OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To manage and print all labels for products in an efficient and accurate manner RELATIONSHIPS (internal & external relations) Internal : Direct Manager, Operation Team Leaders, Purchasing Dept., Sales and Marketing Dept. and colleagues External : Outsource frozen warehouse personnel KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To check translation of production information given by relevant departments & request to edit if any. To print all labels for new products & replacement labels for products in the warehouse or retail stores as and when needed To Print all labels for promotion products as required To coordinate with outsourcing frozen warehouse for printing labels for frozen products To liaise with Purchasing Department on Production/Expiry dates when necessary To Update label descriptions should there be any changes in the relevant Government requirements Assist in the Administration Office (AX) as and when required To ensure labels stock are available at all times Other tasks are given by direct manager & warehouse manager
