Introduction:
All the students will submit their Project Report (in duplicate) within a period of 15 days in the concerned institute; this period shall be counted from the last date of completion of their Project work. Each student will be attached with one internal project guide, with whom they shall be in continuous touch during the period of project work. The internal project guide will be required to evaluate (out of 100 marks) on the basis of the project report and his/her own assessment about the work done by the student. The evaluation of the remaining 100 marks shall be made by external examiner appointed by the University who shall evaluate on the basis of presentation, viva and project report of the students. The total study should be of 60- 70 pages.
Introduction
The introduction provides the students with background information for the research. Its purpose is to establish a framework for the research, so that the students can understand how it is related to other research. The Introduction has multiple purposes, namely to create student interest in the topic, establish the problem that leads to the study, place the study within the larger context of the scholarly literature, and reach out to a specific audience.
Literature Review
The review of previous research accomplishes several purposes. It shares with the student the results of other studies that are closely related to the study being reported, it relates the study to the larger, ongoing dialogue in the literature about the topic, and it provides a framework for establishing the importance of the study. It can serve as a benchmark for comparing the results of the study with other findings.
Methodology
This section specifies the type of research design utilized in the research, such as the approach to data collection, analysis, and report writing. It should detail the context of the research, e.g. type of organization, jurisdiction, indicate how subjects were selected, e.g. random, key informants, discuss techniques for data collection, e.g. interviews, questionnaire, document review, study of case files, and explain the underlying rationale for these decisions. It may be useful to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the chosen design.
Analysis
The analysis compares the findings of the study with benchmarks established in the review of literature. It may point out similarities and differences, agreements and contradictions, and explanations for these relationships. Normally, it will not assume a burden of proof or disproof, nor claim superiority or insights not justified by the small sample size or singularity of the subject or methodology. Cautious conjecture, with appropriate language and solid reasoning, however is encouraged.
DEFINITION
Topic of the research Name of the researcher Name of study center and programme name (e.g.-Project Report submitted to --------------- (study center name) in partial fulfillment of the requirements of ------ (name of programme), validated and awarded by University of .). Date

Introduction
Introduction to research report (to provide necessary information to the student for better understanding and comprehension of the report). Objective and purpose of the report Brief outline of the problems. Main concept used in the study and their theoretical background.
Background
Description of the current situation the context (e.g. Development of organization over time, competitive environment, success and survival factors).
Methodology
How the investigation was carried out. Explain your methodology Justify your choice of analysis tools Refer to theories/models and relevant publications
Objective wise analysis, Micro-analysis, Decodification of data, Tabulation of the data , Classification of Data, Use of graphs, Depiction of Bar diagrams, Histogram and its observation and inferences drawn.
Summary of major observation and recommendations including utility of observations and direction for future research. Conclusion Restate the aim of the report and state how you have achieved it. Present the main findings and key recommendations in a summarized form for the reader's benefit. You should also restate the limitations of the report.
A list of all sources referred to in the report Additional information that supports the findings, conclusions and recommendations
STYLE OF WRITING:
Every chapter must begin on new page. Page numbers are mandatory and should be given at the bottom (centre) Spell checks should be carried out. Diagrams and tables should be numbered as x.x (E.g. Fig. 3.1 for first figure in chapter 3) in the text of the discussion. The length of the Report should be about 100 to 150 pages.
