Procedimiento para la implementacin de E-mail Remittance Advice

Objetivo: Conseguir que el E-mail Remittance Advice sea enviado despus de confirmar un lote de pago, pagos manuales o quickpayments. Prerrequisitos: Servidor IMAP instalado y configurado con una cuenta que utilizar el proceso del Workflow Notification Mailer. Pasos: Paso 1 Responsable SysAdmin Actividad Los clientes pueden aplicar 11i.AP.G patchset, 1986982 or 11i.AP.H patchset, 2145557 or 11i.AP.I patchset, 2266561, and then standalone patch 2290857 (There is no back port of this system to any other version, i.e. 11i.AP.F, 11.03, 10.7). The standalone patch, 2290857 will fix the Workflow setup. Or They can apply 11i.AP.J patchset, 2375849, and then apply patch 3467539 (11.5.9:REIMPLEMENTATION OF THE SEND ACCESS KEY FEATURE), for set up 'WF: GUEST Access to Notification' profile. or Family Pack D, 2629235, which include the fix to the Workflow setup. 2 3 4 SysAdmin SysAdmin SysAdmin Oracle Workflow 2.6, 2032040, debe estar instalado y configurado. Todos los hechos relacionados a la instalacin y configuracin deberian ser registrados (logged) por el grupo de AOL. Iniciar el Workflow Mailer y habilitar profiles Despus se ejecuta el programa concurrente Workflow Agent Listener, usando la responsabilidad sysadmin de WF_DEFERRED o programando el WF_DEFERRED Listener for local inbound agents. Use el Check Event Manager Set up en la responsabilidad Workflow Administrator Web Applications para iniciar el proceso actual de Workflow. Cualquiera de estos procesos iniciar el Workflow Actual para crear el Remittance Advice. Finalmente, cuando el proceso se complete, el Workflow Mailer, enviar el e-mail a la direccin provista en la ventana Supplier Site. Payables Set up En la regin de pago en la ventana Sitio de proveedor, aadir la direccin de e-mail en el campo Remittance advice. No hay validacin en este campo, es decir, cualquiera que sea el valor puesto aqu, ser usado por el WF Mailer como la direccin de e-mail de salida (outbound). NOTA: Asegurarse que se debe de ejecutar el Listener antes de empezar a poner las direcciones de e-mail en la ventana de proveedores para limpiar el que. Si no se limpia el que, entonces para cada evento que no haya sido procesado, se ir a travs del chequeo de la misma regla sin importar la fecha del evento. Por lo tanto tu podras tener e-mails enviados a los proveedores de los pagos que ya les has notificado.

Procedimiento:

1. Entrar a la pgina de Oracle Applications Manager. 2. Navegar a la seccin Workflow Manager.

3. Dar clic en el icono Unavailable de Notification Mailers:

4. En la siguiente pantalla de Service Components se indica que el servicio no est

configurado. Dar clic en el botn Edit:

5. Para los pasos 1 Define y 2 Details dar clic en Next:

6. En el paso 3 Email Servers ir a la seccin Inbound Email Account e indicar los

siguientes datos: Server Name: indicar el nombre del servidor en donde se tiene el IMAP configurado. Por ejemplo: mxscbapl02 Username: indicar el nombre del usuario de workflow en unix. Por ejemplo: wflow Password: indicar la contrasea del usuario de workflow en unix. wkfw25..

7. En esta misma pantalla ir a la seccin Outbound Email Account e indicar lo siguiente:

Server Name: indicar el nombre del servidor en donde se tiene el IMAP configurado. Por ejemplo: mxscbapl02

8. En esta misma pantalla ir a la seccin Email Processing e indicar las carpetas que fueron
creadas: Processes Folder: PROCESS Discard Folder: DISCARD

9. Dar clic en Next.

10. En el paso 4 Message Generation indicar la direccin de correo del usuario dueo de
las notificaciones (oracle) en el campo Reply-to Address. En el campo HTML Agent indicar la ruta del web agent:

15. Dar clic en Finish para completar la instalacin. 16. En el OAM ir a la seccin Applications System > Workflow > Service Components y dar
clic en Container: Workflow Mailer Service:

17. Seleccionar la opcin Start All y dar clic en Go para levantar los servicios:

18. Verificar que el status de los componentes sea Active y que el Workflow Notification
Mailer se encuentre en Running.

ANEXO 1 Para crear las carpetas PROCESS y DISCARD puede ser empleado cualquier cliente de correo (desde unix, Outlook Express, etc.). Para este ejemplo se muestra cmo fue creado desde unix: 1. Abrir la aplicacin de correo. 2. Ir al men Mailbox / New Mailbox. 3. Seleccionar la opcin IMAP Server y a continuacin se van a solicitar los siguientes datos:
