Please refer to your application for the post of Probationary Security Executive and subsequent written test held on 2nd September 2012. We are pleased to inform you that you have successfully cleared the written test and you have been short listed for the further process of selection. The further selection phases are as under: Documents Verification : - You are required to bring the following documents in checking prior to the start of selection process.

(a) Matriculation Certificate as Date of Birth proof. (b) Graduation Degree / Provisional Certificate / All three or four Years Mark sheets. (c) NCC - 'C' Certificate Candidates who fail to produce any of the above mentioned certificates will not be allowed to attend any of the Tests. Final year appearing candidates will also be allowed to attend the tests provided they produce the previous year original mark sheet. However, if selected, your appointment will be subject to production of Graduation Degree / Provisional Certificate / All three or four Years Mark sheets (As applicable). Phase - I: Physical Measurement & Physical Test: - This will start with your physical measurement including height, weight, chest etc. Please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for minimum height i.e. 170cms (167cms in case of hilly region candidates) or above for Males & 165cms (162cms in case of hilly region candidates) or above for Females. Hilly region candidates to produce Domicile Certificate in support of height relaxation. Domicile Certificate to be signed by the concerned SDM/ADM only. No other certificate will be accepted. The physical test will include 800 Meter and 100 Meter run, High Jump, Long Jump and Shot Put. You are, therefore, requested to carry your sports wear, sports shoes, etc. Do not wear fancy clothes for physical tests. Phase - II: Group Discussion: - The candidates who clear the Phase-I test will be joining the Phase-II selection process. Candidate will take part in-group discussion, which is primarily a general awareness and communication test. Phase - III: Psychometric Test & Personal Interview: The candidates who clear the Phase-II will appear for the psychometric test & final interview. You are expected to be formally dressed for these occasions. The date / venue for interview is as under: Date: 03-Oct-2012 Time: 0600hrs onwards

You can plan to leave Lodhivali,Township by 2100 hrs on 03-Oct-2012 after culmination of all tests. Please bring your personal belongings accordingly and do not carry expensive articles. Reimbursement: You will be reimbursed 2nd class return rail fare to Lodhivali, Distt: Raigad, Maharashtra on production of the tickets / receipts only. (Candidates who are unable to produce any of the required documents as mentioned above in Original or do not match the 'Height' standard will not be reimbursed with any fare) Any medical expenses incurred due to injury during selection process will be borne by the candidates. Please bring a medical certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner that you are physically fit to undergo physical tests.
