Prostitution in the city of San Carnalito has reached an all-time high. The number of johns and patrons has tripled in the last 18 months, but arrests have been minimal due to limited plain clothes officers and vice detectives. Johns have also been coming in from surrounding areas due to the quality and availability of prostitutes and call girls. These activities appear to be highly coordinated and only minor arrests have been made. There appears to be a major panderer /panderers working this prostitution ring. They are also videotaping clients for extortion purposes.

Mission:
The mission of the SC PD vice Team is to severely disrupt or eradicate the prostitution infrastructure in San Carnalito; To arrests all involved parties, targeting the primary members of the organization To retrieve any evidence and fruits of the crime(s) To seize all assets, vehicles and monies obtained via suspicious means

Execution:
There are four (4) locations that will be entered under search warrants at 0500 hrs, Dec 10 2012. They will be taken down simultaneously, with all coordination via a unified command post (CP). Teams 1-4 will each target a location. Each team consists of 5 members. Operations will be led by Det: Adrian Rafidy. All resources will be located at the staging area. Intelligence packets on each location and all target suspects will be covered as a subset of this section. A night time endorsement was obtained by Judge Maloy.

Six (6) additional backup Police officers, four (4) 5-man entry teams, one(1) helicopter, two (2) K-9 units, three (3) command post officers, two (2) 3-man Arson/explosion teams, two (2) fire and three (3) EMT units.

Each member of each entry team will be equipped as followed: Every person on each of the entry teams will be equipped with; one (1) JS92M9A1M Berretta 9mm Handgun, one (1) additional 9mm magazine, one (1) Bullet Proof Vest, one (1) Ballistic Helmet, one (1) Canister O.C. Debrief:
The operation went 100% according to plan. No officers or suspects were injured during the execution of the plan. All Suspects were apprehended and taken into custody, willingly, without any use of force or violence to West Valley Detention Center as planned. Two (2) Glock 17 9mm were found in each of the locations, along with $3,000 cash, these were taken to SCPD and stored in a locked evidence locker as evidence.
