The Revealed Quranic Commandment Series With all Reverence to our beloved Rasool, we have compiled a few Quranic words of the Almighty, relating to His Miracle, His Creation of the Absolute Unique Being, Yourself. It is our hope and prayer that as believers of the Almighty, you will take in the words of these Revealed Verses as directed to you, as ILM by Allah Himself, as the context in which these words occur will show. By the Grace of the Almighty, may it please you to spread these hallowed revelations by all means at your disposal, to elevate and enhance the spiritual well being of those of you, those among you, and those who care for and know, and all others who are True Believers of the One God, as a Quranic Duty to your Creator. Reiterated in HQ 47: Verse 7: Oh you who believe, if you help Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold strong. YOUR SEED
PREFACE TO THE REVEALED QUARANIC COMMANDENT SERIES It is unutterably impossible for a finite human being to compile the infinitude of knowledge revealed in the Quran. It consists of the Revelation of the Truth, (Haq) because the Truth is Allah, the Creator, (Haq Allah) and Allah is the Truth, (Allah Haq). The Revelations of the Truth to humankind came in different stages in different ages and times, at different places, from the Beginning (Awal). It came into the Hearts (Qualbs) of men and women as divine inspiration, insight, after deep meditation (MUQARRBUN) and concentration, and to those beloved of the Creator, (Muqarab) like the Eight Major Prophets: Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ismael, Davood, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad, as well as the 124,000 lesser prophets and the several uncountable enlightened beings, since the Beginning. What is set down in these compilations is only a miniscule, a mustard seed of revealed knowledge of the Quran, as vested in the Consciousness and Intelligence of different humans, by the Compassionate Merciful Creator. The underlying Quranic Verses are mentioned and which uphold the words of these compilations and are set out in these series as No 1.2, 3 and 4, which one may consult. And whilst one reads them, several imponderable positions may arise, depending on ones unique state of mind, the depth and intensity of ones Faith, ones Belief, ones Conviction, ones Will and Determination to understand the Truth of ones Being. In these limited Compilation of the Quranic Revelations, wherein your Creator reveals His Knowledge unto you, He speaks to you as He spoke to His Prophets of yore. You are His own beloved Creation; He treats you as His own glorious one of a kind unique creation, yourself. You are a singular recipient of His Life and the receiver of His uncountable bounties and benefactions. As such, He requests you to know Him with your belief in Him, your Faith in Him, your absolute Conviction of Him, and with your untrammelled Will and Determination to know Him. Therefore, to know your Creator, requires your own THINKING, your own Meditation, your own Contemplation of Him, that is, it requires your own understanding, your own study, your effort, your time and your prayer. Thus (1) THINK from whence you came as from a single fertilised cell from your mothers womb. A Single SEED. Think of the Wonder and Miracle of that Seed in which was encoded the entirety of your physical being which you are now. Think introspectively and deeply of how you have been created as was encoded in your seed, your form, your shape, your beauty, the entirety of your being, your colour, your own

one of a kind identity, your personality, your characteristics, your physical body and its entire content. These and more are your very own as decreed by your Creators command Be and it is. You, as the best of all creations, as a human have a duty to ponder your own mystery of being, with the Fundamental Questions Who am I? , From where have I come?, For what purpose and end have I come? and Whence am I going ? The answers to these questions and more, cannot be found anywhere else, whether in religions, books, philosophies, intellectual dissertations, lectures and conjectures or the saying and writings of men. These answers must come from within yourself. If you are convinced beyond question that there is in fact and in all Truth, there is a Superior, Formless Supraliminal Consciousness and an all pervading Formless Supra Mundane Intelligence, which created you in every detail of your being, then know well and true, that, that is the Power, your own Creator who created you, is manifest. You will know that it is He who initiates you, who endows you with His Consciousness, His Intelligence, and His Intellect. It is He who speaks as inspiration in your heart, (Qualb) and by insight reveals Himself to you. There He emplaces and centres in your Purified Heart, your inner Qualb, your inner Heart, which becomes His House, for the Indweller, your Creator. Thus you come to know that you carry with you, His Seed of Life, His Light, the Noor, in your Ruh, your Soul, ( See Compilation No 3 : Your Soul. ) Without this Seed of Life, you are Naught, nothing, lifeless, dead wood, that is, without Him in you. It is entirely in His Power to cast His Seed of Life upon whomsoever He Wills, unto whatever physical form He Wills, wherever, whatever, He chooses in His Scheme of Creation; from the Beginning to the Hereafter. Such is the Power of Him, the Almighty. But this Seed of Life, He shall manifest in a physical form, in the physical seed of a physical father and mother, in a physical mould of His own choosing, whatever the mould shall be, of the human, the animal, or vegetable, insectaria, the fishes or the worm, or the Haiwan, or the Angel or the Satanic or of the Jinns. He is the Almighty Determinator of all Creation, in whatever form he chooses to manifest His Seed of Life Your Creator, you will know, chose to create you Himself, when you were nothing in your mothers womb. Then from a drop of despised water which He caused to become a clot of blood ; then a shapeless lump, then a piece of flesh, then strengthened with bones, then a living pulsating foetus, which arose from the fertilised egg of your father and mother. Such was your physical creation from your physical seed, that is, the One Single Seed, from which your one of a kind, unique physical being emerged. Your seed emplaced in your mothers womb by your Creator is your origin. He commands His Life into you, Be (kun) , and it is. Likewise every life giving Seed in every other creation, whether in the vegetable kingdom, the animal kingdom, the fishes, the reptiles, birds, insects, things that fly, life forms in the earth, the air, the water and the never ending

species of all kinds, come from a pair, a male and a female, and such seed passes on the physical code of life to the progeny, (The inevitability of the inevitable). That is, like every other seed of all creation, the seed from whence you grew, carried with it, the coded or encrypted divine seed of your ancestors genetic code. Your genetic code is the literature of your inherited genes, your x and y chromosomes, and coming from the First Father and Mother, Adam and Eve. This encrypted code of yourself you have inherited which is your SELF, and which you will pass on to the SEED of your unborn generations of your progeny. Such is the marvel and wonder of your own creation. You are therefore, a living miracle, born of a single seed of a male and female, you being a single, unique one of a kind creation, standing out of uncountable, inestimable, multitudes upon multitudes created before you, and will be created after you. You are therefore, absolutely unique only to yourself and of yourself. Thus your very form, your shape, your size, your beauty, your footprints and fingerprints, your very identity, your attributes, your characteristics, your personality, your memory and your thinking, your consciousness, your intelligence, your senses of taste, sight, hearing, touch and smell, your feelings, your utterance, your voice, your thinking, your intellect, - yes, every one of them and more, are all uniquely, your very own, decreed, endowed and confirmed by your Creator, the Almighty Power. Know then, that there is no other human ever like you, in the Past, the Present or will be in the Future. Such then, is the Power, the Intent and the Will of your Creator. Silently meditate as your Prayer which then becomes your speech to Him, and think how your Creator conferred upon you, a miniscule portion of His own Consciousness as your Perr Arivu, His Light, His Noor, and His Intelligence, your Quthubiyat or your analytical wisdom, your Pahuth Arivu, His Knowledge, your Arivu, His Intellect, His Awareness. Thus, he emplaced His Light of Consciousness in your Purified inner Heart. His Noor. But in this present life of the world, Hayat ud Duniya, you are wholly unaware, perplexed and ignorant of His Noor within you. If you remain ignorant of your Noor and forget Him who is your own Light, never can your enlightenment by your Noor occur. If you are beset by the whisperings of the Iblis, if you are beset with the 70 thousand veils of the darkness of ignorance, of torpor and the manifest Satanism, the animalism or if you are in the stranglehold of your egotistic I consciousness, which is the enemy within you, and your arrogance, - Never can your Noor enlighten you. But your Creator has emplaced Himself within you as your Conscience to help you battle in the Karbala of your Heart, to distinguish the Halal and the Haram, the good and the bad, to take in the good and discard the wrong by your own will, by your own effort, by your vigil and your determination the elimination of the bad and replacing it with the good is the end of your human endeavour, which is in a sense the sustenance of your own Noor, your Light. Meditate as you pray and think deeply of how your Creator has enabled His Life within you to function. Consider, think and meditate in your daily prayers of thanksgiving, how

your Creator has emplaced within you, the most intricate, the most exquisite, unparalleled, inexplicable, intimate, uniquely functioning natural growth factor which is functioning unaided, autonomously, automatically, the innumerable systems within you, to enable you to live your life. In the ages of ignorance before, the manifest Truths remained unknown, except in a few. In this Age, the investigations, the inquiries, the several studies, the sciences, the new array of knowledge and the mysteries of your being as well as the environment in which you live, the earth, the sky, the stars, the atom, these are now being unfolded to you. Human intelligence, the gift of the Creator, is now opening the doors of the manifest Quranic Wisdom, latent in man. Learn, the Quran Commands, from your observation of phenomena (Aynul Yakeen), learn from the knowledge which you gather (Ilmul Yakeen) and learn from the Truth manifest within you, (Haqul Yakeen.) See then within you, if you can, the one of a kind, unique working, intricate, growing, maturing, pulsating life forms. See the working of your central nervous system consisting of the different kinds of nerves, and how they are co- coordinated; your intricate automatic immune system; your alimentary system, by which you take in the ordained rizq, the sustenance for your physical body and the purifying water, and the elimination of your body waste and urine; the autonomous, automatic, cardinal system, pulsating from four chambers of your heart, unseen and unregulated by you; which governs your respiratory system, your breathing in and out, enabling the oxygenation of every part of your body; your automatic breathing, which portrays the breath of Life, which your Creator blows into you, forty-three thousand times a day into you, to sustain you. Then your inbuilt glandular system constantly, uniquely your own, with its ductless glands, each a universe of specialist, pulsating living- cells, perform distinct functions to uphold you and regulate your chemical balance, your fluid balance, your energy and heat balance, all of which are vital for the proper, natural functioning of every component of your body. Your Creator perfected your brain and implanted in it, thirty-five Billion or so, nerveendings, each a living-cell, which necessitate the instant, co ordination and functioning of every aspect of your body, so automatically computing every information from every part of your body. It is the natural functioning seat of your consciousness, your thinking, your intelligence, your rational thoughts and the automatic synchronisation of your five senses, that is, your hearing and balance, your smell, sight, taste, touch and feeling, your utterance and voice, your own finger and footprints. Then consider your bone structure perfectly fashioned, within which the marrow, the veritable factories, is producing the blood cells, the red and white corpuscles, the platelets, the serum and so many others. Likewise, the vital universes of living-cells in your liver, the spleen, the kidneys, the muscle fibres, the tissues, which are absolutely necessary for your life; then the organ

of your own skin with its cells, layer upon layer, with its hair follicles and pores, your own protective garment. Most important, your Creator has vested you with the Power to take upon yourself His attributes, His Qualities, His Nature and His Essence, (Zat) and elevate yourself in this lifetime from the Haiwaniyath, the Animal, the Shaithaniyath, the Satanic, the Nafsaniyath, the illusive Hayat ud Duniya, the attachments of the worldly, in which you had suffered and abhorred before, and which you have now forgotten. You have the Power to take upon yourself the Ninety-Nine attributes, the Qualities, the Essence and the Perfection of your Creator, such as His Compassion, His Mercy, His Justice, His Perfection, and His Peace, as outlined in the Asma-ul-Husna. Thus, your intention or Niyat to acquire His Perfection culminates when you become Mercy incarnate, Compassion incarnate, Justice incarnate and all other attributes of the Asma ul- Husna incarnate. It is your Conscience which guides and monitors your every action in this higher state. Such is the Power and Potency of that single seed from whence you came. Then comes the contemplation of Your Creator, you contemplate upon your Creator the wonder, the wonder, the wonder of that Supreme, Unseen, Uncreated Power, All Pervading, Omniscient, Omnipresent, who is within you and outside you, who is closer to you than your jugular vein, who sustains you, provides your rizq, never letting you starve, providing protecting angels, to monitor the earth, fire, water, the air in you, your death, your life: thus, you contemplate Him on bended knees doing sajada and salath, keep your forehead at His Feet in total surrender and thanksgiving for the indescribable bounties upon bounties which He has cast upon you. His love and concern for you is divine, undying and eternal as He has bonded with you as a mother would of her infant. You are therefore, His bondsman who is called upon to reciprocate His Bond with you in any manner you wish by keeping vigil through out the Night, or one half of the Night or one third of the Night (Thahajath) in total Remembrance of Him (Zikr), in Deep and Meditative Contemplation and Thanksgiving, as He has suggested in the Kanzul Arsh, the Throne Hymn. Such then, is the Miracle, the Marvel, the Wonder of your Seed. You must also know that our Beloved Rasool, Muhammad Mustapha Rasool Sallalahu Wa Sallam, who is the absolute of Human Perfection, as the Perfect Man, the Insan Kamil, perfected himself during the long vigil in Mount Hira, in meditation and contemplation, in the harshest of climates in the wild hot desert, without any record of his having partaken of food or water, living in isolation, with no mortal to care for him, being the abject slave of his Creator, to whom he submitted in Total Surrender, and whom he loved with utmost Belief, Faith, Conviction and Perfect Iman. Your Rasool, thus became, by his self- imposed dedication , by his determination and Will, the Arch type of Human Perfection, like the prophets of yore, Jesus, Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ismael, David, Moses and all other Enlightened beings.

Thus, your Rasool took upon himself the Qualities, the Nature, the Attributes of His Creator, as outlined in the Asma-ul-Husna, when he became Compassion incarnate, Mercy incarnate, Loving Kindness incarnate, Justice incarnate, Peace Incarnate, as well as the Ninety-Nine other attributes of your Almighty Creator. To all Mankind Before (Awwal ), or in the Now, or in the years to come, (Ahkir), he stands out as the Supreme Exemplar, the Human Model, your very arch type, which you are ordained to become in this life or ever, as the End of Human Endeavour.
CREATION AS MANIFEST IN YOU, THE ABSOLUTE UNQIUE ONE OF A KIND, THE CREATED, YOURSELF
The Miracle of Creation as revealed to Man, yourself by the Unseen Almighty Creator, coming as Revelation from the lips of the unlettered, unschooled Prophet Muhammed, is the Ultimate Wonder of all Believers of the ONE GOD. Looking at yourself the miracle of absolute uniqueness of yourself, meaning, that no other living being is ever like you now extant, or existent, (or will be existent ), possessing your characteristics, features, colour, your entire cellular structure the life forms each within you, the myriad living

cells, the tissues in your organs, brain, your bones, your genes and your genetic code etc, etc these are all your own special creations, your own. You are therefore, the Living Miracle. Previously, the Revelations from the Almighty did come to the Prophets of yore and all Enlightened Beings, such as the Eight Major, the 24 minor prophets, the 124,000 or so Enlightened Beings from the Beginning. Let the Revelations of the Creator in the Holy Quran reveal Himself and thus speak to you, His own creation, and to mankind. HQ 2: 5 Oh Mankind, if you are in doubt concerning Resurrection, then Lo ! (think ). We have created you from dust, then from a seed, then from a clot, then from a lump of flesh, shaped and shapeless, - that we may make clear for you. And we cause what We will to remain in the womb for an appointed time, and afterwards, we bring you forth as infants; then We give you growth that you will attain full strength. And among you is he who is brought back to the most abject time of life ( old age), so that after knowledge, he knoweth, naught. ( at the time of death) HQ 23.12-17 Verily, We created Man from a product of wet earth; then We placed him as a drop in a safe lodging. Then fashioned We the drop, a clot; then fashioned We the clot, a little lump; then fashioned We the lump, bones; then clothed the bones, with flesh; and produced it as another creation ( yourself). So blessed be Allah the best of Creators. HQ 32.7-11 ..Who made all things good which He created; And He began the Creation of Man from clay. Then He made the seed from a draught of despised fluid. Then He fashioned him and breathed into him of His Spirit, and appointed for you your hearing and your sight and hearts; small thanks give ye; Say And the Angel of death who hath charge concerning you, will gather you, and afterwards, unto your Lord you will be returned. HQ 39.6

He created you from one being. Then from that being He made its mate. And He provided you of cattle eight kinds. He created you, ( yourself ) in the wombs of your mothers, cre ation after creation (code of life flowing through the umbilical cords from the first mother) in a threefold gloom. Such is Allah, Your Lord. His is the Sovereignty. There is no God save Him. How then are you turned away? HQ 31.10 -28 He hath created the Heavens without support, that you can see, and cast unto the earth firm hills so that it quaketh not with you; And He hath dispersed therein all kinds of beasts; And We send down water from the sky, and We cause plants of every goodly kind to grow therein. This is the Creation of Allah. Now show Me that which those you worship besides Him have created. Nay, the wrongdoers are in error manifest. See you not how Allah has made serviceable unto you, whatsoever is in the skies, and whatsoever is in the earth, and has loaded you with His favours both without and within (you) ? Yet of mankind is he who disputeth concerning Allah without knowledge or guidance or a scripture which gives light. Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the Heavens and in the Earth. Lo! Allah is the Absolute owner of Praise. Your creation and your raising from the dead are only as the creation and raising of a single soul, (yourself). Lo! Allah is Hearer, Knower. HQ 36 :12 It is We who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before, and their footprints, And things we have kept in a clear register. HQ 2: 6 He it is who gave you life. Then, He will cause you to die, and then give you life again. Lo ! Man is ever an ingrate. HQ 71:13 18 What aileth you ( What is your problem ? ) that you hope not towards Allah for dignity ? When He created

you by diverse stages ? And Allah has caused you to grow as a growth from the earth. And afterwards He maketh you to return thereto, and He will bring you forth again, a new forthcoming. HQ 82: 6 Oh Man had made thee careless concerning thy Lord, the Beneficent who created thee, then fashioned thee and proportioned thee, into whatsoever form He will casteth thee. HQ 30:19 And He bringeth forth the living from the dead and He bringeth forth the dead from the living. And He reviveth the Earth after her death. And even so will you be brought forth. HQ 80:17-22 Man is self-destroyed ; how ungrateful. From what thing doth He create him? From a drop of seed He createth him and proportioneth him; Then maketh the way easy for him. Then causeth him to die, and burieth him.Then when He will, He bringeth him back to life. HQ 84:13-19 He verily lived joyously with his folks, he verily deemed that he would never return ( unto Allah ). Nay, his Lord is ever looking at him. Oh I swear by the afterglow of the sunset, And by the Night and all that it enshroudeth, And by the Moon when it is full, that you shall journey on from plane to plane. HQ 67:1-24 Blessed is He in whose hands is the Sovereignity. And He is able to do all things, Who hath created Life and Death that He may try you which of you is best in conduct. And He is the Mighty, the Forgiving ! Say (unto them ) Oh Muhammed, He it is who gave you being and assigned unto you eyes, ears, and hearts; small thanks give ye ! He it is who multiplieth you in the earth and unto Him will you be gathered. HQ 16: 40 78

..And our Word unto a thing, when We intend (creation ) is only that we say unto it Be and it is. And Allah brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers knowing nothing, and gave you hearing and sight and hearts that haply you may give thanks. HQ 15: 26 - 29 We created Man from Potters clay of black mud altered;And the Jinn We created aforetime of essential fire, And remember when thy Lord said unto the Angels,Lo ! I am creating a mortal of black mud altered.So when I have made him and breathed into him of my spirit , do ye all fall down prostrating yourselves unto Him? HQ 19: 67 Doth not man remember that We created him before When he was naught? HQ 16: 4 He hath created man from a drop of fluid. Yet, behold ! he is an open opponent. But for those who believe not in the Hereafter, their hearts refuse to know, for they are proud. HQ 13: 3-5 He it is who spread out the earth, and placed therein firm hills and flowing streams, and of all fruits,We placed therein two spouses (male and female). If thou wonderest, then wondrous is the saying, -When we are dust, are we forsooth ( to be raised ) in a new creation ?Such are they who disbelieve in their Lord; such have carcans on their necks.Such are the rightful owners of the fire; they will abide therein . HQ 10: 35 Say Is there of your partners ( whom you ascribed unto Allah)One that produceth creation and reproduceth it. How then are you misled? HQ 10: 102 Say Behold what is in the Heavens and the Earth ! But revelations and warnings avail not folks who will not believe. HQ 32: 4

Allah it is who created the Heavens and the Earth in six days ( timeless Eons ). Then He mounted the Throne . You have not besides Him a protecting friend or mediator. Will you not remember ? HQ 3:.5 He directeth the Ordinance from the Heavens unto the Earth;Then it ascendeth unto Him in a Day (a single kiyama), Whereof the measure is thousands of years of that you reckon. HQ 70:1- 4 A questioner questioned concerning the Doom about ....Upon the disbelievers which none can repel.From Allah, the Lord of the Ascending Highways whereby the Angels and the Spirit ascend in a day, whereof the span is fifty thousand years. HQ 24: 45 Allah has created every animal of water,of them is ( a kind ) that goeth upon its belly,and a kind that goeth upon two legs and a kind that goeth upon four.Allah createth what He will. Lo ! Allah is able to do all things. HQ 21.30 105 Have not those who disbelieve known that the Heavens and the Earth were of one piece; then We parted them, and We made every living thing of water. Will they not believe ? And she who was chaste (Mary ), therefore We breathed into her of Our Spirit, and made her and her son a token for all peoples. And there is a ban upon any community which we have destroyed, that they shall not return, until when Gog and Magog are let loose and they hasten out from every mound. The Day when we shall roll up the Heavens as a recorder rolleth up a scroll, As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. It is a promise binding upon us. Lo ! We are to perform it, Verily We have written in the Scripture, My righteous slaves will inherit the earth.

THE CREATORS REVEALED COMMANDMENTS , TO YOU, WHO IS THE CREATED, FOR WORSHIPFUL PRAYER.
These Commandments are unto you, yourself, who is the created, by your Unseen Almighty Creator, coming as Quranic Revelations from the lips of the unlettered Prophet Muhammad. This was for all believers of the One God, as did occur in diverse languages to Messengers and Enlightened beings for the Salvation of Mankind. Every past religious canon, in whatever language, at whatever time, was for the elevation of man from the depths of his own satanic, his animalistic or illusive nature. The Message of these revealed Commandments in the Holy Quran may be used for your own elevation and spiritual power, if used with firmness of belief, faith, conviction and determination from the Qualb, or Inner Heart, which is the spring- board of

Compassion, of Divine Love, of Mercy, of Truth, of Loving Kindness, etc. Such is your inner power and strength of your Qualb. The Almighty thus reveals to you: HQ 108: 1 To you have We Granted the Fount of Abundance. (Al Kawthar - The Purified blemishless heart of Man, the Inner Heart, the Qualb, the Fount or Instrument of prayerful worship.) ( Per Yusuf Ali ( i.e. Granted thus, to all sincere men and women who are committed to Allah and which is the heavenly fountain of unbounded Grace (Rahumath) and Knowledge (Ilm), Mercy and Goodness, Truth (Haq) and Wisdom, Spiritual Power and Insight as was granted to the Prophet) HQ 108: 2 Therefore to your Lord Turn in Prayer and Sacrifice. (i.e. To those committed to Allah in adoration and thanksgiving, who have sacrificed the Duniya (The World and Lust) HQ 108: 3 For he who hateth Thee, He ( Allah ) will be cut off ( From Future Hope). HQ 2: 149 And whence thou comest forth, Oh Muhammad, turn thy face towards the Inviolable Place of Worship.
HQ 2: 150 Whence so ever thou comest forth, turn Thy face towards the Inviolable Place of Worship. (Note: The Inviolable Place of Worship on the level of Shariah, is the Qibla , the Kaaba. On the level of Haqeeka and Maarifa, the Inviolable Place of Worship also means the Pure Qualb, the Inner Heart of Man.) HQ 73: 2-20 Keep vigil the Night Long, Save a little -a half thereof, Or about a little thereof -or add a little thereto, And chant the Quran in measure (with meaning ). For We shall charge you with a word of weight. Leave Me to deal with the deniers, Lords of ease and comfort (in this life), And do thou respite them for awhile.

HQ 73: 20 Thy Lord knowest how you keepest vigil. Sometimes nearly two- thirds of the Night; Or sometimes half, or a third thereof As do a party of those with thee. Allah measures the Night and the Day. He knoweth that you count it not And He turneth unto you in Mercy. Recite then of the Quran, That which is easy for you. He knoweth that there are sick folk among you, While others travel in the land in search of Allahs bounty, And others such are fighting for the cause of Allah. So recite of it, that which is easy for you, And establish worship and pay the poor due, And lend unto Allah a goodly loan. Whatsoever you send before you for your soul, You will surely find it with Allah, Better and greater in recompense. And seek forgiveness of Allah. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
HQ 51: 15-58 Lo! Those who keep from evil Will dwell among gardens and water springs. Taking that which their Lord giveth them. For Lo! aforetimes they were doers of good. They used to sleep but little of the night. And ere the dawning of each day would seek forgiveness. And in their wealth, the beggar and the outcast had a share. And in the earth are portents for those whose faith is sure. And also in yourselves; can you not see ? I created the Jinn and the humankind, But only that they might worship Me. I seek no livelihood from them. Nor do I ask that they should feed Me. Lo! Allah it is that giveth livelihood; The Lord of Unbreakable Might. HQ 66: 6-8 Oh you who believe, Ward off from yourselves and your families , A fire whereof the fuel is men and stones,

Over which are sent Angels strong, severe, Who resisteth not Allah In that which they are commanded. Oh you who believe, Turn unto Allah in sincere repentance! It may be that your Lord will remit from your evil deeds And bring you unto gardens underneath which rivers flow On the day when Allah will not abase the Prophet And those who believe with him. Their Light will run before them and on their right hands. They will say Oh Lord, perfect our Light for us, and forgive us ! Lo ! Thou art able to do all things.
HQ 4:1 Oh Mankind, be careful of your duty to your Lord Who created you from a single soul and from it, Created its mate, and from them twain, Had spread aboard a multitude of men and women.
HQ 5:35 Oh you who believe, Be mindful of your duty to Allah, And seek the way of approach unto Him, And strive in His way In order that you may succeed. HQ 49: 11-12 Oh you who believe, Let not a folk deride a folk Who may be better than they are, Nor let women deride Who may be better than they are; Neither defame one another Nor insult one another by nicknames; Bad is the name of Lewdness after Faith. And whoso turneth not in repentance, Such are the evil doers. Oh you who believe ! Shun much suspicion ; For Lo! some suspicion is a crime. And spy not, Neither backbite one another. Would one of you love to eat the flesh of his dead brother ? You abhor that ( so abhor the other).

And keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is relenting, Merciful. HQ 47:7 33 Oh you who believe ; If you help Allah, He will help you And make your foothold firm. Oh you who believe ! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger And render not your action vain.
HQ 46:15 33 And We have commended unto Man, Kindness towards Parents. His Mother beareth him with reluctance And the weaning of him is thirty months, Till when he attaineth full strength And reacheth forty years, He saith Arouse me that I may give thanks for the favour Wherewith Thou has favoured me and my Parents That I may do right and acceptable unto Thee. And be gracious unto me in the matter of my seed. Lo! I have turned unto Thee repentant ; And Lo! I am of those who surrender unto Thee. HQ 46:32 And whosoever respondeth not to Allahs summons He can nowise escape in the earth, And you can find no protecting friends instead of Him Such are in error manifest. HQ 46:33 Have they not seen That Allah who created the Heavens and the Earth Was not wearied by their creation, Is able to give life to the dead ? Aye, He is able to do all things. HQ 33: 2- 41 And follow that which is inspired in you from your Lord. Lo ! Allah is aware of what you do. And put your trust in Allah,

For Allah is sufficient as Trustee ! Lo ! Men who Surrender unto Allah And Women who Surrender, And Men who Believe, And Women who Believe, And Men who Obey And Women who Obey And Men who Speak the Truth And Women who speak the Truth And Men who persevere in Righteousness And Women who persevere And Men who are Humble And Women who are Humble, And Men who give Alms And Women who give Alms And Men who Fast And Women who Fast, And Men who guard their Modesty And Women who guard their Modesty, And Men who Remember Allah Much, And Women who Remember Allah hath prepared for them Forgiveness And a vast reward. Oh you who believe ! Remember Allah with much Remembrance. HQ 3 : 200 Oh you who believe ! Endure : Outdo all others in Endurance, Be ready, and observe your duty to Allah, In order that you may succeed ! HQ 31:12 19 And verily We gave Luqman, Wisdom, Saying Give thanks to Allah; And whosoever giveth thanks, He giveth thanks for the good of his soul. And whosoever refuseth, Lo! Allah is the Absolute Owner of Praise ; And We enjoineth upon Man concerning his Parents His mother beareth him in weakness upon weakness And his weaning is in two years, And give thanks unto Me and unto thy Parents, Unto Me is the journeying. Oh my dear Son ! Lo though it be in weight of a mustard seed,

And though it be in a rock, Or in the Heavens or in the Earth ; Allah will bring it forth ; Allah is Subtile, Aware. Turn not thy cheek in scorn towards Folks, Nor walk with pertness in the land, Allah loveth not each braggart boaster. Be modest in Thy bearing, and subdue thy voice ; Lo ! The harshest of all voices is the voice of the Ass.
HQ 18 : 2 Restrain thyself along with those who cry unto their Lord, At morn and evening, seeking His Countenance ; And let not your eyes overlook them , Desiring the pomp of the life of the world ; And obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, Who followeth his own lust, And whose case has been abandoned. HQ 11: 112-113 And tread through the Straight Path ( Sirath ) As you are commanded, And those who turn unto Allah with you, and transgress not : Lo ! He is Seer of what you do. And incline not towards those who do wrong, Lest the fire toucheth you ; And you have no protecting friend against Allah, And afterwards you will be helped. HQ 107: 2-7 Hast thou observed him who belieth religion ? That is, who repelleth the orphan And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. Ah woe unto the worshippers, Who are heedless of their prayers, Who would be seen (at worship) Yet refuse small kindness ! HQ 2:77 The Alms are only for the poor and the needy, And those who collect them,

And whose hearts are to be reconciled, And to free the captives, and the debtors , And for the cause of Allah. Allah is Knower, Wise. HQ 9: 129 Now, if they turn away, Oh Muhammad, pray Allah sufficieth me. There is no God save Him. In Him I have put my trust. He is the Lord of the Tremendous Throne.
HQ 7: 175-205 Recite unto them The Tale of him to whom We gave our Revelations, But he sloughed them off. So satan overtook him, And he became of those led astray. And had We willed, We could have raised him by their means: But he clung to the earth And followed his own lust. Therefore his likeness is as the likeness of a dog; If you attackest him, He panteth with his tongue out ; And if you leavest him, He panteth with his tongue out; Already have We urged into Hell, Many of the Jinns and humankind, Having hearts wherewith conscience, They understand not; And having eyes wherewith they see not; And having ears wherewith they hear not; These are as the cattle Nay ! But they are worse ! They are neglectful. ( So ) Allahs are the Fairest Names ( Asma ul- Husna ) Invoke Him by them. And leave the company of those who blaspheme His Names; They will be requitted what they do. And do thou, Oh Muhammad , Remember thy Lord within thyself, Humbly and with awe, below thy breath, At morn and evening. ( silent zikr )

And be thou not of the Neglectful. (Read: Vol. 3 Wisdom of the Divine on Silent Remembrance or Zikr ). HQ 6: 70 And forsake those who take their religion for a pastime and a jest, And whom the life of the world beguileth , Remind (mankind) Hereby, Lest a soul be destroyed by what it earneth. These are they who perish by their own desserts.
HQ 6: 107-163 Follow that which is inspired in you from your Lord. There is no God save Him. And turn away from the idolaters. Pray, Lo ! My worship and my sacrifice, And my life and my death are for Allah, The Lord of the Universe. HQ 2:149 And whence thou comest forth ( for prayer ) Oh Muhammad, turn thy face Towards the Inviolable Place of Worship (Qibla). HQ 2:150 Whence so ever thou comest forth Turn thy face towards the Inviolable Place of Worship. (Qualb)

THE CREATORS REVEALED WARNING, TO YOU THE CREATED, WHEN HE GAVE YOU, YOUR SOUL IN TRUST.
These Revealed Warnings as Commandments are unto you, yourself, by your very own Creator, coming from the Almighty as Quranic Revelations, and who has entrusted you with His Spirit of Command, as your soul (Ruh). Your soul, your Ruh is a piercing ray of life from your Creator, who in His Mercy and Compassion entrusts you with His own Light of Consciousness or His Noor. This is the Creators own Pure Consciousness and His Intelligence, which He sends down as His Spirit into you, the Created as your unique, one of a kind Life Form, your own Soul or Ruh. Let the Almighty Creator reveal in the Holy Quran the entrustment of a particle of His Spirit which you breathe in, as a piercing ray of Life. By the Heavens and the Morning Star ! Ah. What will tell thee what the Morning Star is ! The piercing Star ! No human soul hath but a guardian over it. (HQ- 86:1-4)

Who made all things good which He created, and He began the creation of man from clay ; Then He made the seed from a draught of despised fluid ; Then He fashioned him and breathed into him of His Spirit, and appointed for you, your hearing and your sight and heart. Small thanks give ye. (HQ- 32:7-9) (Note: You carry with you, you carry in you, His Spirit of Life, uniquely your own soul.) He it is who gave you life. Then He will cause you to die, and then give you life again. Lo ! man is ever an ingrate. ( HQ- 22:66 ) And remember when thy Lord said unto the Angels : Lo ! I am creating a mortal of black mud altered; So when I have made him, and breathed into him of My Spirit, do you fall down, prostrating yourselves unto him . (HQ-15:28-29) (Note: His Spirit is your unique soul.) A soul will know what it has sent before it, and what left behind. Oh man! What had made thee careless concerning thy Lord, the Bountiful, Who created thee, then fashioned thee, then proportioned thee ? Into whatsoever form He will casteth thee. Nay, but ye deny the Judgment ( of the Creator who casteth your soul ) Lo ! there are above you Guardians, Generous and recording, Who know all that you do.. (HQ-82 :512) Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgement is ! Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgement is! A day on which no soul hath powerat all for any other soul. The absolute command on that Day is Allahs.(HQ-82:17-19) Lo ! We revealed it on the Night of Power. Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is! The Night of Power is better than a thousand Nights. The Angels and the Spirit descend therein, with the permission of their Lord, with all decrees. That Night is Peace, (Salam - Islam) until the rising of the dawn. (HQ-97:1-5) ...Such are the limits imposed by Allah; and whosoever transgresseth Allahs limits, he verily wrongeth his soul. (HQ- 65 :1) Let him who hath abundance, spend of his abundance. And he whose provision is measured, let him spend of that which Allah has given him. Allah asketh nought of any soul; save that which He has given it. Allah will vouchsafe after hardship, ease. (HQ65:7) No calamity befalleth, save by Allahs leave. And whosoever believeth in Allah, He guideth his heart. And Allah is Knower of all things. (HQ-64:11) Oh you who believe ! Lo ! among your wives and children, there are enemies for you ( eg: Eve, an enemy to Adam ). Therefore beware of them. And if you efface and overlook and forgive. Then Lo ! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. Your wealth and your children are only a temptation, whereas Allah, with Him is an immense reward. So keep thy duty to Allah as best as you can, and listen, and obey, and spend ; that is better for

your souls. And whosoever is saved from his own greed, such are the successful. (HQ-64:14-16) And spend of that wherewith We have provided you before death cometh unto one of you, and he saith : My Lord ! If only Thou wouldst reprieve me for a little while, then I would give alms and be among the righteous. But Allah reprieveth no soul, when its term cometh, and Allah is aware of what you do. (HQ-63:10-11) It is most hateful in the sight of Allah that you say that which you do not. ( lying ) (HQ61:3) Oh you who believe! Shall I show you a commerce that will save you from a painful doom? You should believe in Allah and His Messenger, and strive for the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is better for you, if you did but know. He will forgive your sins and bring you into Gardens, underneath which rivers flow That is the Supreme Triumph. And He will give you another blessing which you will love; help from Allah and present victory. Oh ye who believe! Be Allahs helpers, even as Jesus, son of Mary, said unto the disciples: Who are My helpers? They said: We are Allahs helpers. (they spread the Teachings ) (HQ-61:10-14)
Oh you who believe! Observe your duty to Allah. And let every soul look to that which it hath senteth on before for the morrow. And observe your duty to Allah. Lo ! Allah is aware of what ye do. And be not ye as those who forgot Allah; Therefore He caused them to forget their souls. Such are the evil doers. (HQ-59:18) Not equal are the owners of the Fire and the owners of the Garden. The owners of the Garden, they are the victorious. (HQ-59:20) We verily created man, and We know what his soul whispereth to him ; and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein. And when the two Receivers receive him, seated on the right and on the left, He uttereth no word, but there is with him an observer ready. And the agony of death cometh in truth. And it is said unto him, This is what thou was wont to shun. And the Trumpet is blown. This is the threatened Day. And every soul cometh along with it a driver and a witness. (HQ-50:16-21) And the Garden is brought nigh for those who kept from evil, no longer distant. (And it is said) : This is that which ye were promised. It is for every penitent and heedful one. Who feareth the Beneficent in secret and commeth with a contrite heart. Enter it in Peace. This is the day of Immortality. (HQ-50:31-34) Lo ! therein verily is a reminder for him who hath a Heart , or giveth ear with full intelligence. (HQ-50:37)

Lo ! Those who swear allegiance unto thee (Oh Muhammad), swear allegiance only to Allah. The Hand of Allah is above their heads. So whosoever breaketh his oath, breaketh it only to his souls hurt ; while whosoever keepeth his covenant with Allah, on him will He bestow immense rewards. (HQ-48:10} Whoso doeth right, it is for his soul, and whoso doeth wrong, it is against it. And afterwards unto your Lord, you will be brought back. (HQ-45:15) And Allah hath created the heavens and the earth with Truth. And that every soul maybe repaid what it hath earned. And they will not be wronged. Hast thou seen him who maketh his desire, his god, and Allah sendeth him astray purposely, and sealeth up his hearing, and his heart, and setteth on his sight a covering? Then who will heed him after Allah hath condemned him? Will ye then not heed? And they say : There is naught but our life of the world; we die and we live, and naught destroyeth us save time ; when they have no knowledge whatsoever of all that; they do but guess. (HQ-45:22-24) Oh My Slaves ! For you, there is no fear this day, nor is it you who grieve ; Ye who believed Our Revelations and were self-surrendered, Enter the Garden, ye and your wives, to be made glad. Therein are brought round for them trays of gold and goblets, and therein is all that souls desire and eyes find sweet. And you are immortal therein. This is the Garden which you are made to inherit because of what ye used to do. (HQ43:68-72}
Lo ! the guilty are immortal in hells torment. It is not relaxed for them, and they despair therein. We wronged them not, but they it was who did the wrong. (HQ-43:74-76) The Exalter of Ranks, the Lord of the Throne. He casteth the Spirit of His Command upon whom He will of his slaves, that He may warn of the Day of Meeting. The day when they come forth, nothing of them being hidden from Allah. Whose is the Sovereignty this day? It is Allahs, the One, the Almighty. This Day is each soul requitted that which it hath earned; no wrong (is done} this day. Lo ! Allah is swift at reckoning. (HQ-40:15-17)
Lo ! We have revealed unto thee Muhammad, the Scripture for mankind with Truth. Then whosoever goeth right it is for his soul, and whosoever strayeth, strayeth only to its ( souls ) hurt. And thou art not a warder over them. Allah receiveth mens souls at the time of their death, and that soul which dieth not( is yet ) in its sleep. He keepeth that soul for which He hath ordained death (in Him) and dismisseth the rest till an appointed term. Lo ! herein verily are portents for people who take thought. (HQ-39:4142)

And no burdened soul can bear anothers burden, and if one heavily laden crieth ( for help ) with his load, naught of it will be lifted, even though (unto whom he crieth) be of kin. Thou warnest only those who fear their Lord in secret, and have established worship. He who growth in goodness, growth only for himself. He cannot by his merit, redeem others. Unto Allah is the journeying. The blind man is not equal with the seer; Nor is darkness tantamount to light ; Nor is the shadow equal with the suns full heat; Nor are the living equal with the dead. Lo ! Allah maketh whom He will to hear. Thou canst not reach those who are in the graves. (HQ-35:18-22)
And if We had so willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me concerning evildoers took effect; that I will fill hell with the jinn and mankind together. So taste the evil of your deeds. For as much as you forgot the meeting of this your Day ; Lo ! We forget you. Taste the doom of immortality ( in hell } because of what ye used to do. Only those who believe in Our Revelations who, when they are reminded of them, fall down prostrate and hymn the praise of their Lord, and they are not scornful. Who forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and in hope, and spend of that We have bestowed on them. No soul knows what is kept hid for them of joy as a reward for what they used to do. (HQ-32: 13-17)
Your creation and your raising (from the dead) are only as the creation and the raising of a single soul. Lo ! Allah is Hearer, Knower. (HQ-31:28)
Lo ! Allah with Him is knowledge of the Hour. He sendeth down the rain, and knoweth that which is in the wombs. No soulknoweth what it will earn Tomorrow, and no soul knoweth in what land it will die. Lo ! Allah is Knower, Aware. (HQ-31:34) But it is clear Revelation in the Hearts of those who have been given knowledge, and none deny Our Revelations, save wrong-doers. (HQ-29:49) Oh ! My Bondsmen who believe ! Lo ! My earth is spacious. Therefore serve Me only. Every soul will taste of death ; Then unto Us you will be returned. (HQ-29:56-57) Whosoever giveth thanks ( to Allah ) , he only giveth thanks for the good of his own soul ; and whosoever is ungrateful, is ungrateful to his own souls hurt. (HQ-27:40) Say : I (Muhammad ) am commanded to serve the Lord of this Land which He hath hallowed, and unto whom all things belong : and I am commanded to be of those who surrender (unto Him ). And (commanded) to recite the Quran. And whosoever goeth right, goeth right only for the good of his own soul; and as for him who goeth astray ( unto him ) Say : Lo ! I am only a warner. (HQ-27:91-92)

And We task not any soul beyond its scope ; And with Us is a record, which seeketh the Truth and of this Quran and they will not be wronged. Nay, but their hearts are in ignorance of this (Quran) ; and they have other works besides, which they are doing. (HQ-23:62-63) And when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. Then those whose scales are heavy; they are the successful. And those whose scales are light, are those who lose their souls, in hell abiding. (HQ-23:101-103) Deemed ye then that We had created you for Naught ? And that you would not be returned to Us ? (HQ-23:115) Have they not traversed in the land, and have they hearts wherewith to feel, and ears wherewith to hear? For its not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the hearts, which are within their bosoms, that grow blind ! (HQ-22:46) And He it is who gave you life, then He will cause you to die, and then will give you life ( again ) Lo ! man is ever an ingrate. (HQ-22:66) We appointed immortality for no mortal before thee. What ? If thou diest, can they be mortal ! Every soul must taste of death, and We try you with evil and with good for ordeal. And Unto Us you will be returned. (HQ-21:34-35)
And We set a just balance for the Day of Resurrection so that no soul is wronged in aught though it be the weight of a grain of mustard seed, We bring it. And We sufficieth it for reckoners. And We verily gave Moses and Aaron the Criterion ( of right and wrong) and a Light, and a Reminder for those who kept from evil. (HQ-21:47-48)
Lo ! those unto whom kindness had gone forth before from Us, they will be far removed from thence. They will not hear the slightest sound thereof, while they abide in that which their souls desire. The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the Angels will welcome them, (saying) : This is your Day which you were promised ; The Day when We shall roll up the Heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. It is a promise, binding upon Us. Lo ! We are to perform it. And verily We have written in the Scripture, after the Reminder, My righteous slaves shall inherit the earth. (HQ-21:101-105) Lo ! the Hour is surely coming. But I will keep it hidden, that every soul may be rewarded for that which it striveth ( to achieve). (HQ-20:15) And every mans augury have We fastened to his own neck, and We shall bring forth for him on the Day of Resurrection a book which he will find wide open. ( And it shall be said unto him ) : Read thy Book. Thy soul sufficeth as reckoner against thee this day.

Whosoever goeth right, it is only for the good of his own soul that he goeth right, and whomsoever erreth, erreth only to its hurt. No burdened soul can bear anothers load. We never punish until We have sent a Messenger. (HQ-17:13-15) Whosoever is blind here ( spiritually blind ) will be blind in the Hereafter ; and yet further from the road. (HQ-17:73) ( Prayer ) And say ( pray ) ; My Lord ! Cause me to come in with a firm incoming and to go out with a firm outgoing ; And give me from Thy Presence a Sustaining Power. (HQ-17:80) ( Silent Zikr : Inhale Ill Allah, exhale La Illaaha. ) They will ask thee concerning the Spirit. Say : The Spirit is by Command of My Lord and of Knowledge. You have been vouchsafed but little (of knowledge ). (HQ-17:85) He sendeth down the Angels with His Spirit of Command unto whom He will of His bondsmen, saying Warn mankind, that there is No God Save ME ; So keep your duty unto ME. (HQ-16:2) He hath created man from a drop of fluid, yet behold He is an open opponent. (HQ16:4) Your God is One God. But for those who believe not in the Hereafter, their hearts refuse to know, for they are proud. (HQ-16:22)
( Surah Al - Hud ) And all that We relate unto thee of the story of the Messengers is in order that thereby We make make firm thy heart. And herein hath cometh unto thee the Truth and an exhortation and a reminder for believers.(HQ- 11:120) ( Surah An - Yunus) It is not for any soul to believe say by the permission of Allah. He hath set uncleanliness ( of the soul ) upon those who have no sense. (HQ-10:101) Say : Oh mankind ! Now hath the Truth from they Lord come unto you. So whosoever is guided, is guided only for ( the good of ) his soul , and whosoever erreth, erreth only against it. And I (Allah) am not a warder over you. (HQ-10:109 ) There doth every soul experience that which it did aforetime, and they are returned unto Allah, their rightful Lord, and that which they used to invent hath failed them. (HQ10:13) ( Surah An Araf -Heights ) And as for those whose scale is light ; those are they who lose their souls, because they disbelieved Our Revelations. (HQ-7:9)

.Say unto the disbelievers : Travel in the land, and see the nature of the consequence for the rejecters! Say : Unto whom belongeth whatsoever is in the heaven and the earth ? Say : Unto Allah. He hath prescribed for Himself Mercy, that He may bring you all together to a Day, whence there is no doubt. Those who ruin their own souls will not believe. (HQ-6:11-12) Say : Shall I seek another than Allah for Lord, when He is Lord of all things ? Each soul earneth only on its own account ; nor doth any laden (soul ) bear anothers load . (HQ-6:165) On the Day when every soul will find itself confronted with all that it had done of good, and all that it had done of evil, every soul will long that there might be a mighty space of distance between it and that (evil ). (HQ-3:30) (Surah Al- Baqara ) ( Note : Revelation of God is to your heart. ) Say (Oh Muhammad to mankind ) : Who is an enemy to Gabriel ! For he it is who hath revealed (this Scripture ) to thy heart by Allahs leave, confirming that which was revealed before it, and as guidance and glad tidings to believers. ! (HQ-2:97) And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah dead. Nay, they are living, only you perceive not. (HQ-2:154) And guard yourselves against a day in which you will be brought back to Allah. Then every soul will be paid in full, that which it had earned, and they will not be wronged. ( Judgment Day ) (HQ-2:281)

It is the Formless, Non Physical, Subtle embodiment of your life in which is implanted the Ninety Nine attributes of the Creator, the Asmaul Husna, housed in the Purity of your melting, contrite Heart or Qualb. Your Creator who is the very embodiment of those Ninety-Nine Attributes or Names such as Compassion, Mercy, Justice and Love, entrusts you with a particle of His Light, the Noor, which is His Light of Consciousness and Intelligence. Your Soul is thus a particle, a mere dot of His Effulgent Light of Life, and when it is gifted to you in Trust to you alone, it becomes your very own, Unique, One of a kind Ruh or Soul, your very life. Thus your life is a particle of His Ray of Life,

which to your higher Luminous Wisdom is the Creator Himself within your Life, without which there is no life. When you attempt to analyze this Power of Life within, you need to understand the Miracle, the Wonder, the Magnitude and Potency of this Particle of Light, which on a deeper understanding and meditative contemplation is the Creator Himself. The Quran reveals, Haq Allah , Allah Haq the Truth is Allah and Allah is the Truth, which only He is competent to utter, none else but He, as I am the Truth. When, and if you try to understand your unique consciousness and intelligence, your distinct power of perception, cognition, awareness, intellect, knowledge, analytical intelligence and your enlightening Luminous Wisdom are inherent in you. Your own conscience, the human in you, to decide the right and the wrong, your power of memory and recall, the power of thought involving a quadrillion of illusive thoughts plaguing your mind, your power of orientation, study and motivation, all of which are emplacated in the Arsh, the Apex of your head containing the thirty-five billion nerve endings in your brain. - Compiled by the Serendib Sufi Study Circle (Incorporated ) Sri Lanka.
THE REVEALED QURANIC CO MMANDMENT for the Daily ZIKR or the REMEMBRANCE of ALLAH, Your Quranic Duty.
Allah provides the very words for your Daily Supplication to Him ( Chapter 17, The Children of Israel. H.Q.) Commandments: Establish worship at the going down of the sun until the dark of the night, and ( the recital of ) the Quran at dawn. Lo ! ( the recital of ) the Quran at dawn is ever witnessed. ( V.78 ) And some part of the night awake for it; a largess for thee. It maybe that thy Lord will raise thee to a praised estate ( V. 79)

And say ( pray); My Lord ( Ya Allah) cause me to come in with a firm Incoming ( ILALLAH) and to go out with a firm Outgoing, ( LA ILLAHA). And give me from Thy Presence a Sustaining POWER. ( V. 80 ) And say ( pray ); Truth hath come and falsehood hath vanished away ( from me ). Lo ! Falsehood is ever bound to vanish. ( V 81 )
Instructions by our Beloved Sheikh, Bawa Muhammad Rahim: When doing the Daily Zikr The selfsame Zikrs attached, are for the three Types of Zikr, for current use. They are: 1. Zikr Jali 2. Zikr Qualbi 3. Zikr Ruhi 1. Zikr Jali : - is recited loud by the Mouth. This is for the Dunya, which causes your afflictions and the troubles which beset you; for sickness and pain, etc, etc. This is asking your Maker to free you from them. This may be said in congregation with your Niyath or Intention, which must be made at the time the Zikr is recited or uttered. 2. Zikr Qualbi : - the Silent Zikr of the Haqeekath Stage, the HAQ. This is the self same Zikr, when uttered silently with the meanings which you understand , with lips closed, with only the tip of the Tongue Moving, like the vibrating tongue of a flute, focusing on, with deep concentration on two points, that are: (i ) say a point of Light, just above your forehead, which you see with your half closed eye- movement. This is your own NOOR. You must intend or have Niyath, to draw in your own Light, the Noor, with your inward breath; inhale, as being drawn through your right nostril, through to the apex of your Head, the Arsh, to be thrust down to your Heart or Qualb, to enlighten it with your own NOOR. The constant practice of this technique, lights up not only your heart, but every part of your being, as time goes on. The thrust inwards is uttered by the Kalima, ILALLAH ( You are Allah ). Know the meanings of the words of the Zikr. (2 ) the second point of concentration when the IL ALLAH is flowing in, is your Heart, the Qualb, to which your one pointed concentration now moves, and is your intense focus at that point. You intend your Heart, the Qualb to receive Your Noor to all parts of your being, thus illuminating your entire being. This cannot be done in a few days, months or years of practice. It needs your Will, your Determination, your Effort, your Belief and your Faith for this practice. As you proceed, you will experience the effect of your Zikr, little by little. Such experience will be your own unique secret experience. Thus, begins the dawning of your Light at Fajr as in the Surah Inna Anzaina, from the darkness of the night. As you proceed on this path of enlightenment, Bawangal, wants you to observe the slight changes or experiences, as you begin to master this technique. You will feel a slight heaviness of your forehead, or a slight twitching of your eyes, or your body begins a slight feeling Poorikrasu (a tingling sensation). You feel a slight movement of your body hairs up and down, or

have a feeling that an ant is moving or crawling upwards, or you feel a sense of elation or happiness or a slight vibration of your Qualb. These will be your own unique experiences and are not comparable to anybody elses. So do not talk about them or boast about these experiences. Only Time, however long, will tell of your progress, till your enlightenment dawns. Constantly focus your attention on your Light with Feeling and Emotion and Love ( Ohappu ) for your Maker. (3) If you inhale with your right nostril, you have to expel the air within, with your left nostril, saying Nee Po, meaning the bad and the evil within you. Saying Get Out, you exhale the air with the left nostril. This exhaled air must be intended by you, to arise from the toes, moving through your body, your mouth and vicious tongue , your hands and your Qualb, to the apex of your head, the Arsh and pushed out firmly from your left nostril. And you order it to get out . When the air arises, you intend that it carries with it, the evils, the sins committed by your legs, your hands, your tongue and your body; your sins that include the hurting of another by your legs, hands, body and mouth, and most important the evil of Satan in your heart, such as your backbiting someone, your resenting someone, speaking ill of someone, hurting someone, being jealous of someone, your hatred, your malice, your greed, your attachments to the world in so many ways, your anger, your animal qualities ( Haiwaniyath), your pompous arrogance, your egotistic I consciousness, ( I am great ), which is Allahs enemy and your enemy within. This is the enemy which caused Adams fall and is the enemy of God and of yourself, within you, and was the downfall of Ibliss, Satan. Therefore, beware of your downfall, however high you may rise. Therefore, intend with every breath to remove this poison in you, by the constant formula given to you by Your Maker, Allah, by saying, Aoodubillahi Minnush Shaitan nir Rajeem. This killer "I" consciousness will cause your doom, if you do not eliminate it before you pass away. By way of explanation, this formula La Illaha , is for the purification of your Qualb and your being, before your Light can come in to enlighten you by the formula, "ILALLAH" with your inward breath. Thus, begins your slow enlightenment determined by you, and intently and intensely practiced by you alone. This is the Zikr Qualb, and is done from your Qualb or Heart, for the Haqeeketh stage, where you identify your Haq, - the Absolute Truth as HAQ ALLAH and ALLAH HAQ, in your Qualb. This is the emplacement of the TRUTH in your Heart. Thus, you realize HAQ ALLAH The Truth is Allah and ALLAH HAQ Allah is the Truth. And Mansoor ibn Hallaj realized ANNAL HAQ meaning I am the TRUTH , ANNAL HAQ , for which utterance, he was put to death. For ordinary, unrealized mortals, this utterance is forbidden on pain of death. 3. Zikr Ruhi : - the self same Zikr Qualbi arises from your Qualb or your purified Heart. If you have now attained the stage of uttering this heartfelt Zikr by yourself, you

move to the higher stage of uttering the Zikr from your Ruh, or your Soul. It will be your Ruh which you shall make to recite the Zikr and the Zikr is made to originate from your Ruh, your Soul, uttering the Zikr with meaning, with Ohoppu or Love for Allah. This Zikr gives a sense of elation and ecstasy, a feeling of intense joy when you commune with Your Maker, the Indweller. This stage is the MAARIFA stage, which takes your considerable time; intense effort and deep concentration;, will and determination; and most important, a most gracious LOVE for Your MAKER, from your melting heart, made pure and holy by you. The Quran calls upon you to turn your face towards your Inviolable Place of Worship, your Purified Qualb, your Heart, when doing the ZIKR QUALBI and the ZIKR RUHI. Note: H.Q. 2. 149: And whence thou comest forth, Oh Muhammad, turn thy face towards the inviolable place of worship , ( The Qibla ). The very next line in the Quran says: H.Q. 2.150: Whence thou comest forth, Turn thy face towards the Inviolable Place of worship ( Your Purified Qualb, which now becomes Inviolable by Satan ; the Dunya, the Animalism, your every bad quality, that you had carried earlier. ) ( Bawanga`s Zikr which you must do, is set out in Teachings).
