The above topics can be covered under a Management Development program for the managers at the rate of 4 topics per workshop which will be conducted over 2 days or 1 day workshop on each of the topic exclusively based on your need There could be one per year which will cover Management Development Workshop every year There would also be a one day review program after 6 months of the workshop. The maximum participants for these focused Workshops will be 18 per workshop.
