Sub: APPOINTMENT AS TRAINEE MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE Dear Mr.Sudamani, With reference to your application for the employment and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you the position of TRANEE MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE in our organization on the following terms and conditions: 1. This offer of training is subject to your being found medically fit by the companys doctor or any other registered medical practitioner duly authorized by the company. Please get yourself examined and return to us the medical examination report in the prescribed format. 2. You will be on training for a period of six months from your joining date or such further period as the management may decide. During this period, you will undergo on-the-job training as well as periodic classroom training. 3. Your Head Quarter is at TIRUNELVELI. During your training period you will have to work at various places, which will be communicated, to you from time to time. For the time being, you will be joining training at TIRUNELVELI. 4. During the training period you will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.6000/- In addition, you will get a working allowance in the field as follows. Your travel fares and mode of transport for the Companys work will be as per rules applicable from time to time. During working day at TIRUNELVELI During working day at ex TIRUNELVELI : Rs.70/-Per working day : Rs.75/-Per working day

During working full day at ex TIRUNELVELI : Rs.100/-Per working day During working in out Station : Rs.150/-Per working day

You will report at TIRUNELVELI HQ on 01.07.2008 for further instruction regarding your field work.

6. You will not be entitled to any leave during your training period. 7. During your training period you shall be under an instructor and strictly adhere to the schedule of the training. 8. At anytime during the period of training or extension thereof or at the end of it your services may be terminated by giving one day notice of salary in lieu thereof in the event of permanent position not being available due to reasons beyond our control or your performance during training found to be unsatisfactory. 9. In case a suitable vacancy exists, the management reserves the right to offer you probationary employment at any location in India as the Management deems fit, on the completion of your training period depending upon your performance during the training, on terms and conditions to be advised to you by the Management. 10.You are liable to be transferred to any part of India, on exigencies of business, without any extra allowance or compensation at our sole discretion and your territory will be intimated accordingly. Management also reserves the right to transfer you to any other department/division or sister concern of the company at any time. 11. During your training period, you will not take interest or engage yourself, or in association with another person, in any other business or occupation, with or without remuneration, other than that of the company. 12. You will not at any time during training period or thereafter, disclose to anyone, any information, know-how, knowledge, secrets, methods, and plans of the company, which you will come to possess, in the course of your duties. 13. You will take good care of be responsible for the promotional items and other properties of the company provided to you from time to time, and compensate to the Management in case of any loss of the same. 14. You are required to make a minimum of twelve Doctors Calls and five Chemist Calls per working day. These Calls are to be made from the listed calls of Doctors/Chemists provided to you or prepared along with your executive on your joining the Company. 15. While you resign your position, you are suppose to give one month prior notice to the company, on failing of this management reserves the rights to deduct one month salary in final settlement.

16.A). If you remain absent without prior permission or overstay the sanctioned leave for more than eight consecutive days, you will be deemed to have deserted your training, thereby bringing about termination of your employment with the Company automatically on your own. 17.B). If you remain on sick leave for more than 90 days consecutively, you are liable to be discharged from the employment of the Company, due to unfitness medically for work. 18.This offer of training is made to you on the understanding that the information given by you, in your application is correct, true and complete. If it is found at any time that the information given by you is not correct/true/complete, this appointment may be withdrawn before you join services with us or your services may be terminated at any time after you have taken up employment with us. 19. On or before reporting for training you should produce document with regard to your qualification, age, relieving certificate from your previous employer and recent passport size photograph, duly signed by you. 20. The rules and regulations of the Company will govern you. The Management reserves the right to include additions, amend or alter any of the above terms and conditions, without notice and without assigning any reason. 21. Any dispute arising out of and/or related to your training shall be subject to MADURAI jurisdiction only. Kindly sign the duplicate copy of this letter in token of your acceptance of your appointment on the above terms and return the same to us for our records.
