new chopping corn Heads new LeXion 595r

The LEXION 590R has led the pack for two years as North Americas largest combine utilizing the proven LEXION Hybrid System of threshing and separation. The 595R uses the established technology of the 590R on tracks to reduce compaction in your fields and add traction when needed. The enhanced Mobil-Trac System is exclusive on the 595R with the capability of road speeds up to 18 mph. With the superior suspension system, road travel comfort is just like a wheeled combine. The industry-leader now on tracks. A successful harvest next year begins with good residue management this year. The new chopping corn head, available as 12- or 8-row models for 30-inch row spacing, chops and shatters stalks while gently picking the ear. The row units are fitted with three rotating blades which are driven from the row unit gearbox. Save yourself an extra pass across the field.

The VARIO rigid platform features the newest technology for your small grain operation. The hydraulically adjustable table improves feeding in all conditions and can be changed with the touch of a button from inside the cab. The exclusive extendable table of the VARIO headers allows for a canola harvest at minimal loss. The optional hydraulically driven vertical knives at each end provide a clean cut. The LEXION 570 defines a new standard in straw walker technology. Utilizing the Multiple Separation System it leads the industry in threshing, separation and cleaning area. The 570 combines the benefits of APS threshing with gentle but thorough straw walker separation. The highcapacity cleaning system with its large sieves ensures that only clean grain is stored in the large 280-bushel grain tank. Profit from great straw quality without giving up performance.

Jet streAM TM cleaning system

The powerful JET STREAM cleaning system is now available for all rotary combines, featuring a larger pre-cleaning cascade, higher wind pressure and increased sieve area for additional cleaning capacity. JET STREAM coupled with the LEXION Hybrid System provide maximum harvesting capacity.

F535 MaxFlex Header

The revolutionary MaxFlex technology, awarded with an AE50 award for outstanding innovations in 2005, is now available on a 35-ft. platform head. The F535 MaxFlex features the highest vertical flex range in the industry, dual knife drive for additional strength and durability, and a split knife, auger and reel design.

Header-Pitch Feederhouse (optional*)

The header-pitch feederhouse enables a closer, contour-following cut and an easy-to-adjust cutting angle.

Grain tanks
The LEXION 570R /575R combines now feature a standard 300-bu grain tank with a 330-bu option. Grain tank capacity on LEXION combines range from 280-bu to 360-bu and can be opened and closed with the touch of a button from the cab.

Highest Lifting capacity in the industry

All LEXION combines feature the biggest lift cylinders in the industry, 80 mm (3.2 in) in diameter, to operate large headers. Header floatation is supported by valvecontrolled nitrogen accumulators, enabling header interchanges without any further adjustments.

With added horsepower for each combine model, the engines are now compliant with the newest Tier 3 EPA emission standards.
