PROJECT BRIEF:
To analyze statistical tend of KPIs, to rank and optimize the cells affecting the Network KPIs.Primary verification of drive data and talking necessary corrective measures, like neighbor list addition, and interference analysis. Daily performance monitoring of the sites using various ND reports.

Analysis the current status of cells using various MML commands on Reflection Tool. Performed a neighbor list audit utilizing the handoff matrix, identified handoff failures and low handoff usage between different sectors in the network. Performed statistical trending of (%) blocking of TCH and SDCCH, # of blocks, # of drops, # of attempts, %Uplink/%Downlink Quality and %Incoming/%Outgoing Handover, and Erlang usage for the network. Preparation of Parameters and planning frequencies foe new sites,Coverage and Capacity planning according to the necessity,Frequency planning for BCCH retuning, for new and existing sites. Analysis of the Layer 3 messages for basic troubleshooting related to handover and other parameter verification.Improve Quality of Service (QoS) of assigned area through resolution of worst performing cells and cluster optimization.Responsible for network LAC and SDCCH dimensioning. Performed RF cell site design with respect to site location, antenna placement, antenna type, antenna height, antenna azimuths, antenna down tilts, equipment location, cable types Integration of new cell sites into existing network along with multicarrier configuration. Responsibilities for monitoring and improving network performance on cell sites and micro cells to meet objectives for call drops and call blocks continuous network improvements through parameter changes, down tilts, antenna changes, and border sector configurations.Closely monitored cell traffic statistics. Involves in BTS integration & rehoming activities, parameter audit, pre/post drive test analysis and ensuring the smooth cutover of sites. Performs drive test to verify status of network coverage in street levels, in building and commercial establishments as well as comparative data of competitors.
