Proposed Time period: 10 12 weeks, subject to scope definition and in-process modifications/enhancements. Package cost (approx.) Variable Cost Depends on the selective module modification, which is beyond the scope of the initial project. Cost analysis can be carried on determining the scope of work involved. Payment terms: 50% signing amount

25% final on completion

Response to requirements: For detailed project plan (if other than that stated above), please furnish: 1. Technical Specifications a. Preferred Operating system. b. Preferred database backend. c. Preferred output devices printers 2. Usage a. No. of users b. Technical Level of users(so that help functions can be made accordingly) c. Connectivity 3. Module testing parametersa. Propose a personnel who can test & validate modules b. Time period between test & validations Project Estimation: 1. Using the information asked above, a complete estimate on time based on modules can be estimated. 2. Spread of application of the system can be estimated on pilot testing of each module. Risk and Exposures to Virus and infringement: 1. Pilot testing can determine the scope of the risk and exposure to unforeseen risks and flaws. Scope of Technical Support: 1. Warranty support for 6 months after final acceptance. 2. Thereafter, Maintenance Agreement can be drawn for future technical support. Framework of Detailed proposal: For detailed proposal/project specifications, below mentioned areas need to discussed and deliberated. 1. Time frame 2. Technical specifications 3.
