Preface
In this booklet, we share our deepest thoughts of water and present facts and ideas for you to contemplate. We have covered a broad spectrum of perspectives on water, starting from the scientific to the metaphysical, from the poetic to the spiritual and it was all done in a very simplified manner to give you a taste of the enormity of an element most of us take for granted. We hope this information will inspire you to go deeper into the study of water and see it through a new perspective and honor it, treating water as a sacred part of your life. It is not enough that we merely drink enough water for our health but to also to immerse our bodies in the healing and sacred living waters of the world as frequently as we can. For when we do, we draw in the life-giving essence of God through our pores and circulate it throughout our bodies and out into the world. If ever there was a fountain of youth, it is not in one place, but spread on over 80% of the earths surface the living waters of the world.

Introduction
Quantum physicist are discovering that all matter, including our thoughts, words and music produce distinct vibrational patterns. Their associated wave forms can be seen in water molecules which have been frozen and examined on high powered microscopes. Through his research, Dr. Masaru Emoto of Japan has found that water has an incredible capacity to remember even the most subtle of vibrational patterns of whatever it has been exposed to, and this means that water retains information within its molecular structure. In his latest book The Hidden Messages In Water, Dr. Emoto demonstrates how water exposed to positive expressions, cheerful, loving thoughts and classical music formed exquisite hexagonal crystal patterns within its molecules. Negative expression and heavy metal music revealed highly distorted patterns. Based on Emotos studies, we were inspired to design Water Blessing Labels with positive healing expressions for everyone to use in transforming their drinking water. As we used these labels ourselves, we became aware that small miracles were happening in our lives. We became convinced that water is a powerful message carrier for all beings. Subtle changes in ourselves transform not only the water we drink, but contribute to the waters of the world sending liquid prayers to all living beings.

A humble medicine
No other tonic in the universe is as effective in regulating the functions and health of human beings. Here are some interesting facts: Over half the worlds population is chronically dehydrated. In many people, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger Dehydration metabolism slows down the
One glass of water can eliminate hunger pangs for dieters Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue. 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. . -8-
Humans have always looked for ancient secrets of healing. Artifacts found at ancient sites show that thermal pools and springs were the oldest healing centers on the planet. Our ancestors discovered miracles of physical rejuvenation, relief from pain, and the healing of illnesses at sites which were thought to be sacred because of the mysterious healing properties of water at such locations. Deities and saints have evolved around natural thermal pools and the natural sites first became shrines, then temples, then health retreats which have developed into many of todays therapeutic resort spas. Through the years, physicians have prescribed natural baths for the relief of many physical ailments while psychotherapists, spiritual practitioners and bodyworkers have encouraged soaking in hot springs or pools for emotional healing in conjunction with other therapies. From a purely scientific perspective, water is a delivery system that provides nutrients and removes toxins. But from an emotional and spiritual perspective, water is the healing medium which interfaces between the inner world and the outer world. By using ritual and ceremony in the bathing process such as is regularly done in natural settings, one can rid their emotional body of toxins that cause illnesses. Mineral, herbal, and nutritional solutions added to your home bathtub can provide the body with some of the vital elements of health but only soaking in unaltered natural waters can provide the most powerful emotional and spiritual healing therapy communion with Mother Earths ancient healing miracle of "the well." If you have no access to natural pools and springs, soaking in your home tub will also soften connective tissue, increase collagen, decrease joint pain, provide relief from muscle pain, muscle spasms and cramps, reduce toxins from the cells, reduce nervous stress, stimulate the immune system, and promote relaxation and recovery. -13-
spiritual bathing
We seek a path that takes us closer to a relationship with God. We look for ways to feel at peace inside as we seek respite from the confusion and chaos of our lives outside. Bathing allows us to be transported to holy places, opening passages to our inner knowing, our intuition and our connections to all living beings. In the time it takes to release the stresses of the outside world and accept the peace of the inner worlds, we have experienced sacred rites of passage that change us forever. All humans experience a closeness to the Divine when they bath individually, with another or communally. Immersion is the equivalent, at the human level, of death at the cosmic level, of the cataclysm (the Flood) which peridoically dissolves the world into primeval ocean, writes Mircea Eliade, Water possesses the power of purifying, of regenerating, of giving new birth... because it nullifies the past and restores the integrity of the dawn of things. We think this is also because of the messages carried in the water messages that influence our DNA. To immerse in water is one method of receiving the messages in water. Sweating, splashing, anointing, sprinkling are some other ways to experience sacred transformation. When we call upon the power of water to clean the past and restore the balance, symbolic representations of water are just as powerful as the liquid God energy we drink, bathe in and observe through rain, fog or steam. The many faces of God are present in the many faces of water and all transport human experience through the pores of consciousness to the River of Love. -14-
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent the affects of environmental toxins from contaminating our bodies, but we can counter the affects by maintaining adequate mineral levels . Minerals absorbed through the skin while bathing or soaking improve the bodys electrical system, increasing its ability to transmit healing vibrations throughout the cells which move toxins out through the skin and the elimination system. Sea salts and other mixtures which include calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, silica, sodium, magnesium and other trace minerals strengthen electro-magnetic resonance in the water which allows the minerals to easily conduct through the skin optimizing the bodys ability to defend itself against pollution, toxins, stress and infections.
Mineral Baths
Pollution clogs the air we breathe, making too many positive ions which trap oxygen and make it unavailable for adequate breath. Positive ions are larger particles which are not as easily absorbed through the lungs. We dont get a full restorative breath of air when too many positive ions are present in the air. This can zap the body of health and vitality. The energy in moving water releases huge quantities of negative ions which break up the large positive ion molecules producing an aerosole of smaller negatively charged particles and making the oxygen more accessible and easier to breath, allowing deep regenerative breaths of air. The minerals present in negatively charged sea water penetrate into the bloodstream immediately through the skin and rebalances and detoxifies the whole body. The ocean plants are natural antiseptics and their presence in the water balances the thyroid gland, making bathing in kelp beds extremely healing. Sea water enhances the regeneration of cells and tissue, and also balances the emotional system. Dead Sea salts added to the bath will produce similar benefits if you cannot bathe in the ocean.

As mentioned above, negative ions produced by moving water can reinvigorate the body, mind and spirit. Beginning with a hot shower helps the pores to open and release toxins. Rubbing minerals on the skin at this stage will move vital nutrients into the circulatory system immediately. As you continue to enjoy the water spraying over your body, gradually decrease the temperature so it will further refresh and stimulate the circulation and close the pores. This process activates the energy meridians in the body and allows the chi to flow more easily throughout all systems. -15-
Historic Roman Bath, Turkish Bath and the Hammam were three types of baths that encouraged people to gather and use the bathing time for socializing as well as cleansing. People throughout history have had a deep fascination with social bathing which eventually took on religious significance in especially in Islamic countries. The hamman is a place where men and women bathe separately and have opportunities to feel comfortable and friendly with their peers as they eat, celebrate and cleanse. Today, you may encounter an attendant who will bathe you while you sit on a stool and receive all the attention, which usually involves a shampoo, a massage and deep, vigorous scrubbing. The Turkish bath involves more time lounging in the steam or fog, similar to saunas with the scrubbing and massaging process following your complete release and relaxation from the steam. Today there is practically nowhere in North America where public baths are in operation due to strict sanitation and moral codes. However in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, communal bathing is as much a religious and social experience as any other types of spiritual practices. To recreate the hammam experience in your own home, bring an oriental carpet into your bathroom, fill the tub with extremely hot water and close the doors and windows to allow the steam to build up in the room. You can use music of North Africa, Sufi, Islamic or other indigenous music. Make sure there is adequate room for yourself and the others you have invited in. Talk, pray, relax. Take turns climbing into the tub and scrub each other and wash each others hair. Massage each person or use a loofah sponge. Sip mint tea or Turkish coffee. Bathing generally activates hunger. Have some food to nibble on as you relax and enjoy the experience. There are many ways to participate in the process of sweating impurities. The Native Americans used sweat lodges which are low domed structures covered with blankets, leaves, mud or rocks, in which heated rocks are brought into the center as the participants sit unclothed around the center circle. As water is splashed on the rocks, intensely heated steam is created and permeates the skin producing effusive sweating. Usually, the particpant journeys during this cleansing bath. After a sweat, many participants jump into a cold running stream to finish the process. Northern Europeans developed the sauna, which is much the same process with hot lava rocks and cedar switches to sting the skin and make it more receptive to the healing vapor. During the sauna and afterwards, it is a common practice to run outside naked into the snow and roll around to cool the body. This closes the pores and invigorates the senses. Whatever sweat method you choose, the affects are deeply cleansing and spiritually transforming. -16-
SACRED WATER
by Vitaliy Geyman I kneel before you in my darkest night I pray with you in my brightest moments You touch my skin and penetrate my soul Humble, open, utterly defenseless, With every drop, I wash away illusions of my mind Like dew drops on my eye lids You help me see the truth My eyes are open wide, transparent, clear, nothing left to hide My dearest friend, you soothe me with your gentle touch Your sweet caress helps me find peace inside. Oh how I rejoice watching you dance in the sun light! A perfect image, a sincere reflection of the divine in us all.

SACRED WATER
Could it be that water, the common denominator connecting all life, is also the common denominator connecting all religions?
THE HOLY ORDER OF WATER
William E. Marks
Water that seeps or rushes forth from the rocky crevasses at its mountain source is imprinted with the vibrations of the plants, rocks, soil, trees and all life forms of that place. As it flows it carries with it, the perfectly preserved essence of its secret birthplace and acquires more along the way. All who find and drink from sacred wellsprings are rewarded with spiritual nourishment from the Earth Mother a drink of water which has not been altered by thought or deed but carries the frequency of creation itself. Sacred pools contain the pure water that has traveled over natural terrain. Because the pools maintain vibrations of the pure energy of creation from Earth Mother, these sacred places of the world are often used for baptisms, healing, rites of passage and birthing. Most religions today use sacred or holy water in their rites. We believe the ancients understood the concept of blessing the water to transform its molecular structure, thus turning it into medicine to heal, transform and bless the receiver. All water can be made sacred by infusing a sacrament into the liquid water braids where two spiralling vortexes wrap together, for it is there you will find the energy of implosion water creating energy and energy creating life -19-

FLOWFORMS WATERBRAIDS
Moving water is healthy water. It holds resonance and vibrational patterns and conducts electrochemical responses. When water is allowed to flow, it creates vortexes that help it to oxygenate and clean itself of bacteria and toxins, revitalizing all it comes into contact with. Even the smallest flows will create these patterns as they move along through and on top of sand, soil, rocks and other obstructions. Water that stands in one place without movement becomes deactivated and contaminated. Water that has lost its ability to flow a natural course through rocks and natural obstructions is depleted and lacking in vital restorative minerals and nutrients. This is why water which flows as a result of deforestation or roadbuilding and is channeled away from its natural courses in natural places is water that has lost its vitality. Water needs to be able to clean itself and regenerate electromagetic charges as it encounters a gentle flowing course. Water delivered through the pipes into our homes has lost its life and needs to be stirred or agitated before it can begin to restructure itself into a healing, nutritional life-generating essence. Restructured domestic water improves the health of humans, pets and gardens or houseplants.
