Alniro created and implemented the design for all of the BESTSELLER brands web and mobile sites.
BESTSELLER sells its products in 46 markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Canada through more than 2,800 chain stores. BESTSELLER wanted an easy to manage core platform, that could service their international markets whilst empowering each of their subsidiary brands to have their own identity without creating a vast suite of different functional templates. This all made for a creatively demanding project where we knew that one size would not t all. Alniro worked with each of the brands, to dene a vanilla theme which we then rolled out and personalised for each of the 11 brands individually whilst maintaining the same core functional templates.

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) are one of Europes leading tyre retailers. MTS have over 60 UK retail outlets and also sell online via their Protyre.co.uk website. MTS selected Alniro and our partners IQ Cloud (Microsoft System Integrators) to design, build and integrate a new online store. This omni-channel project needed to support multiple brands within one core framework, offer customers same day tting on online orders and integrate with extremely complex back ofce systems. We expect this project to be LIVE by Easter 2014.

B&Q is the largest home improvement and garden centre retailer in the UK and Europe and the third largest in the world.
Alniro have a long standing relationship with B&Q, our Managing Director Tim McMillen was the Lead Designer from day one on the industry leading www.diy.com website. When Tim left B&Q he maintained professional relationships with many of his former colleagues, who have since asked Tim and Alniro to provide consultancy and creative support for a number of MultiChannel projects.

Customer Journey Visualisations Illustration B&Q needed an intuitive way to communicate their new MultiChannel vision for the future of MultiChannel kitchen shopping at B&Q. We facilitated a workshop with key personnel where we dened the current as is process, before proceeding to fully map out B&Qs future vision. Throughout the process we contributed innovative ideas and helped to nd solutions for key business problems. Our nal deliverable was a comprehensive story board of illustrations which were used as a corporate communication tool to show both the new vision and to aid with business change.

We were invited by B&Qs MultiChannel team to present our ideas for the design and development of a content driven Kiosk application that would be used around B&Qs Head Ofce to showcase projects and initiatives that originated out of the MultiChannel team. We produced a suite of visually enticing and engaging concepts that presented a media rich MultiChannel user experience whilst demonstrating sensitivity to the functionality of the Kiosk technology.

I have worked with Alniro, and Tim McMillen specifically, on a central government programme over a number of years. The programme was developing a suite of bespoke IT applications. Tim was responsible for developing the user experience and the resulting style guide.
