ABOUT THE CHAIRMAN For over 20 years Wesley Holley served the offshore oil and gas drilling industry designing many types of offshore drilling equipment including; risers, subsea wellhead equipment, drilling and production riser tensioners, chain-jack mooring systems, automated riser handling equipment, semi-submersibles, jack-up conductor tensioner, subsea valves, ROVs, ROV intervention equipment, subsea hydraulic and electrical control equipment, mud pumps and traveling and rotating land equipment. RBI introduced in 2006 its new line of premium built drilling rigs, the PowerMAX rig packages from 1000 thru 4500 horsepower configurations. RIG BUILDERS INTERNATIONAL RBI is located in Cleveland, Texas. Our facilities will include administrative offices, mechanical service & repair shop, assembly plant, and over a thirty five acre facility.
