I am like you I think Casey thought about the pool and forgot ladder and knew it would not work so
disposed of Caylee some place else. But she had to have been in the yard at one point or the dogs
would not of hit on the spot they did.

Please forgive me for how ignorant I am or have been or will be in the future but I do understand that
this blog once was very interesting to read until we had a big time defection from other blogs into this
one. Everyone used to say whatever they wanted to say- as long as we were discussing the case -then a
few got all babycrying whenever someone didnt agree with their opinions. There is a difference
between insults and opinions based on what you believe- At what point did things get out of hand??? If
you feel someone is bashing you- say what you must and then move on dont keep hashing it over and
over again. This isnt a popularity blog. For those who consider that others are bashing them there are
such blogs where you can go and boo hoo about it or maybe even start your own blog in another area if
that is in fact what you wish to do. But don't come in here boohooing because someone has voiced their
opinion and you feel it was directed at you. Enough already!

Carol, there's no 'feel it was directed at you' issue here. JR is naming direct names in her
bashes...Marie, myself, and others. There's no vagueness about who she is talking to. There is
absolutely no reason for her to treat other people on here the way she does.
Did anyone notice how calm and peaceful this blog was when she was missing for a few weeks? Then
she returned and started her childish bashing and insulting again. Look back at the history on just this
page alone and you'll see ... the altercations have all started with her attitude.

Baez was advised not to hug Casey Anthony. Big deal. You take that little bit of protective gesture and
go wild with it, suggesting that they are intimate. NUTTY. What happened is much the same as Lee
refusing a polygraph or not giving a DNA specimen. You take these little tidbits and run WILD with
them, and it seems like you have the most "fun" when you can create malice with those tiny bits of not-
really-information.
That's what I observe... that you genuinely enjoy the thought of Baez boffing Casey or that Lee "must
be" the baby-daddy because he wouldn't fork over DNA. You enjoy it. You enjoy it the same way as
when Casey was charged with murder. Y'all were cheering!
This isn't a game. A baby is missing. And I don't respect the sheer JOY that some of you take in the
horror of the situation, PLUS the joy you take in adding untrue speculation to it.
If anyone else was considered a suspect, they'd have been arrested. If they want Lee's DNA, they will
subpoena him to provide it. If Baez was boffing Casey Anthony, that's his wife's problem -- not yours --
and has no bearing on the case.
It's pretty simple, overall.

Annie again there are people out there who like to poke at others in order to get them motivated to
perhaps change their tune about an issue. JR always had her own strong opinions about the issues- she
just sees things a bit different than some of you do. Many times she has gone deep into an area to prove
her points. I dont know where JR has been gone lately as I have been travelling running away from this
crazy weather here in England- but I do know this- the issues were discussed without any hazles from
any of the bloggers. Prior to some of the named ones coming in here to cause discordance everyone
was getting along. Again please forgive me for my ignorance but there is no reason why anyone who
blogs here should be offended or feel like they need to GO AWAY just to please some of the bloggers if
in fact they are part of this group. Accept each other for their opinions and move on. Sticks and
stones........

Going back a few months - we had all agreed to disagree-this is just a blog people - we are not here to
do anyone any harm. When we have people ( am assuming we are all people in here- hopefully adults
and not children )come in here and pretty much behave like unruly children its not funny and we are
losing the whole idea of this blog. When you come into these blogs you need to understand that there
will be bloggers who might not understand your point of view or perhap you go too deep into their
view of the case or whatever is happening on any given day. To some, you have allowed other people's
opinion to ruin your day- to others its a fun thing to do. To me it just doesnt make sense to come in here
and watch how the theories just totally get out of hand. If you enjoy doing that - great go find a blog
where others like you enjoy doing that. Dont try to cheapen the concept of this blog by doing what kids
do. We are intelligent adults who enjoy discussing this case at a different level than some of the other
blogs. Once that is understood maybe some of the parties involved will come in here and hopefully
leave their attitudes at the other blog they just come from.

I pray that Tim and the team of thousands find Caylee's remains, if there are any left to find. Hopefully
Casey buried the body and didn't burn it up or leave it for the gators to feed on. What a horrid thought.
BTW, I imagine there are no visits to the jail by anyone on Attorney's orders- seeing as how they all
talk too much and they all sound way toooo kooky when they do. If I were the attorney- NO ONE
(including myself) would say a word- and I wouldn't be all touchy touchy with the client either-
especially with it being against the jail rules and all. Appearances are everything in any case-but
especially one that has the media attention that this one does.

IMHO- that site should be streamed 24/7 into Casey's cell, from now until the day she dies. I do feel
bad for Casey's parents, even Cindy even though she should just stop defending this worthless daughter
she raised. There's an old saying- the apple doesn't fall far from the tree but with that being said I am
sure they never intended Casey to turn out as she did. Maybe if they were to openly call her out and ask
her to tell the truth - ask her to help everyone find Caylee - maybe it would make some difference.

Doesn't read to me like Cindy is "coming to terms" with the realaties of this thing, nor does she sound
as if she is behind Tim Miller and the search going on this weekend. I know Tim has said their
conversations have been amicable, but I think that is a front. I think Cindy see's where the public is
throwing their support and I think deep down its killing her, just like George said. I worry for her, she
really sounds delusional - accusing this girl of "trying to profit from Caylee" --- Cindy is one to talk
about that for sure!

after I saw the post about the phone call from Cindy to her. She was accusing her of profiting off of
Caylee. The only thing on the site then was post about latest in the case. No video & she sells nothing.
She also does not have any advertisements. She appears to be someone just interest in the case. She
also lives in Florida & has been involved in the search everytime they have one. Cindy even went on
local news (I posted link to that video about three days ago) & said she wanted the site shut down. She
never threatened to sue her.

One point to note in all this: it's a simple fact that Cindy DID tamper with/destroy evidence in this case,
which is in itself a crime and keeps changing dates around and such. She's NOT totally innocent in any

looks like baez making last big media blitz before the judge orders a gag on him, he appeared on
Geraldo last night - nothing new though- Objects to the motion filed by the prosecution for the gag
order - denies any sort of improper relationship with Casey- still believes Caylee alive -- not revealing
defense stratagy (looked dazed and confused on this subject IMO) Admits no way Caesy will get a fair
trial in the Orlando area since coverage has been 24/7 (I don't understand why the one motion he hasn't
filed is change of venue???- he's filed plenty of others so he must know how!!!) blah blah blah - I wish
they would shut him up. Even if gag order issued the Sunshine law will still be in effect for any
discovery filed through the clerks office - has to have two public requests and it will be released....
(unless the office filing the information seek special protection through the judge but he has already
ruled once on the side of the 1st ammendment, so I don't know- I think he would still let alot of that
out.)

Annie Mae- we shouldn't if the judge issues a gag order on them - of course that doesn't mean Cindy

To Zool.. What I mean by where is Lee is that he IS or was the closest to Casey. I just think it is odd for
him to not visit her. They know they are being observed so there would be a good reason not to talk
about her "issues", but just to visit to see how she is doing, and being a brother to tell her he does still
love her. I mean, you can hate the person for what they did, but yet do you just let a family member you
are close to, or were close to just sit alone? They know they are being taped. From how close they
were, I just would think he would stop for 5 minutes to just see her. For that matter any family
members. I have to say again, if MY daughter ever did this to my grandaughter, I would never forgive
her, yet I can't say I would stop loving her. It is hard when you, as a mother, remember the little girl she
once was. I understand she is the mother from hell now, but why? I had my first child at 18. I wanted to
party with my friends too but I had a child. However, I do remember my frustrations when all my
friends went out and I had a kid. Again though, I never once even could dream up the possibility of
drugging her so I could go party! I just wanted my Mom to watch her.. She did at times but rarely.
What I don't understand with Casey is that her Mom was totally willing to watch her. She just, to hurt
her Mom, would take the baby with her. She did not want her but it punished her mom. Again what I
can not understand now that I have grandkids I raise, is how Cindy could let her get away with not
bringing that baby home. I mean she LIVED THERE! How could she let a month go by without seeing
her? I don't let a full day go by.
Sorry for my usual ramble and for my double post from last night. I might add, I do not think Tim will
find Caylee. I do think Casey is not as stupid as she makes out. I, and I hope so hope I am wrong, but I
think she burned her little body.
This case caught my attention at first because my grandaughter's name is Kaylee. Same name, different
spelling.
Casey is a sick girl. Not insane, but truly evil and sick. I think I feel the sorriest, next to Caylee, for
George. A nut/killer for a daughter and a mentally ill wife. I DO hope Cindy gets help and again, I am
not sure I would not be as mentally ill as Cindy is if this was one of my kids/grandkids.

BS's opinion of this necklace & the source of leak. He thinks it is total BS. But Padilla thinks it is a

i also feel sorry for casey. clearly, she has a mental disorder. mental illness runs in
my family (i have no family cause of it)
ive felt the effects of it. i feel sorry for her never being able to have a healthy

I think she burned the poor baby personally...that would make it a LOT harder to find (depending on
the degree of burning). She may have simply scattered the ashes in water - there would be no way it
then. Anything remaining would have been buried by her...
The gas cans were certainly used for *something* and it doesn't appear to be for fueling the car.
What kind of horrible, heartless person could do such a thing...it shakes me to the core to know people
like that are out there.

I was struck by a couple of things:
Casey said Caylee's dad's name was Eric, he was buried in KY, and his family was currently in Italy.
(making it as hard a possible to track them down.)
The case workers both noted that Casey kept referring to Caylee as "that child."
The seizure Casey had a few months prior to Caylee's diappearance. Not drug-related according to
Cindy. She was not started on any seizure meds. This sounds like a "pseudoseizure." A conversion
disorder where a person converts stress into a physical symptom. They usually occur after some type of
traumatic event. I sure LE has those hospital records. We see these frequently in my work.
LLEE- I'm afraid you are right. Looks like she's not going to be found. I was so sure they would find
her this weekend.

"Sybil" is very disturbing. I remember about 2 months ago when she first came on this site she was
trying to get Futy to give her a personal email address, as Sybil said she wanted to contact her privately.
I hope Futy didn't do that, or maybe that is why she is out of pocket. I can't imagine Sybil having my

I think some of sybil's messages have been deleted off of twisted mystery. You are right, that made me

talking with Rascal via e-mail & we both say it is not the same guy she fingered before. Alot of things
she said struck me as odd. alot of times other people in family refer to Caylee as the child. Not Caylee,
not my daughter & not my grandaughter. Being in nursing we both have to interact with alot of people
& that is just not how people refer to someone close to them. I have also seen Pseudoseizures but also
saw a patient attempting to fake seizures for attention.

Jo, please do not let some silly websites upset you. They are just electrons posted by people you will
never meet, anonymous people in the ether. The cases are disturbing enough by themselves. There is
enough stress in daily living as it is without more from some artificial source like the internet...it could
affect your health. Just take a deep breath and relax and realize that nothing they say really makes any
difference. If you let people get to you, you are giving them what they want. That's why I have learned
to take a step back and just look at things from a distance, as it were, emotionally where the net is
concerned.
And as for people seeking real life info - ie emails, actual names, etc...don't ever give in to that, anyone.
Your identity is only safe if you keep it to yourself. Once it's out on the net, it's out there...which is why
I always use aliases, never post personal pics of myself or loved ones (other than maybe pets) and
never post my location or phone number or anything of that nature. The internet is full of interesting
people, but it is also full of stalkers, spammers, trolls, pests, identity thieves and mentally ill people.
Never give that kind of info out.
Don't give up yet, searchers! It is still possible to find that baby. I hope they do...but even if they don't,
casey will be in jail for a long stretch whatever the result of all of this. She has committed far too many
crimes now to go free.

Spelling correctly is nice, but not in any way a measure of a person's worth. Nor is typing or bad
grammar.
In my case, my spelling is usually great - but my typing is lousy.
I don't know about heat requirements for incineration of a human being, obviously, but I would assume
that there would be a *lot* less left to hide if a body was burned. I remember a case a few years back -
revolting and chilling as it is - where a man killed his girlfriend and chopped up the body and cooked it
on a small grill he had outside his apartment to destroy the evidence. Those things must get mighty
hot...*shudder*
I figure with the right chemicals added a fire could get far worse than the average wood fire though. I'm
not a chemist...Xing? Any input?

I have been reading this site since the beginning but don't chime in. I thought it was a good time to do
so though because I think people have misunderstood the DCF report. I do not work for DCF but I
work with them alot (we call it DHS here though or CPS) and I think that DCF are writing "the child or
C/V" but I do not think that is necessarly what Casey or Cindy were saying. If you notice they refer to
Casey as the MX (mother) and Cindy as the MGMX (Maternal Grandmother). It is a State ran program
which means they have mandatory ways of writing things. I could be wrong but when I read the report
it did not strike me as weird. Unless I am reading the wrong report or missed it I did not see anywhere
where they mentioned Casey said "the child." I am in no way sticking up for her because she has done
so many other things that show the type of person she is but just thought I would mention I think this
one is just the way the State writes it up.

body. But, it's documented that there is no such thing. The body does not burn up wholly. Even Casey
Anthony knew that. Anyone with enough sense to research Chloroform is sharp enough to know how

I see the bickering is back, too bad. I'm not surprised they didn't find Caylee's body but I am dishearted.
I wonder if there was some type of petition.. that if Casey would come clean, show some remorse and
tell where Caylee is they would reoffer some deal, take off the death penalty and give her chance to
possibly have a life again later, she is only 22. I guess the main thing is rather it was a pure accident, of

Hi! I have been here just"listening" in!!! A couple of thoughts, I am also sooo dissappointed that this
week-end did not find Caylee. I have read another blog,but not responded,however a new blogger on
another site offered an opinion that I thought was very possible,she? felt that the cadaver dogs in the
back yard MAY have been,because either in the cleaning of the car,or the clothes that perhaps things
were hosed off in the back yard,thus the "hits",in the back yard.I have also thought that maybe since
Cindy had said "OH NO NOT ANOTHER ONE", that perhaps there were remains of another baby-
child-miscarriage etc that was removed,prior to LE showing up,and thus the "hits".All of these are

a plastic bag. No one was allowed to view the toys. Toys will be checked to see if they are linked to

I've been trying to keep up with all the information about this case. I'm wondering if it is possible that
the gas in the stolen gas cans could have been used to totally get rid of any evidence - after all cindy
says there is no "evidence". Or, could she have disposed of Caylee away from the Orlando area because

Does anyone else find it odd that police are already saying it is not related to the case. All their other
testing has taken days to weeks to be conclusive. I could see if they came out and said they were not
human remains, but they haven't as far as I have seen. And I don't see how they can dismiss the toys so
quickly because they don't know all of her toys and I have my doubts whether or not the family would

Theres a really easy way to deal with a certain poster, as I mentioned...look for the user pic and just

About miscarriage - it's a possible explanation for "not another one" but I also have to give some
weight to the fact that casey is a massive attention seeker and I have actually known people who seek
attention in such a manner who made false claims of miscarriages and such in the past. It's a good way
to garner some fake sympathy. It's impossible to tell what is the truth with that woman.
Three phrases will haunt me until this case is closed for sure - "Not another one", "they're going to try

Since Caylee "been missing" there has been a tropical storm that caused flooding in that entire area
AND, of course, ever present and ever hungry gators. It has been an very long time anyway - exposed
bodies don't last long in high heat and humidity.
I've never held out hope that a body would be found, but perhaps clues to a burial site (heart on the tree,
etc.)...I'm glad that LE realized very early that their case would be made in discrediting Casey (she's
such a big help in that respect!) and not in finding the body of Caylee. I do hope her remains are found,

evidence. Maybe just read the reports will have all seen from court docs. i don't think that is all they
have either. There was nothing in those reports about garbage bag with stain & maggots. Also what
about the stain on right side of trunk? Guess we'll have to wait & see.

Reporter Tony Pipitone w/ local 6 news has a different theory about when body of Caylee was removed
from trunk of Casey's car. He has analyzed all the text messages & calls made in 2 weeks after Caylee
disappeared. Forensic evidence points to decomposed body being in trunk for up to 2 &1/2 days after
death. I did notice this on the forensic reports that were released earlier & did wonder about it. His
theory is that Casey desposed of body sometime between June 16th & 19th. During this time period
there was 24 times when 3+ hours passed between calls or text messages. This would debunk the
theory about June 27th being the day she may have been removing the child from trunk. Read story, I
found it interesting. This reporter thinks LE should focus on where she was during that time period.

These are ABSOLUTELY true stories.You can look them up,if you so choose-approx 7 years ago a
young lady here in Tucson,a nursing student,apparentlly gave birth to a term infant[young lady was a
nursing student at the Uof A}.This young lady decided to bury this little girl,in the back yardafter
giving birth to her in the house. Her mother,also a nurse,that I worked with every day,discovered
this,when the family dog dragged the remains up on the back patio,the 911 call will haunt me
forever,what would be the great grandmother of the infant was not only a nurse,but an administrative
person,neither of these nurses claimed to know that the young woman was pregnant,even though the
young lady,lived with her mother----had it not been for the family dog this may have gone completely
un detected.I do not feel that I am violating privacy laws,since this was well a part of the news every
day---including her trial---a plea agreement got her 7 years---oh yes--it was found that the infant was
born alive-thus the dirt inhaled in her lungs as she was buried alive..Next scenario-- a young woman
also in Tucson apparently gave birth to a term or near term infant in the bathroom of her family
home-----the infant was discovered by the "grandmother",under the sink.shoved into a 3#coffee can in
the bathroom,this "grandmother also claims that she did not know that her daughter was pregnant!!!!
Thus the safe havens in Tucson-----this happens---babies are born---some we never know about---
maybe just maybe that is why the "OH NO NOT ANOTHER ONE". I could be way off base and again
maybe not.I also think that the new poster on another web site MAY have been on to something when
she? suggested that in the cleaning of KC car items "smelling could have ben hosed off in the back
yard,and thus the "hits"by the cadaver dogs.

Hey folks -
I've been void of commenting hence the chaos over the past few months here, but have popped in from
time to time to see if there's anything newsworthy being discussed.
Anyway... just wanted to point out a couple quick things... According to expert divers, gaters do not
attack under water. They don't open their jaw wide enough while under water because water would
flow in. A few people had commented here that Caylee's body could have been placed in the lake & the
gaters would have eaten here. In my opinion, according to what we know about gaters, that's probably
not the case.
As far as Padilla is concerned...He seems like a personalable kind of guy & has a sweet demeanor, like
a strange, but kinda cool uncle that only shows up at Christmas. However, In my opinion, he's way
overly interested in this case. He came out of nowhere right from the get-go. Everyone was wondering
why a bounty hunter from California would show up in Florida to bond out Casey. Why? Over the past
few months he has gotten more & more involved and it does make one wonder what his motive is. I
definately think he has over stepped his boundaries in this investigation. Why is HE being interviewed?
Why is HE privvy to LE information? All signs point to the fact that he's searching for notoriaty. I think
he should be polygraphed & I also think he should be asked to take a step back. This gag order that was
to be in affect, I believe this might have been directed more toward him than toward the Anthony
family. After all, they want to hear what Cindy will say next. Padilla, on the other hand, is creating
fictional *bombshells* to get his face on NG. This is just my observation of him.
Xing, glad to see you didn't get run out of here with the rest of the original "arm chair investigaters". :-)

I'm pretty sure Caylee is dead, unfortunately, as that is what the evidence in this case leads us to
believe. It is tragic and I wouldn't discount the sighting of Casey w/ the white car and well dressed
man, shovel in hand near the airport in the wooded area, by that man collecting scrap metal. The guy
looks like abit of a weirdo but that doesn't mean what he saw should be discounted. Casey did borrow
a shovel but however that seems pretty dumb...if you were going to bury your dead baby girl would
you ask to borrow a shovel to do the deed...hmmm. I feel her brother or Jesse Grund (well dressed man
w/ Casey near woods sighting) knows something or aided in the removal or burial of the body.
Thanks to the poster of those pictures of Casey. It shows her state of mind when she was early
pregnant (as they were supposedly taken when she was in the early stages of pregnancy). She
definately didn't care about the baby then and we we're told she didn't want the child. Those pix are
proof positive of that. She just loved to party and didn't want any responsibility at all...at any point in
time. Fun first, family later. There are alot of kids out there like that. She had a very nice home
growing up and was very spoiled by the looks of it. I have 3 sons, 22, 18 and 15 and nowhere will you
find pictures of them looking like that while partying w/friends. When they do party they are the
responsible ones that leave early or end up taking care of others. However my neice is similar in
personality to Casey and I see it often right down to the getting out of control w/ partying. She had a
controlling strong father who dictated and a passive sick mother who had a nervous breakdown when
she was young. This type of family situation will lead to problems and I can see them already in
her...she is just 17. You wonder what really went on in Casey Anthony's family home.

Hi! Well just wanted to say that the "other child thing" that I think may be a possibility,I am not giving
up on yet,for several reasons---first the 911 calls msde by Cindy,where you could hear her saying"this
child thing' and not another one.I thinkk it is possible that there was another baby and maybe that is
why LP thought there was a sibling involed in the DNA info.I DO think that Caylee is dead,have never
said otherwise,but I am still going to go with my feelings on this one,until proven wrong.and that is
okay isn't it? Also I do think that there is a possibility that the hosing off of items from the car prior to

mean to themselves... i remember when I got the call in the middle of the nightthat my father had
passed in his sleep unexpectedly a few years ago.. I said a whole lotta mumbo jumbo out loud gathering
my emotions... just little phrases that may not mean anything to anyone but myself.. when human
beings go into shock mode... things cant always be analyzed for posterity.. JMO and you have yours...

Yes I do believe that Cindy could have meant "not another lie",she could have meant not another
almost anything!!! So that is why I think that it IS POSSIBLE that there was possibly another child at
some point,with a less than favorable ouycome. At this point in time,I think almost anything is
possible,except that perhaps Caylee is alive.Other than the forensics that have been released to us,and
the statements of the people that we have,EVERYTHING is just a theory---even the statements may not
be true---just look at the statements of the Anthony's----all of them. We don't know if these friends are

hello everyone and and thank you all. Kaylee weighed in at 8lbs 1oz and 20 1/4 inches long. This is # 4
for us so we are old hands at it now, but its true-there is nothing better.
My little Kaitlyn is here with me today because mommy had to take her new little sister in for her 1st
pediatric visit today. Kaitlyn is close to Caylee Anthonys age and I beleive that is what got me sucked
into this thing originally. That and the fact that on July 8th they determined the new baby's gender and
the name Kaylee was deceided on just as this case was breaking.
I just could not fathom then, nor can I now how anyone could let 31 days pass before this child was
reported missing. I still have trouble with that one. I know there was tension with Cindy and Casey, but
I beleive Cindy knew all too well exactly how Casey was. My daughter lived here with us for the first
two years with Kaitlyn and I can assure you all that 31 days would have NEVER went by without me
seeing that child-even if me and her mother had been fighting. And this Nanny thing------ Kaitlyn has
had various caregivers from time to time depending on our needs and NEVER did I not know exactly
who had her. I had met them, had their phone number and picked her up from them sometimes or they
picked her up from me- I just cannot buy into that Nanny story. It does not make sense that George or
Cindy or Lee or any of the many boyfriends had NEVER seen the babysitter- I'm sorry, but in the real
world, in normal families with small children who require care that just does not happen.
I agree with Marie RN that it is unlikely that Caylee was Casey's first and or only pregnancy. She has
far too many boyfriends and sleeps with them all if the statements given to LE can be believed. I tend
to believe most of those statements but then Marilyn makes a very good point about the company you
keep- I also believe that Marilyn could be right about there being another baby- miscarried or what ever
and maybe that washed from the car is why the dogs hit in the yard. I think it more likely that Casey
had Caylee's little body in that play house at some point, but like Marilyn said ****** it is ALL just
theories. Even LE doesn't have mush more than theories about some of this case because no one close
to the baby will tell the truth. George has come closer to being honest than any of them I think- but
only when he is alone with LE- if Cindy or Casey are around then he sings the same song they sing. Its
sad- Someone should stand up for Caylee's sake.
oh- one more thing- if the Anthony's have evidence this child is alive and they have not given it to LE
so they can go get the baby and bring her home- they should be charged with obstruction - or if they
know she is alive and safe like Casey has said so many times then charge Cindy with making a false
police report. Every damn last one ofthem should be in jail I think- this is just my opinion before I start
getting slammed. And I did feel sorry for George and Cindy back in the beginning- They themselves
changed that with me- the statements they have made and the actions they have taken- They make me
sick and I would not stop to piss on them if they were on fire.....let alone buy their book or send them
money or messages of support. Give me a freaking break!

agreement with everything you said about the case. There is no way a grandmother would not know
who was watching there grandchild & how to get in touch with them. As far as Cindy & all of her
statements to the press I think the state attorney is getting real tired of it. If you read the motion on the
gag order, you can tell he has had it with all of them. I would not be surprised if they charge them with
obstruction before this is over.

Those girls to me don't look at all like Caylee. I really don't think that (if Caylee is alive) would take
her in public. I had a gut feeling from the begining that she is dead.
I think when she took the gas cans from her fathers shed, she used them to burn Caylee, and then buried
the remains, The remains are buried too deep for anyone to ever find anything.
I think that casey left her car at the amscot parking lot and planned to say that her daughter was
kidnapped and her car stolen with her daughter in the car (supposedly alive) but something happened
and she had to make up lie after lie to cover herself. She probably got angry at Caylee for something
and accidentally suffocated her.
When is everyone going to tell the truth? This whole thing sickens me. As a mommy, I am so over
protective and want to know my childres every where bout. I always check references with sitters and
get back up numbers,etc... I also don't believe the nanny story as many of you guys also believe.
As for the father of Caylee... who knows, she had had many partners and probably doesn't even know
herself. She lied to her parents about the dad too if the truth was known. Maybe all the men that slept
with Casey in Nov or Dec 2004 should come forward- why hasn't that happened?
I just hope and pray that this case comes to an end and Casey starts to tell the truth, but I doubt she ever
will and Caylee's remains I doubt will ever be found. Casey is good at hiding evidence. This is such a
horrible and tragic case. Children are innocent and God's most precious gift he can give anyone. It
sickens me that anyone can hurt them, especially a mom.

Rascal, I think Cindy started obstructing justice on Day One, when she said the last time she saw
Caylee was June 9, instead of June 15. She may have wanted to avoid any sicussion of the fight with
Casey. The FBI discovered the photos from June 15 when they did the forensic search on the computer
and found the Father's Day photos. Like she really forgot about spending the day with her Dad and
grand-daughter on Father's Day!
It is interesting how Cindy is trying to control everyone, and everything in this ongoing saga. This
family all lives in some kind of fantasy world, even George, who is very sympathetic, who fell for the
oldest scam in the world.

I have been following this case almost from the beginning. I have a daughter who lives with me with
her 8 month old daughter. I take care of this baby 90% of the time. I have, every night, discussed this
case with my daughter. She said "I bet if if was me you would be telling them every aspect of my life,
my friends and everything".. I told her " you are DAMN RIGHT" I would!!! I would stand by you and
all, but if you ever harmed my granddaugher life as you know it would end. I would be sick. I DO think
Cindy knows what Casey did. I think, as it would be for me, the thought of your child doing this to her
child is so repulsive and sick, that she is pushing it out of her mind. I DO think she knows Caylee is
gone, and that Casey is the one who did it. But again, Casey is her child. I know I would be so sick
knowing my daughter would be capable of doing this, yet you remember them as babies, as young
girls, as your baby! I can understand Cindy in this respect. However, I cannot understand a
grandmother so distraught over a granddaughter she adored, covering for the girl she knows killed her.
Casey is alive. Caylee is not. She needs to defend Caylee and give her a peaceful burial. Casey, I
believe, will get live in prison. TO me, worse that death. I feel for Cindy in a way. You can see the pain
in her face. She looks like she could crack at any second. I feel for George, but really. He is doing
Cindy any favors by allowing her to go on the way she is? Cindy needs major help to deal with losing
her granddaughter and her daughter. Easy for me to say, but at night I do think about if it was me. What
would I do if my Libby went missing and my daughter acted the way Casey was/is? I do know as much
as I love my daughter, i would be totally truthful with the police. If my daughter did what Casey did,
she would have to pay.
To be honest, no matter the outcome my life would be destroyed and I would never be the same person.
I am not sure I could deal with it. So in that respect I truly feel for Cindy. Yet again at the same time,
Casey is an adult. Caylee was a baby and I am sure she at least ever at her age, knew Grandma was the
one person she could trust. That is the part that saddens me so much. Cindy has proven baby Caylee
wrong. So, so sad.

Im counting the days that this is over! the thought of Casey sitting behind a small little cell without the
famous cocky smile you see picture after picture, with a beer hmmm. pretty soon it will be plan old
applejuice, milk, ect, ect nothing more than plain old juice……. Her day will come her party is over,
hope her life is nothing like the one that she was use to. Her mother is pathetic! but we all know that,
and dad will hopefully grow some balls!!! we know that he knows much more, however Cindy seems

*normal* grandmother. But there is something else amiss with Cindy. No one doubts the depth of her
love for Caylee, but why wait 30 days to find out where she was? How long would you let your
daughter take off with your granddaughter and not even be able to talk to her? Cindy is pretty good at
getting her way. There is a reason she didn't push the issue for 30 days.

the police had ever thought to request maybe a sample from say caylees haircuts i know i saved my
kids first few "major" hair cuts i know the root may not be there but maybe a better sample? and also if
casey was such a great mom and cindy said she only got time with caylee when she could why would
Caylees hairbrush be in her bathroom...

Cindy....please stop the madness. Don't you see you have enabled your daughter her entire life and all
of this craziness is a result of her getting away with "murder" since she was a little girl. I have children
too and I share your love for our children, BUT when they are wrong....they are wrong. We cannot
stand up for them and support them when they are wrong; for when we do, we are saying that it is OK
to do bad things and to treat others badly. Please start showing some tough love for your daughter. We
do more harm to them when we allow them to do morally wrong things, such as lying and stealing.
When they are never punished for doing these things, they just get worse and worse. We MUST build
character in our children, especially in this day and age. I sometimes punish my sons, with a belt, and I
in turn have to go into my room and shut the door & have a good cry.....because it hurts me to have to
do this, but in the end I know that I have to do this, so as to teach them what is wrong and what
behavior is not acceptable. Cindy...you hold prayer vigils and you go to church....I am sure you
consider yourself a christian; therefore, I KNOW that you are familiar with the good book...the
BIBLE...and I also KNOW that you understand what it says about raising our children. I will recall a
few verses for you being that you are so overwhelmed these days and your thoughts so cloudy.

Another document showed a sheet of paper taken from Casey's car, that had her name written

These documents also contain disturbing other internet searches, an accusation of a frame up &
allegations of INCEST in the family. Jessie G. told investigators he had heard Casey had been cooking
up a story to frame him for Caylee's murder. He said Casey tried to convince her attorney, with
CINDY's help, that he killed Cayee because of his obsession with her & planted the evidence in the
back of her car. These documents indicate that Casey might have been considering coming clean a
couple of times. On the day she was indicted for murder, she called her attorney from OCSD & hinted
she might help find Caylee. But once she talked to her him she changed her mind.

Marie.. I think I have posted before that I have two grandkids living with me. I am pretty much full
caregiver to my 5 year old grandson. My daughter has my 8 month old granddaughter. She does have
friends I would/am not happy with but they seem to care for my granddaughter. However, I see my
granddaugher every single day! If my daughter leaves before i am awake, I call as soon as I get up. If
she does not come home one night, I call her and make sure I talk to the baby..lol. I do know her sounds
and I make her put her on the phone. So really, one day could go by without me "seeing her", but I
make sure to at least hear her. More than one day and you bring that baby home and YOU juat go out.
The longest I have ever gone without seeing my granddaughter is ONE day! That is the part where I
lose any sympathy for Cindy. 31 days is what blew my mind~ And she lives with Caylee the way I do
with my granddaughter. Even if I didn't, a day would not go by without me calling and wanting to see
her. I can understand Cindy's pain and losing her daughter and granddaughter, but sorry. I already told
my daughter I would turn her in day TWO if she did not produce my granddaughter. No excuse, what
so ever for 31 days!!! And sorry, I would not protect my daughter if she ever hurt my Libby... She
would deserve what the courts would hand down. Would I still love her? yes. I would not however,
protect her at the expense of my granddaughter. I also have a 10 year old granddaughter named Kaylee.
That is what hit home at first. Now it is just that sweet face. I will always see her little face. How can
Cindy lie and deceive for Casey when she is always looking at Caylees's precious face? I just don't get

Lee, I agree with you about the gators. That was my feeling back in August. Also, getting to "know"
Cindy over the past little bit it only makes sense (just my thought) that she will come out with some
horrible excuse re. the computer search on Casey's laptop in March 08 was either one of two things.
Either a stranger broke into the family home and did it and the reason it was not reported to L.E. was
that nobody realized it until weeks later so they figured it was too late for L.E. to get involved or that
momster had told the family before March that people are setting her up for one reason or another.
Either way, it should be a weird and long excuse just as the others have been. Right Cindy? Let's
recap..... computer searching for neck breaking, household weapons,, peroxide, acetone, alcohol, lost
numbers, and ah yes the good old chloraform which we all know where that ended up, IN THE
TRUNK OF MOMSTERS CAR!! We know Cindy, part of the elaborate setup on your daughter.

can properly review them! As far as Sybil goes, I really think she is Cindy - Futy says no, but how can
she know for sure? The manner and direction of her vitriol could only come from one place, in my

Happy Thanksgiving to all :).. Rascal:.. You are right. Casey seems to have had the misguided notion
that the world revolved around her. When her Mom refused to watch Caylee is when she started losing
it. I DO think that is one thing that really might be mentally taking Cindy down. She has to have, and i
am sure Casey told her this, IF she would have watched her, she would still be fine. I say it in that way
because I don't believe Casey would even tell her mom she killed Caylee. But she would blame her for
the girl "missing".. that is she would have watched her so she could party she would not have had to
hire "Zanny", so it is "your" fault she is gone. And I am sure Cindy realizes if she had of watched her
that day, maybe the baby would still be here. Again I use those terms because that is what the so called
family is saying. So I do see Cindy blaming herself, and that is why the lies and deceit on Casey's
behalf.
As to the way she talked to her parents!! GOOD GOSH! If I would have even raised my voice to my
parents I would still be grounded! To use the f words, and all the smart mouthed comment and filthy
language just stunned me way back when I first heard it. Then later, you hear Cindy saying the same
words! I Do use that word now, lol, but only when I am mad and no one is around. I never say it even
around my adult kids. My parents are deceased but I never ever heard either one of the use a word
stronger than damn, and my Mom would really get mad over that one even. So to hear a child/adult talk
that way to their parents stunned me.
Part of me feels for Cindy only because I do think in her messed up brain she knows her daughter killed
Caylee, she feels guilt at not only the way she turned out, but IMO she knows she allowed this
behaviour from the girl probably from day one. The hairbrush and saying that about the dog's
toothbrush says a lot about Cindy as a person. I mean, good gosh! They are trying to find the person
who killed your Caylee and you treat the LE like they did it! Wake up Cindy. You can love your
daughter, yet not condone what she did. And I DO believe she knows exactly what Casey did. I also
think that Cindy and George will divorce when this is over.
Well everyone, I think we need to hug our families! I thought mine was odd until this family showed
up.

Steve, I read the new documents and there is no way this witch is getting off, even if they do not find
Caylee. That baby girl is gone. I really do not think there is enough decency in Casey to say where she
is, she lost that part of being human many years ago. If you read the documents you will see where it
has completely tore this family apart. Her brother Rich's email he tried to talk to Cindy and she can not
even answer him about a Nanny, because Cindy has never seen her, talked to her or knows anything
about her. Yet she sticks up for Casey no matter what. According to Cindy's brother Rich even Cindy's
Mom does not want to talk to Cindy. Cindy's Mom and Dad should not half to go threw this at there
age, this is unforgivable. I do feel sorry for Cindy's Mom Dad, Brother rick and her sisters. But I do not
feel sorry for Cindy when she has enabled her daughter all these years.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow thorists here at Futy's theory farm. I miss Futy's input. I know
that Mr Futy said she would be gone a month with family business, but it seems like its already been a
month...... I just hope all is well for her and her family and she comes back soon!
Get a load of those docs released! Some very interesting stuff- just one of the many things I find most
interesting (and somewhat "odd" given some of the speculation I have seen about Caylee's "paternity")
are the various instances when Casey has "complained" or "reported" to diferent "boyfriends" about
Lee "touching" her????? And then there's the refrence about her telling her Mom and Cindy not
believing her. With all the lies she has told (probably her entire life) how can she expect anyone to
believe anything she says?
Will be very busy over the next few weeks so may not be posting much, but I'll check in from time to
time. I will be traveling with my laptop so iI will be able to keep up with what's happening and I am
sure I can catch some news in LA and Boston both so be well my friends and I'll see ya'll soon!

truth. Your own family that knows you guys so much more than we do states the obvious. They are not
living on another planet like you. They in fact blame you and George for being the parents that you

I HAVE BEEN WATCHING THIS SINCE THE VERY BEGINING. THE GR.MOTHER CALLED
THE POLICE IN FEAR AND FRIGHT EXPLICITY STATING THE CAR SMELLED LIKE A DEAD
BODY WAS IN THE CAR. THIS IS THE ONLY TRUTH GRANNY SAID. THE STORY CHANGED
AFTER GR. TALKED TO CASEY AND CLAIMED PIZZA WAS IN THE CAR FOR A FEW
WEEKS. HEY, MY 5 KIDS LEAVE FOOD IN OUR CAR ONCE IN AWHILE AND PIZZA WAS
LEFT IN THE CAR IN THE BEACK OF THE SUV I KNOW FOR MONTHS. IT WAS IN
BETWEEN THE SEATS. NOT ONE TIME DID ANY OF US SMELL ROTTEN OLD PIZZA.
I REALLY FEEL WITHIN MY GIFT OF PERCEPTION AND CONTACT WITH THE UNKNOWN,
PAST, PRESENT AND FURTURE. I BELIEVE THIS CHILD IS RIGHT UNDER THIER NOSE,
THE BACKYARD. I THINK THE ENTIRE YARD FRONT BACK SIDES AND TEAR DOWN THE

Finally finished watching all of Cindy's interviews because I could only take so much of that woman at
one time. OMG how did that man sit through hours & hours of her insane ranting. Now I understand
why law enforcement officers remove their weapons during interviews. I can't help but wonder what
this agent did to piss off his boss or maybe he just drew the short straw.

Here is a thought and it is just a thought because it really doesn't matter. But...and I admit I haven't read
all the new documents yet...but...after reading the brother Rick's email with the mother on how Cindy
couldn't leave George because he would get half of everything, I am not totally convinced that Cindy
did not tell Casey she was going to put the house in her name. Cindy may have thought some how this
would keep George from getting half of it. Casey may not of been totally lying on this , she may have
had this conversation with her mom at one time and Casey may have opened her mouth about it before
anything was decided, you know trying to make herself look good to her friends. I mean with
everything we have learned about Cindy I think she probably strectches the truth and exagerates just as
much as Casey does. at the very least she was probably having conversations with Casey that parents
probably should keep to themselves, because no matter how old a child is they really should not be
brought into a dispute or discussion about a possible divorce between their own parents. I know this is
hard because I myself have a very close relationship with my mother, she is like my best friend I tell
her everything, well not everything, I never speak of dispute between myself and spouse because I
don't feel it is fair to do to her, it can cause bitter feelings. But anyways just a thought not that it really
matters because if Casey wasn't lying on ths one it is probably the only truth we have herad.
And wow, going on that theory and yes this is just a far fetch thought, more like a joke, but what if the
bomb shell we hear at the trial to make us all go "WOW, now I understand why Casey lied" is that the
Grandmother had Caylee kidnapped because she wanted custody and set up her own daughter to take
the fall. Please don't call me stupid this is just a crazy idea I threw out there to have some fun, I know it
is not the truth.

Does anyone know if they have released a chart with all the ping locations charted as she (Casey)
traveled? And when she was seen coming out of wooded area with neighbor's shovel, what date and
time was that and have they searched that entire area???? Clearly she was burying something? The only
sane one in that family I think is George. Cindy I don't understand, I think she is like Casey almost. But
I she views the authorities as the enemy now, as she is living in this fantasy world and lives on "leads".
They are the enemy cause their sole mission now is to build a case against Casey... and as sick as she
(they) are ... at this point that is all she has left. Also, does anyone know how Casey would have gained
access to those Sawgrass Apt records? Perhaps she was pretending to be a potential tenant and was

A happy and safe weekend to all!! First off, Paprilneff1 she did not in any way outsmart or fool the law.
Just the opposite, they outsmarted her! It seemed to me that they knew her words were not truthful and
with each subject from her not working at Universal to the B.S. with Zanny the nanny they gave her the
rope and she used it on herself. On the drive that they took out together to Universal she did not know
that they had already done there homework and knew she had not worked there in a while. They had
talked to them before the ride they took together. The F.B.I. as well as the detectives on this case
(unfortunately for her) are quite seasoned in what they do. They know all the tricks of the trade and
have used them wisely. They are dotting the I's and Crossing the T's and making it a slam dunk against
her. Who cares that the defense hired Dr. Henry Lee and Kobe to help them. They have to put up as
much of a smokescreen as possible in January but it aint gonna matter! Her own attorney did more
damage to her than help. She will regret not cutting a deal when it was offered but momster couldn't do
that now could she? From the lies that she told to the D.N.A. and everything in between she will be
lucky if she does not get the needle! Regarding the Sawgrass Apts. I think it was just a really horrible
timing situation for Zanaida and her kids when they were looking for a unit in that building. Casey had
friends there and Casey's wheels were spinning in full motion at that point. She gained access to
Zanaida's info somehow when a door was left open stole what she should not have (has become a
professional at that in her life) and used her as the scapegoat. Remember, Zanaida passed her poly and
Casey did not regarding knowing each other at any point in their lives. I think that only Casey knows
the truth about little Caylee whether it was an accident or something far worse and will never give that
up. Not to us, her family, or anyone until the day she dies. Sad but true. Can you imagine what the
Court T.V. ratings are gonna be for this? Count me in!!

If Caylee was under the pool that would be easy to find out. They would have taken te pool down.
There water bill would ave reflected that, easy enough to check. Casey would not have been able to do
this alone. I do not believe she is under the pool.

In Part #5 page #1 of Court Documents after Casey was taken into custody & charged with 1st degree
murder, she said she would be willing to assist LE in finding her daughter, after she talk to her attorney.
At that point, they took her to the OCSD instead of to the jail. She called Baez & he came down to
sheriff's office & talked to her in private, after their conversation she declined to help & was taken to
the jail & booked for murder.
My question, can this be used against her in court to show that she does have knowledge of what
happened & where Caylee is & also to show she has refused to assist in anyway. And does Baez know
the truth?

cindy is wiped out, the donations they are getting can be acounted for you can look the records up...
from what ive read baez usually gets a retainer fee of up to 1500 dollars and then charges hundreds an
hour she was there 5 days a week all day wheres that money coming from or is the state going to end
up paying that debt for her.... along those lines whos paying the experts and the other lawyer that works
for her (the one you can never hear clearly in court hearings!someone buy him a megaphone please!)

A great Sunday to all! Since the story that has been spewed from the family has been "kidnapping" I
am wondering if they might also find on their computer search's related to Maddie Mccann during that
time. Now that would just be too weird now wouldn't it? The only way for Casey and her gang to beat
this rap is for them to get the Los Angeles jury that worked the first O.J. case. But even then my gut
still tells me she has actually 2 chances to beat it...... slim and none!!

hey all - I've been reading, but really haven't had much to add. I know one of you has posted it here,
and i've just missed it, so is there a link to the FBI interviews with George and Cindy. Some of you
seem to have viewed them. I have seen the ones with the Orange County but not FBI. And wow,
Cindy's brother ripped her a new one. I guess he is as frustrated as the rest of us. Cindy's line about "not
being able to divulge any info" is getting tired. What is the issue, there can't be any more damage or
coverage than there is. If they are worried about the "kidnappers" then they wouldn't be on tv daily
screaming about the "kidnapped" granddaughter. Cindy, everyone else realizes you can't burn the
candle from both ends. You can't divulge nonsense to get on tv and not give any cold hard facts and
remain even remotely credible.

break a neck. Months before Caylee disappeared. She knows were Caylee's body is, but like she told

With all the reading I have done, I have yet to see where Casey's car was actually out of gas at the
Amscot. It was towed, and George went to pick it up. He didn't say anything about having to put gas in
it to drive it home. I've always felt she left it there as "bait" hoping it would be stolen - that's why she
left it unlocked with her purse visible. Cindy said that Casey, if she had done anything wrong, would
have driven the car off a cliff, or into a river, not left it parked at Amscot.

The car was locked and purse setting there in open, The tow guy did not have the keys, George
unlocked it at the tow yard. I also think she was hoping someone would steal it and then she would
come up with a new scenario. In the interview I did not hear George say he put gas in the car either.

Casey obviously was buying time for the body to decompose or whatever... Just crazy how she came up
with story after story and lie after lie to her mother on the phone. pretending to be sooo responsible
pretending to work and be such a good friend and Mother... To a "Zanny" that never existed and a to a
child that was dead.... She was getting off doing this crap which makes me sick.... Every time she
strung Cindy along she took extreme pleasure as she hung up her phone.... Had to even start texting
onlycuz she knew she cudnt put caylee on the phone...Cant believe Cindy ate all her crap with a spoon

Well we know Caylee was not in the car at the time the car was towed, There is a lot of cover up in this
case, and Cindy should be charged. To Make the remark I should of given the FBI the dogs tooth brush
tells me a lot. I can not imagine anyone that really wanted to find there Grand Daughter saying such a
thing. To me that makes them both evil. Cindy has done everything but try to tell the truth to find
Caylee. I do not know how George can be with a woman like that, what the hell is he thinking.
