Purpose of Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial accounting and reporting requirements, while providing organizational and administrative leadership for the financial and fiduciary operations of the business. These responsibilities include analysis of funding requirements and present financial reports, on-time, in full and correct. This position plays a vital role for developing in depth knowledge for CEO to monitor, challenge and improve cash and margins. Objectives

This role will have 6 objectives (Key Performance Indicators) that will be agreed upon between the incumbent and CEO. These objectives will be reviewed on an annual basis and are linked to the annual performance & development appraisal and form part of the Profit & Performance Based Bonus Scheme (PPBBS). 3.0 Key Tasks & Responsibilities Roles 4.0 Look after day to day accounting & processes Manage all financial and accounting Reporting requirements i.e. monthly , P&L, Balance sheet and cash forecast, monthly actual , Balance sheet and cash position Compare actual with Budget (forecast) on a monthly basis Liaise with local bankers Look after VAT & other tax requirements Manage all expense reports, Advances, Petty cash etc. Competencies Proficiency Rating Required Basic Sound Advanced Expert x x x x x x x x x

Essential

Good English both spoken and written Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce Qualified to CPA level (or equivalent) Good understanding of taxation expectancy Thailand Experience work in ISO:9001 environment
