Id start with the original series (seriously), the TOS Movies, then TNG, then the TNG movies, then Voyager, then DS9, ABOVE ALL ELSE skip Enterprise. Great sci-fi but NOT Star Trek (gags) If time's an issue, cherry pick some episodes of TNG from the first two seasons.
