Calendar/Schedule of Assignments This schedule is subject to change (We might, as a class, decide to make changes as needed)

You are responsible for completing all assigned readings prior to arriving to class. Each reading assignment is preceded by the boldfaced word Read. Reading assignments are linked to Web pages or are PDFs found in the Readings/Handouts button on the Course Menu in Blackboard Also note that due dates are preceded by the boldfaced word Due.

Individual research assignments do not begin until midway through the semester. However, to ensure adequate preparation, start watching the news, reading the newspaper and favorite blogs to begin identifying research topics of interest to you.
