Naringinase:
Enzyme naringinase c ng dng trong cng nghip ch bin cc loi nc tri cy c mi nh cam, bi, v cc loi rau c qu khc.

II. Lipase:

3. Cu trc v chc nng: Lipase l enzyme lng cu t gm hai thnh phn l protein (apoenzyme) v coenzyme.
