PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY MISSION SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER, DST/OTS From 11/2005 to 8/13/2010, I worked on a rotational assignment with the Directorate of Science and Technology, Office of Technical Services (DST/OTS) as a Mission Support Administration Officer. DST/OTS Mission Support Administration Officers serve as a focal point for officers assigned to HQS area as well as overseas. My specific duties included: Briefed officers Assisted customers in the setup of operational communications I ensured walk-in officers were assisted in a timely, courteous, and effective manner; and ensured their operational communications needs were met with satisfaction. Work independently in DST/OTS. The Branch Chief and remainder of DST/OTS are located in another office. Establishing an effective rapport with internal and external customers and Mission Support Administration Officers. Demonstrated that I possessed good judgment when facing varied and complex job duties. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY SPECIAL SUPPORT OFFICE PROGRAM AND PLANS OFFICER, NCS/PCAS Since 27 Dec 2004 to 11/2005, I served as a Special Support Office Program and Plans Officer in the National Clandestine Service, Policy and Coordination Action Staff (NCS/PCAS). The Clearance Section is a unique team that serves as the focal point for the entire Intelligence Community regarding the use of intelligence reporting in publications, briefings and demarches. As a clearance officer I was responsible for securely processing, documenting, routing, and accurately (prepare and modify as necessary) responses and evaluations from Collection Management Officers who authorize the sharing of intelligence reporting used in publications, briefings and demarches. My specific duties included: Responsible for responding to accurate and timely intelligence Clearance requests Being an effective office team member of the NCS/PCAS Clearance Unit. Liaison with NCS Collection Management Officers (CMO), internal analysts and external customers Ability to work/meet short deadlines and to resolve conflicting priorities Analyze and respond to verbal inquiries providing definitive and independent answers. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER, NCS/CIS Since 31 Dec 2001 to 24 Dec 2004, I served as an Information Management Support Officer analyst in the National Clandestine Service, Clandestine Information Staff (NCS/CIS. As an analyst I supported the Central Eurasia (CE) Division, Africa (AF) Division, the European (EUR) Division, and the National Resources (NR) Division. Also, I supported the Latin American (LA) Division. I was responsible for accurately analyzing and extracting NCS operational information for the NCS's corporate system, as well as ensuring cables and hard copy documents were correctly filed and retrievable to respond to name traces, CI investigations, Congressional inquiries, along with other operational and Intelligence Community requirements. My specific duties included: Review and process incoming File Opening Requests using proprietary database. Process operational documents into the NCS Records System while maintaining daily document production level as set by management. Review the most current cable traffic and any cables containing Automatic Indexed records. Continue to work the queue backlog. Complete all name traces, as required, and index all appropriate personal and impersonal subjects contained in correspondence, including intelligence reports, between Headquarters and the field. Add additional information per cable traffic. Do file updates, as required. Process hardcopy (paper/non-electronic) documents, as required. Teamwork with Information Management Officers (IMO) and Desk Officers.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY PROGRAM SUPPORT OFFICER, NCS/CIS I provided quality name trace support to area National Clandestine Service desk officers and our external customers. My specific duties included:

Responsible for responding to Name Trace requests from NCS division desk officers, and over 40 other U. S. Government Agencies. Apply a variety of methods to generate name searches on subjects of operational interest against the NCS's name index.

Review name trace results for possible matches to the subject being traced, and select those records that are probably or possibly identifiable with the subject of the name trace request.

Interact with internal and external Agency customers on name trace requirements and quality of service issues. Participate in the Name Trace Duty Officer responsibility-providing afterhours and weekend name trace support on a rotational basis. Tasked as the Branch's duty scheduler, which required me to come up with a schedule of officers to provide weeklong, 24-hour after hour's duty coverage. Tasked to compile monthly statistic for second largest electronically generated name trace customer, demonstrating my flexibility, time management skills, and ability to prioritize workload and office requirements. Analyze and respond to verbal inquiries providing definitive and independent answers.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY TRAINING SUPPORT OFFICER, NCS/HRS The Training Center faced fast breaking growth and adjustments in the volume and content of operational training courses. The Collection Management Officer/Reports (CMO) courses are labor intensive and require large amounts of material-both handouts and exercises. However, by well-developed organizational skills I thoroughly and accurately prepared and organized the material including editing, typing, copying, collating, and assembling binders. Thus, I developed the ability to prioritize my workload and deal with shifting priorities. I served in a two year rotational assignment as the principle assistant to the Course Director for all the (CMO) courses. My specific duties included:
