Camp ARCH 2013

July 7th 12th

Howdy, We are so excited to hear that you are interested in this years Texas A&M University Camp ARCH program. Please find the attached application and tentative schedule. This year we have decided to give the campers the opportunity to gain more in-depth experience in a program that most interests them. We have divided the program into several sessions of what we are calling Program Specific Activities in which campers can participate in activities directly associated with Architecture, Construction Science, Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning or Visualization. The campers will sign up for the program that they are most interested in learning more about and during those Program Specific Activities the campers will be divided up into smaller groups of Architecture, Construction Science, Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning and Visualization and take classes in those specific areas. The rest of the time, for meals and other activities, all the campers will come together as a whole. You will need to specify on the application which program (Architecture, Construction Science, Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning or Visualization) you are interested in. You will need to list them by first choice, second choice, and third choice. We will do our best to give everyone their first choice, though limited amount of space might result in some students getting their second choice. The program is limited to 50 participants. Students will be selected based on academic achievement and essay response. Once you have been notified of your acceptance into the program, you will be required to pay the $700 camp fee. Instructions on how to do so will be included in your acceptance letter. If you have any questions about the application process, feel free to call/email me at any time and I will be glad to help. Thank you for your interest in our program! We do offer scholarships for our camp. Please see the application for details. Sincerely,

Ann Broussard Administrative Coordinator Deans Office Langford Building A, Room 202 (979) 845-0289 ambroussard@tamu.edu
