Wellness is defined as a way of life oriented toward optimal health and well-being, in which body, mind, and spirit

are integrated by the individual to live life more fully within the human and natural community (Myers, Sweeney, & Witmer, 2000, p. 252) The healthy lifestyle trend is becoming really important recently. People are more conscious about what they are living their lives (Healthy products, healthy customers). This healthy lifestyle involves four main aspects: physical health, psychological health, environment and social outcomes, which means worries about diet and nutrition, exercise and sport, social and eco-friendly products. The increasing prevalence of overweight and obesity, heart diseases, hypertension, incidence of cancer, medicine progress, new health recommendations (Wang et al, 2011; 218), stress, depressive disorders, (Wang et al, 2011; 218) motivated the raising awareness of health. Your attitude is one of the most important aspects that you can manage in your life (Tunajek, 2009). Therefore; now people are also concerned about eating healthy and staying in shape, and they are changing their habits to get these objectives. (Elissena). Avoiding sedentary, doing exercise and practicing some sport are good not only for our body health it also provides countless psychological benefit. The quick expansion of these trend is also encourage by the great social acceptance, an its positive attitude with this tendency (Satya et al, 2012). Scholars theorizied that individuals aspire to others acceptance, feeling part of a group or community, sense of connectedness and oneness with all of life (Adlers ,1927/1954).
