Identification of Equipments from Technical Specification and P&IDs. Preparation of Purchase order Specification for various Equipments. To document & record meetings, progress of jobs & construction completions from design & validation reports from project engineers. To incorporate feed back from projects & customers for design clarification & modifications during the development & construction project phases. Checking and evaluation of design & material requirements for new-building. To complete 3D model using TRIBON M3, generate and check 2D drawings, bill of materials, pipe spool drawing, layout drawings generation. Past Position: Sr. Engineer Hull-Outfit Design Department (Jan 2008 to Jan 2010) To make Machinery Layout, Piping layout & production drawings for all Engineering and Piping Systems.

 Subsequently Production drawings of Piping Systems, system wise and

compartment Layouts, Production documentation for Pipe Spool pieces, Penetration details etc. To complete 3D model of project and co-ordinate with other department for composite model checking. Generation and updating of Pipe Schematics, Pipe Model, Spools & Production Layouts, Pipe specifications.

To generate and issue Purchase request (PR) in BAAN-ERP with detail specification. Calculation of wall thickness of pipe, if required. Updating of GA/Layout drawing. Sounding table generation. Administration of Tribon 3D model database.
Foreign Assignments (2 weeks duration) at Navtec Marine, Croatia for Heavy Lift Vessels (18250 DWT) project of Biglift from Netherlands.

Position Held: Jr. Design Engineer (March 2005 to Sept. 2006) Was involved in Product Designing & drafting, pattern inspection, scheduling of various types of automated valves on ProE & AutoCAD. Accountable for designing various products on AUTOCAD and pro-e-software, using standards such as DIN, API 600, ASTM, MSS SP & BS of VALVES for petroleum and chemical industries.
