    According to scripture, the answer is No.   Whether you’re from the seed of Jacob or a gentile  grafted unto Israel, the instructions apply to Israel (The olive tree) as a whole.  Scripture foretells that the Israelites were in Babylon exile give or take 300 years and there is no  record of one Israelite in scripture performing any duties, offerings or gatherings in reference to  any of the holy feast days.
