CHAPTER IV RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS This chapter dealt with the presentation analysis and interpretation of the data

A closer look of the tabulated data shows in Table 1, in year 2007, there were 48 examinees and only 28 of them passed the LET with an institutional passing percentage of 58.33% with the national percentage of 27.55%. In 2008, there were 68 education graduates who took the examination and only 22 of them passed the examination and obtained an institutional passing percentage of 32.33% with the national passing percentage of 30.47%. In 2009, there were six out of 19 education graduates who

passed the examination with an institutional passing percentage of 31.5% with the national passing percentage of 27.36%. In 2010, there were 42 LET takers and only

nine of them passed the examination obtaining an institutional passing percentage of 21.43% with the national passing percentage of 15.40%. In 2011, 96 education

graduates took the LET and only 18 of them passed the examination obtaining an institutional passing percentage of 18.88% with the national passing percentage of 19.22%.

As reflected from Table 2 and its corresponding graph, in year 2007, there were 97 examinees and only 21 of them passed the LET with an institutional passing percentage of 21.65% with the national passing percentage of 29.12%. In 2008, there were 77 education graduates who took the examination and only 20 of them passed the examination and obtained an institutional passing percentage of 25.97% with the national passing percentage of 35.34%. In 2009, there were 13 out of 90 education graduates

who passed the examination with an institutional passing percentage of 12.44% with the national passing percentage of 26.44%. In 2010, there were 79 LET takers and only 20 of them passed the examination obtaining an institutional passing percentage of 25.29% with the national passing percentage of 24.59%. In 2011, 67 education graduates took the LET and only 17 of them passed the examination obtaining an institutional passing percentage of 25.83% with the national passing percentage of 28.87%.
