PROCESS FOR THE ELECTION
God, our Father,
when we realise how much you love us,
something in our life becomes calm and we are
transformed.
In Jesus, your well-beloved Son, our Peace and our Joy,
You bless us and call us to CHOOSE LIFE.
In your goodness, grant our prayer today so that,
through Him and in Him,
attentive to your Spirit,
in all our decisions and all our choices,
we may be a hymn of praise to your Glory.
We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
Amen.

Introduction
Lord Jesus, at this particular moment of our history as
Vicariate Body, what do you expect from us “in view of
serving God better”?
We are asking you: what do you expect from us?
from each one of us?
And through the Holy Spirit, you reply:
Do not be troubled,
I pray for you, dare to choose life.
Lord Jesus,
grant us your Spirit of wisdom
so that, detached from our own interests and desires,
we seek only the Father’s holy will.
Purify our heart.
Open the eyes of our intelligence,
so that we will be able to find the sisters
who are called to form the leadership team
to serve the common good of the Vicariate Body,
its life and mission today.
Look upon our deep profound desire You did not choose me but I chose you. And I appointed you
To do what pleases the Father. to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last, so that the Father will

May they help us to advance without fear
along the path of the years that open before us. Let us listen again to Jesus’ Word in Mt 6: 7-14
