Do use good quality photos , submitted as large JPEG or TIFFfiles on CD (write students name on CD). Do attach a piece of paper with your name, your students or businesses names and an address or phone number to the back of the photo; mailing labels are perfect . Do understand that photos will be printed as received; we do not manipulate images in any way to lighten, darken or remove backgrounds. Type the caption , print out or save as .txt file on CD (write students name on CD). Verifyall spelling. Payment - Check made out to Clements ActivityFund. Ads Contract . Photos . Captions . All items must be submitted in a large manila envelope to RM2810. Understand that all money, photos and captions must be submitted by December 3rd. In the event that photos and/or the captions are not submitted by December 3rd the purchased Ad space will read, Congratulations (insert students name)! No refunds will be given.
