Purpose of Test
The purpose of the Oracle Report Manager Test Document is to use Oracle Report Manager (ORM) functionality to generate and Financial Statement Generator (FSG) reports in multiple formats.

Required Prerequisite Test Setup User is required to have access to the Oxbow CRP2 instance, including a User Name and Password. User is expected to have general knowledge of Oxbow business processes and specific understanding of Oxbow specific General Ledger and Accounting functions.
Financial data must be present in General Ledger to fully utilize Report Manager functionality. At least one (1) FSG report must be defined in General Ledger.

Test Procedure
Step 1. Action Open web browser. Navigate to the Oracle CRP2 instance. Enter User Name and Password. Click the Login button. 2. Click the OXBOW CARBON USD GL SUPER USER link. Click the Reports: Financial Report Template Editor link. FSG Templates page appears. Input User Name & Password Expected Results Oracle home page appears. Pass Fail

Click on the Quick Select icon next to the report titled INCOME STATEMENT BY LOB. Leave the Template Selection at Create New. Open the pull-down list next to the Editor field, and select Excel Template Editor. Click on Create.

Document Service window appears. Excel opens with default template.

If an Active X control prompt appears, click on Yes to allow interaction.

Step 9. Action Change template formatting as desirednumber format, row height, column width, borders and shading, etc. WARNING: Do not modify template objects that are tagged with an ampersand (&). Doing so will potentially create errors when the report is run. 10. Once template modifications have been completed, click on the Oracle menu in Excel, and select Upload. Click the checkbox next to Overwrite Existing Template. Click the checkbox next to Enable Drill. Click on Upload. Confirmation window appears. Confirmation window closes. Excel closes. Action Toggle back to the Oracle home page, and click the Reports: Financial Reports Submission link. Click the magnifying glass next to the Report Name field. Click on the Quick Select icon next to the report titled INCOME STATEMENT BY LOB. Click the magnifying glass next to the Period field.
