Cablelite Copper Clad Aluminum 20% Volume Copper Clad Aluminum 20% Volume Copper Atomic Bonded is a bi metal electrical conductor of heavy copper coating metallurgically bonded to an aluminum core. The combination of the 2 metals is produced by a patented atomic bonding process developed by Mirae Special Metal of Korea. The production process involved the forming of Oxygen free, high conductivity Oxygen free copper strip over an equally highly pure aluminum core and then seam welded the copper strip in a closed atmospheric under inert gas, next drawn for a diameter reducing operation and sintered to temperature of 350C to 500C to complete the Atomic bonding metallurgical process. Advantages of Cablelite Copper Clad Aluminum 20% Volume Lower Cost than Pure Copper by 20%; enhancing cost effectiveness on contract or process assembly Better conductivity than Aluminum Lighter weight and 2.25 times length than Copper of equivalent diameter Highly flexible and pliable because of ease of installation High mechanical strength Low scraps value and discourage pilferage Environment and earth friendly and Saves copper resources Attributes: ASTM B 566-04a Class: 20A & 20H Density : 3.94 grams per cubic centimetier Electrical Conductivity @ 20C: 70% International Annealed Copper Standard Volume Resistivity @ 20C: 0.002463 Annealed Tensile Strength: 138 Millipascals Hard Tensile Strength: 275 Millipascals Elongation: 15% % Copper by Area: 20% % Weight Copper Clad Aluminum 20% Volume vs. Copper: 45-50% Applications of Cablelite Copper Clad Aluminum 20% Volume Power Telecommunication Magnet / Enameled Thermoplastic Heat Resistant Coaxial Cable Transformer Winding Wire with Nylon Jacket Thermoplastic Heat and Local Access Network Motors Moisture Resistant Wire Cable Category 5 Thermoplastic Moisture Radio Guide Cable Generators Resistant Wire Non Metallic Sheathed Cable Data Cable Ballast Coil Wire Duparip Electric Circuit Pole Transformers
