    Pambarangay and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 2. The Lupon adheres or complies to the procedure of issuance of summons as provided for in the provision of Katarungang Pambarangay and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 3. The Lupon complies to the rule in the conduct of conciliation by the Chairman within 15 days before passing it to the Pangkat ng Tagapagkasundo. 4. The Lupon complies with the conduct of conciliation / arbitration by the Pangkat in another 15 days for amicable settlement. 5. The Lupon complies with the rule on the settlement and award in a dispute filed in the Katarungang Pambarangay.
