Unfortunately it has been over 45 days since you paid for the item we cannot hold the seller responsible for the item and you will not be able to open a case against them. I would recommend in the future that if you do not receive the item within that time frame, regardless of whether or not the seller says that it should arrive shortly, to open a case to be on the safe side. You can keep your case open for 30 days before escalating it to customer support. I have taken measures to report the seller internally and their account will be investigated. You can also try reaching the seller to try to work something out by phone. To request the seller's phone number: 1. Click the "Advanced" link at the top of most eBay pages. 2. In the "Members" section on the left side of the page, click the "Find contact information" link. 3. Enter the seller's user ID and the item number. 4. Click the "Search" button. You can also try to get help outside of eBay: -- File a mail fraud complaint. If the seller says your item was shipped though the US Postal Service, submit a mail fraud complaint using this form: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx -- File a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
