pieces and going forward continuously achieving them as it is said journey to thousand miles start with a single step.

7) What do you know about our company (GHB)? Ans) This was the first lift built in the United Kingdom outside London, where only two others had been installed. There are 201 rooms in the hotel, including 8 singles, 115 standard twin and standard double rooms, 31 sea-view twin and seaview double rooms, 42 "sea-view deluxe" rooms and 4 sea-view suites, including the "Presidential Suite". It offers bespoke conferencing facilities for up to 800 guests. The largest room is the Empress Suite, which has a capacity of 800 guests. It is commonly used as a matrimonial venue for weddings. It was also awarded as one of the 5 star hotels. 8) What exactly do you look for in a job? Ans) I would like to be in a highly responsible position with some knowledge gained during the work experience. Also I aspire to become an inspiring professional where my team and our company are happy to have me as a valuable asset where everyone in the company would recognized me for my achievements in work and where my company would not loose me in any case. 9) What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life? Ans) My strength of being quick learner, self motivator, dedication towards work would be an asset to the organization. 10) What is your greatest strength? Ans) I wouldnt like to say weakness but I like to say scope for improvement that is I won't leave any task in completely, I believe in my self and my hard work. I also believe each mistake is a part of your new learning. 11) What are your greatest strengths? Ans) My Strengths are I can adopt easily in any type of environment. I am hard worker, self motivator and have good leadership skills to manage a team. I am a good listener and quick learner. 13) What do you believe is the most difficult part of being a supervisor of people? Ans) It depends on the situation and the way to handle things. 14) Can you work well under deadlines or pressure? Ans) Yes 15) Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. What were the repercussions? Ans) To begin with there is load of every where. Working under pressure just helps you to prove your ability. With regards to my professional career there where instances which did come up but handled them in a quite easier way. 16) Give me an example of any major problem you faced and how you solved it? Ans) Most of time there were guide lines being given to me. When it comes to problem solving there were times where I did handle things. 17) Have you ever worked with someone that you did not get along with as part of a team? How did you handle that situation Ans) Its not necessary that we always meet good people in our life. The opposite person or the guest. Has all the qualities that align with organization's objective due to which organization is prospering. As per my profession I have not come acrossed any one as such whom I wasnt able to get along, but at the same time did my job that was given to me. 18) How do you feel about the possibility of relocating? Ans) Yes, I am ready to relocate or travel any time and anywhere in the world. Because it will give me opportunities to add more and new things regarding to company.
