World Breaker - Epic Level Artifact +6 Greatsword Property: Adds 1d10 fire damage when used in conjunction w/ a power that has the fire keyword Daily: (Healing Surge); can spend an additional healing surge without gaining HPs to expand the size of any power by 1; so a melee power would become a burst 1, a burst 2 would become a burst 3, etc; can spend up to 3 healing surges in this way for a maximum expansion of a burst 1 power to a burst 4 power; because of World Breakers additional property of being usable as an implement for any power that requires an implement it can be used with Damakos arcane blast powers as well Special: can be used as an implement for any power with the implement keyword by a Cambion Lord

Tactics
Round 1: Infernal Summons (standard); Wrath of Gods (minor); Force Storm (action point) Devils: act at end of 1st Round, with a +10 to all of their damage because of Wrath of Gods Round 2: Observes Round 3: Any PC that is causing trouble for his devils he begins to pick off with Acid Orbs (standard) OR if party is still lumped together, he launches Ice Dragons Teeth (standard) Round 4: Observes Round 5: If party is defeating his devils he moves into Melee via Teleport or Flight (move) to gain Combat Advantage; if possible will move into position to use Poisonous Evasion (standard); if able, he will then (action point) and drop Spitfire Furnace on himself to get as many party members as possible taking his own damage if necessary Round 6: If any party members are still standing he uses Resounding Smite (standard) to sit them down he then uses Righteous Inferno (action point) to nearly double the damage the party takes being close to him Round 7: From this point on he finishes off the party using a multitude of Flames of Phlegethos Wands and At Will Powers if the battle goes this long I will be shocked Notes: If bloodied, he will use Platinum Scales and his 2nd Wind; he will not use these, until that happens though Flavor Notes and notes on Wand Bracers: He has 10 wands locked into a mechanism that shoots them into his hand as a free action, as well as lets him switch between them as free actions think a the rotation of a machine gun; these mechanisms are custom built for him and contain much magical energy as they also act as a +6 implement for his Arcane Powers not the wands themselves; they occupy the bracer slot and allow the user to use as many Item Daily powers as they can fit into the bracers themselves which is 5 in each arm. They also allow the user to use the powers of the wands within them during a move action it still counts as a standard action but the power can be used while moving (think running to the left while shooting Matrix style). When the user uses a wand in the item he points both hands, clenched as fists at the target and the power seems to erupt from the items wielder, this item is an unnamed artifact as Damakos is the first owner. Some say he created it himself, others say it was a gift from his Father Satan himself. Of the 10 wands, 8 of them are Flames of Phlegethos cast at Epic Level 21st, see the PHB for the damage here but use his Charisma to Hit number; the remaining 2 contain a force wave like power the basically blasts anyone too close to him with Force energy that blows them back (push) 3 squares no damage
