Products
Since its establishment in 1984, as a leading manufacturer for pipe hangers & supports equipment in Korea, we have supplied high quality products to the Nuclear power plant & other conventional power plant industry.

1. Constant spring hanger

The Constant Spring Hanger has a spring coil compressed in its cylindrical design. It shares the same concept as the Variable Spring Hangers. When the pipe is subjected to vertical movement the Constant Spring Hanger controls internal stress against force being applied to the pipe and so it provides constant support controlled by a specially devised mechanism. Constant Spring Hanger is installed in the main pipeline, where transfer of stress to other supports or equipment can be critical.

5. Hydraulic snubber
Hydraulic Snubber is composed of a cylinder, oil tank and check valve. When the heat displacement rate of the pipe is relatively low in normal conditions, the Hydraulic Snubber allows free thermal movement of the pipe with little resistance. But when sudden impact is applied to the pipes from fluid vortex, wind load or earthquakes, the check valve will close and pistons will stop allowing the Hydraulic Snubber to deliver the impact load to the steel structure to protect the pipe.

2. Variable spring hanger

Variable Spring Hanger has precompressed spring coil in its cylindrical design. When pipe vertical movement occurs due to thermal expansion, the repulsive force of the spring coils will change accordingly. They are typically installed in piping locations with low heat displacement. The strong points of this spring hanger type is its simple design and low price.

6. Mechanical snubber
Mechanical Snubber is composed of ball screw axis, ball screw, f ly wheel and disk brake. When the heat displacement of pipe moves slowly in a normal condition, the ball screw of the mechanical snubber rotates slowly so that the pipe can move f reely. But when the pipe receives sudden impact such as earthquake & etc., the disk brakes is activated and the ball screw axis will stop rotating because the f ly wheel can not execute a sudden rotary motion. The mechanical snubber will deliver the imapact load to the steel structure to protect the pipe.

3. Sway strut
Sway strut constrains the displacement of pipe in one direction while letting it move f reely in another direction. Since spherical bearing is attached, this product can correspond to slight angular motion.

7. Cold support
Cold support is used in LNG, LPG and other petrochemical constructions and can be used in the low temperature area as low as 190c below zero. The material of cold support is mainly polyurethane, compressed & shaped wood to cut of f heat conduction in extremely low temperature, so it protects the pipe by maintaining its intensity.

4. Sway brace
Sway brace suppress the vibration of pipe, absorbs impact loading, guides or constrains the motion of pipe, and holds the pipe in place.

Ensure that all members of staf f and subcontractors are trained in HSE techniques, comply with their HSE responsibilities as def ined in the UNISON Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. HSE Management System. Only select qualif ied subcontractors who are capable of accomplishing highest practical levels of HSE control will be carrying out the task. Conduct rigorous internal and exteral auditing to comply with the requirements of ISO 14001. Carry out regular reviews of our HSE Management System and associated procedures to ensure these are implemented to their maximum potential, and seek continual improvement in all aspects of HSE management.
