INFORMATION COLLECTION
1) Sustainability GSKCH collects environmental data to monitor and control its sustainability objectives. This information includes: Load per tonne of production is reported for seven parameters: Chemical oxygen demand (kg) Waste hazardous and nonhazardous (kg) Water (m3) Energy (GJ) CO2 from energy (kg) Boiler/utilities sulphur oxides (SOx) (kg). 2) Occupational Safety Following data is collected for occupational safety: Fatal Accidents Total Recordable Frequency Rate (TRFR) 3) Financial Data Financial data is used to make financial reports which are generated monthly, quarterly and yearly. The data is collected on EFCR (Effective Financial Control and Reporting) guidelines in GSKCH. The two main objectives of EFCR are as follows: i) Creating a streamlined financial controls framework and ii) Speeding up and simplifying our Close process. 4) Management Reports Data for management reports is maintained based on SCOA (Standard Chart of Accounts) guidelines of GSKCH. There are six building blocks to SCOA: 1) Geography
