Dr. Sarhan joined Savannah State University as Dean of the College of Business Administration and Professor of Accounting in .lanuary 1999. Prior to moving to Savannah, he was the KpMG peat Marwick Faculty fellow and Chair of the George W. Daverio School of Accountancy at the University of Akron in Akron Ohio. He is also a Certified Management Accountant. He worked in public accounting and in industry prior to receiving his doctorate. Dr. Sarhan has published numerous articles in academic and practitioner journals and presented his research at academic conferences. He had worked with several companies in manufacturing, service, retailing, and healthcare. His work focused on cost management and activity-based costing system design and implementation.

Dr. Reginald (Reggie) Leseane is the Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems at the College of Business at Savannah State University. He spent 20 years in the military (17 in the Air Force and 3 in the Marine Corps) where he specialized in electronic
surveillance, radio communications, and aircraft weapons systems equipment. During this time he travelled throughout Europe including England, Spain, Germany, and Turkey. After earning a BBA with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Savannah State University he went on to attain an MBA and later a Doctorate in Education from Georgia Southern University specializing in math, science, and technology. Dr. Leseane is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

The G-LIBER personnel and the board members help local Savannah businesses to gain export assistance and help businesses to be internationa ly competitive.
