2. On September 26, 2012 while going to the Courtroom of State of Indi ana Superi or Court Judge Reid in
the civil case Taitz et a!. v The Secretary o[State o(lndiana Case No.: 49D 14- 1203-Ml -0 12046 hearing in
Indi anapoli s Indiana in the matter of Ballot Access for BARACK OBAMA in Indiana, at which l am a material
witness as to his Indonesian identity according to the lJ .S. State Department records for his mother, and being an
experienced process server Dr. Orly Taitz DDS, Esq. directed that l effect personal service of documents in a
Mississippi Federal Case according to the Federal Rul es for Civil Procedure (FRCvP) with a copy of
The Summons dated September 24, 2012 by the Clerk of the Court J.T. Noblin signed by deputy

3. That on September 26,2012, Affitmant told Dr. Taitz that "1 would be in Chicago Jllinoisfor a 6 hour
layover in transit to the city of New York, and that 1 would ascertain what the actual physical address of
OBAMA FOR AMERiCA National Headquarters (OFA) is there in Chicago for the Barack Obama Campaign
and duly serve it ... " with the aboveforcmentioncd Summons and Complaint upon both the indi vidual BARACK
OBAMA at his actual domicile in Chicago Illinois located at his residence 5046 South Greenwood Avenue and
the OF A headquart ers and OF A too.
4. That on September 27, 2012 Affinnant arrived at Chicago Union Station after 2 pm and upon obtaining
an internet service connection there downloaded a fil e copy of the aboveforementi oned Summons and
Compl ai nt and made four (4) copies at a copy store nearby and proceeded to place each Summons and
Compl aint as a package set in a separate 9 by 12 clasp envelope and wrote the name of the Defendant recipient
along with the published address for each and writing in capital letters at the lower left corner " URGENT
LEGAL SERVICE".
5. On September 27, 2012, at 3:30PM. Affi nnant proceeded to the last known publi shed address for OFA
at 300 West Adams Street lOth Floor two blocks from Union Station a ~ . : r u s s tht: Adams Sttct:t Bridge and
whereat Affirmant proceeded to the 1 0

h Floor where the only tenant is "TEACH FOR AMERiCA" and whose
recepti onist said "that OFA is no longer in this space, does not l..'71ow where OFA moved to" and directed me to
the lobby security, and then Affirmant went to the Lobby where I spoke with the Security concierge on duty a
Mr. "Robert Johnson", a black male of medium build in unif01m, who went onto the management computer and
gave me the forwarding address of OFA as 300 East Randolph Street out near Lake Michigan; and
6. Then on September 27, 201 2, Affinnant obtained a Taxi and at about 4:00 PM arri ved at 300 East
Randolph Street wherein the Lobby the Security Concierge directed Affirmant to the NEW locati on of OFA at
"One Prudential Plaza two buildings down Randolph" where Affirmant walked to 130 East Randolph Street;and
7. when at 4:10PM Affirmant went to the mezzani ne level Security concierge for One Prudential Plaza
who inf01med Affi rmant "that OFA is not open to the public"; however, she called OF A up on the 6

directed me to wait for an employee of OFA to come down to pickup the service del ivery, and

8. Then at 4:20 PM a Caucasian male of slight build 5' 7" with short brown hair parted and combed to the
ri ght named "Dan" arri ved and accepted service for OF A.
9. Then at 4:25PM Affinnant left the Prudential Plaza and went back down to Randolph Street hail ed a
taxi with the name "CHOICE Taxi Service" and whose driver with initials "MD." agreed to take me to 5046
South Greenwood Avenue, about twenty minutes away to the south round trip back to ncar Union Station; and
10. Then at about 4:50PM the Taxi arrived within two blocks ofthe address ... 5046 South Greenwood
A venue ... that was barricaded all around in one block in all directions and M.D. proceeded to drop me off two
blocks north of the service address on South Greenwood and said to me that he " ... would not be able to get
closer as the wrveillance is so tight that were he to allempt to do so the Secret Service would contact the Cab
company and investigate and cause all sort of income loss and waste his time if he got any closer"; and with thi s
warning Affinnant asked the cabby to keep the travel bag and computer bag in the Taxi with him as Affinnant
did not want to have them confiscated and in that Affirmant was to catch a train back to New York and do not
want to be delayed; and M.D. agreed on the terms that Affirmant would pay for the waiting time.
11 . Affirmant got out of the Taxi and walked to tht: cuocrt:tt: porta bit: baniers barricade placed on the public
roadway on South Greenwood Avenue , where Affi rmant could see no cars parked anywhere within two blocks
as Affi rmant approached on foot down the avenue si dewalk except for an unmarked car wi th cameras running;
and that at the batTicade Affumant could see what appeared as a uniformed officer (Agent) and three persons
dressed in black without markings with a leashed German Sheppard dog; and when
12. Affi rmant reached the barricade the uniformed person Caucasian male 5' 1 0" 33 years of age medium
husky build blonde hair ruddy pockmarked face wore body armor had a Glock autoloading pi stol, attack pepper
spray, cuffs, communications equipment and Secret Service badge without a number attached to his belt, there
stopped Affinnant from passing and stated that the Agent could not allow Affinnant to pass under any
circumstance, and Affinnant told the Agent that Affirmant am "a legal process server with court papers to
serve at 5046 South Greenwood" and Affi nnant pointed to the residence of defendant Barack Obama, and to wit
the Agent said Affi tmant "may not pass even with a good excuse", and at which time Affmnant asked if the

Agent is "a Federal Officer working for Barack Obama?" and the Agent stated be "is part of the Secret Service
detail assigned to Mr. Obama"; and at which time
13. Affirmant asked the Agent for his name and he declined to provide it and therefore Affi nnant stated to
the unnamed Agent that therefore, He "is Mr. Obama 's Agent" and Affirmant presented the Agent with the
Service Envelope by handing the Envelope with the Summons and Complaint to Mr. Obama' s Agent who
dropped it upon presentation at his feet; and
14. Then at whi ch time Affirmant stated "the Agent has been duly served", and Affirmant turned and
walked away without further statement leaving the Service Envelope at the Agent' s feet, and when Affirrnant
had reached about twenty feet away in the direction of my retum to the Taxi two blocks north, the Agent said
"halt do not move any jitrther, obey my lawful order or else I will have you arrested for littering ... return
immediately and pickup the paper that you dropped!" ; and then
15. not wishing to be shot in the back or arrested Affirmant turned around and retumed to the barrier in the
pub! ic street and again stated to the red faced Agent "that you have been duly served, and that I never littered
you have dropped the envelope when I presented it, it was not me who dropped it, it wus yuu!" anti al whi l:h
time, the Agent again ordered Affirmant to "pick it up!!", and
16. To wi t Affmnant stated "Noll it is yours.", and demanded Agent' s "name and badge number", and to
wit Agent refused to give his name or badge number then wanted to see my State identification papers, and
Affim1ant stated " I have a Veteran 's Jd card only with my photo!" and Affumant handed the Veteran's ID to
the Agent, and with the ID in his hand the Agent stated that "this is not sufficient!" and to wit Affirmant said
"well that will have to do unless you are prepared to arrest me for not having a State ID!" and then
17. At which time the Agent called for supervision, and five minutes later the Secret Service supervisor, a
Caucasian male about 48 years old, arrived with brown hair medium muscular build 6' 1" tall wearing body
armor a side arm and badge on his belt without a number, who when Affirmant demanded his name and badge
number reluctantly said his name is "Frank Loveridge" (Supervisor, Frank) and that He does not give out his
badge number, and at which time the Agent banded Affirmant 's Veteran's ID to his supervisor; and

18. That the Supervisor, Frank asked Affirmant "why are you here?" to wit Affi rmant said "1 am serving
court documents that were ordered to be served by a court judge", and to wit Frank stated smugly "a state judge
has no jurisdiction here!" and to wit Affirmant stated "it is a Federal District Judge from Mississippi!" and to
wit Frank said "well 1 guess a Federal Judge has jurisdiction here in lllinois. " to wit Affinnant sa id "legal
papers even from a State Court have reciprocity as a matter of f ull faith and credit .. " and to wit Frank called a
central Secret Service office over hi s communications device and gave my name "Christopher Strun/(' as shown
on the Veteran's 10, and also requested I give my birth date for a background check, and to wit 1 s aid my birth
date and gave my middle name that starts with "E", to which Frank relayed the informat ion by his walkie talkie
device, and said to me that "this will take several minutes do not go anywhere .. . "
19. Whil e waiting Affirmant saw a car dr iven by a casually dressed couple enter through past the batTier
that was checked by the dog handlers in black paj amas ..
20. I said to Frank paraphrase "what gives him the right to close a public street this is not Federal
Property?", and that did Frank know that "this drill is giving the neighbors a fit of inconvenience and that did
(frank) know he was also guarding the residenr.;e uf u wnvir.;ted mafia criminal residence family who had
arranged f or his attorney Barack Obama to purchase 5046 South Greenwood (TONY REZKO and a STATE
JUDGE who created a real propett y trust) and li ves next door to 5046 here too ?" and to wit Frank stated he
does "not wish to discuss the matter" and that the Street is designated as a special district and gave a long
winded title with acronym that sounded li ke Greek to me and Frank pointed to the sign posted near the barrier.
2 1. That while waiting for the return of the Veteran's ID now in Frank' s hand, Affirmant again requested
the name of the Agent who was standing next to Frank, and to wit the Agent said, with some prodding from
Frank, "John Graf ' and that he (John) "does not give out his badge number " either.
22. That at thi s time a uni formed Chicago Police Officer, black male around 6' 0" arrived and confronted
Affirmant to ascertai n if Affirmant had "thrown something and assaulted the officer?" to wit I said "NO!, 1 am
merely a process server here to do my duty that 1 am paid for and that 1 presented the service to the defendant's
agent and left" .. To wit John said that 1 "had assaulted" him, and to wit Affitmant stated that "when I presented
the service envelope it had touched him and he dropped it to the ground, 1 did not '' throw" anything, That

'thrown ' is a word invention .. " by the Chicago police officer or the Agent who called the Chicago police in this
matter . . . , and to wit the Chicago policeman said he "has jurisdiction here.", and Frank inte1j ected "he does and
you better be polite or else he will arrest you", and to wit Affinnant said to all of them again that Affinnant is "a
process sever who bas dul y attempted service, and it was accepted in the manner prescribed by law by Obama' s'
Agent" paraphrase to the best of my information and belief; and
23. to wit Frank stated "we are not to accept mail here." and to wit Affi nnant stated "1 am not a 'mailman ' 1
am a legal process server!" and that then Frank stated that Barack Obama does not li ve here he li ves in
Washington DC and to wit Affinnant stated paraphrase, "1 am not here to serve the President per se, 1 am to
serve the individual BARACK OBAMA at his domicile as it appears on all his ballot certifications, and that if
you tell me that there is no way that mail will be delivered here I will also sen1e Barack Obama at the White
House too at your suggestion .. " and
24. For the information of to whom it may concern Affi rmant has had several court cases with attempts to
serve Barack Obama at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW including a try to make an appointment for service with
White Uouse Counsel and none have been successful by no less than 5 attempts resulting in US Mail service.
25. Then' after 20 minutes or so, Frank after many back and forth walkie talkie conversations, received a
"verification" of Affinnant 's background, and detainee was cleared for release, and Frank handed back
Affinnant 's Veteran' s ID: and
26. Then Frank said, "i s that all you want to do to verify that you attempted service?" Affinnant said (now
that the Secret Service have a written record of my attempt on fil e) "yes, will he (John) take it now?", to wit
John and Frank both said "NO!", and that Frank said to me as an aside, ''just put in your report that John Graf
refused to accept service", to wit Affirmant, said paraphrase "this will all go into the permanent record."; and
27. At 5:25PM Affirmant having created a record for attempt of service with ID in hand walked north on
South Greenwood two blocks where M.D. the Taxi driver was parked on a side street; and wherein reli eved to
see me, M.D. the Taxi dri ver on the way back said he "was worried about me and was !ty ing to figure out what
to do with my bags and how to report my disappearance to the dispatcher who he had called. "

28. At 4:40 PM the Taxi driver gave me a written receipt and dropped Affirmant off at the US Post Office
south of Union Station on Canal Street where Affirmant effected alternative personal service by US First Class
Mail to Defendants BARACK OBAMA and OBAMA FOR AMERICA (see attachments) as follows:
