STATE OF ALABAMA MACON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT WARRANT TO ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER WITHIN THE STATE OF ALABAMA:

Affidavit in suppo of appllcati for a search warrant having been made before me, and the Court finding that grounds for the issuance of a seerch warrant exist or that there is probable cause to believ, that they exist you are hereby ordered and authorized to forthwith search: THE FOLLOWING PLACE: Quincy's 777 Casino located at Victoryland, 8680 County Road 40, Shorter, Alabama, a photo of which Is attached to the Application For Search Warrant, to include any area within the proper buildings located on the curtilage of the same in which records of illegal gambling activities or illegal gambling devices or slot machines can be stored. Authorization is also granted for the search of any office space, public or private areas, used by, leased by or otherwise controlled by Victoryland and/or Quincy's 777. or any associate or employee thereof. Furthermore, a forensic search is hereby authorized of any computers, and digital media equipment if suspected of facilitating gambling activity and said forensic search may occur at a site located away from Victoryland and/or Quincy's 777 as soon as practical. With regard to any such equipment seized, note attachments entitled Specifics of Search and Seizure of Computer Systems. Search Methodology To Be Employed; and Description of Items To Be Seized AND TO SEIZE THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY SHOULD IT BE FOUND Evidence of violations of Amendment 744 to the Alabama CoristltUt" any evidence of violations of the Code of Alabama, to wit Possession of Illegal Gambling Devices 13Al2-27, Promoting Gambling 13A-12-22, Conspiracy to Promote Gambling 13A-1223; Possession of Gambling Records 13A-12-24, Items subject to forfeiture under 13A-12-30; and all items listed on Attachment B of this Search Warrant. You are further ordered to make a return of this warrant and an inventory of all property seized hereunder to a Judge of the Circuit Court of Macon County within ten (10) days of the issuance of this warrant, as prescribed by law.
