AIM 70-75 percent

Before you read further i would like to suggest that dont aim so low beacause in IPU marking is very lineant so 75-80 percent is easily achievable in most cases.However there are some exemption which we will discuss later. Going on....70-75 percent is not a big deal.We talked with many students in this range of percentage and based on their responses and personality we have following observation. NOTE: These observations are subjective in nature...so there is no assurance of any kind that you are going to score within the range specified.This article can be treated for guidance and fun.

1. Nature,attitude and tension level of 70-75 percent getters

1.1 be cool,chill most of the time, spend time in cantene,take part in various college activities . 1.2 Most important bunk classes to achieve your goal..:) 1.3 Tension level-2-3 out of 10 during normal days and 5-7 during exam days. 1.4 Usually no class notes mantained

2. Percentage of time devoted to study

2.1 During normal days only class study and assignments if in mood 2.2 During exam days 2.2.1 Sessionals/Minors : Study day before exam for4-7 hours depending on the syllabus having some knoweledge intially of the subject learned during class 2.2.2 Semester/Finals: Depands upon your sessional marks i.e out of 25.You have to denote atleast 2-4 days on the paper ahead 2.2.3 Practicals : No need to worry just make sure you know the question and topics exteral teacher is asking and read something.

3. WHAT TO DO 3.1 Make sure you have all the notes given by the teacher at the time of sessional 3.2 Dont forget to scan Last Year Latest papers and solve any new questiona and repeated question 3.3 TRICK (most times work on IPU): Usually any new question that appeared in IPU paper last end term has higher chance to appear in sessional.for ex. If you see that in 2012 end term paper there is a new question that have been not asked previously can appear in first sessional you are going to appear in 2012. 3.4 Trick2(mosly work on IPU): Remember a smart study is one that understand the mind of the examiner while making paper. Here is one very important concept

Suppose you are appearing for end term that is your semester exam then fewthings you have to keep in mind 3.4.1 3rd term sylabus is most imprtant and mostly carries a seperate section in paper.SO NEVER LEAVE 3rd TERM SYLLABUS 3.4.2 Secondly after marking important questions from the previous years papers LOOK FOR QUESTIONS THAT APPEARED IN YOUR SESSIONAlS AND WHICH DONT. Usually the important questions and topics that are not being asked in our sessionals have greater CHANCE OF APPERARING IN YOUR FINAL EXAM. So dont leave that topics that havent been asked in your sessionals and are important. 3.5 Make sure every teacher knows your name or atleast your face no matter how you can make to remember her/him. 3.6 Lastly dont take sessionals too lightly because agar 25 mein se 10 number lage to end term mein lag jaegi.

AIM 75-80 percent

Sessionals/Minors : Usually a week is off before sessional exams.So even if you havent study at all,make some use of this week and dont think of last minute preparation.
