Jeff has a first degree in Mathematics from the University of Upps ala, an M.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering/Control Systems from KTH - Kungliga te kniska hgskolan - (Royal Institute of Technology), Stockholm, Sweden, and a JD f rom UCLA School of Law.
