• Checking the QA/QC department to ensure proper testing of
materials are conducted according to the standard approved
procedures and as per specifications. To ensure a high quality
standard of workmanship at all times.
• Developing and analysing construction means and methods,
techniques, sequences and procedures of works.
• Coordinating with MEP & Fire Fighting services.
• Monitoring & evaluating the project's performance in
connection to Quality, Cost & Time Schedule, Material costs,
Sub-contract costs, Plant and Equipment usage, Labour cost,
Contract slippage & Material wastage.
