Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC adds AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE

March 13, 2013

MILWAUKEE (MPA-PPR) -- Today, Chair/CEO, Mary Glass, Milwaukee Professionals Association

LLC, announced another addition to its Smart Growth Signature Initiative - All Hands on Deck, WE CAN.

It is Consumer Protection. It has been added to the Safety Matters Series Suite and will look at discrimination, financial fraud, competition, bias, exploitation, rip-offs/scams, transparency, best practices and accountability.

Special attention is added to the AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE component that affect the public through customer care, customer information sharing, customer electronic health records, insurance selections, intellectual propriety, malpractices, pharmaceuticals, products, and patient navigation for neighborhood-vetted wraparound services. Here we will work to combat government barriers-to-entry - deliberate and not deliberate acts. Urban Health Care with care as its format is crucial. Wisconsin is a "Federally-Facilitated Exchange" that has over 5 million people that will be processed for clearance of the Affordable Health Care insurance full implementation over the next 9 months. Since, Milwaukee is the largest city with over a half-million population, many below the "poverty-level" and many "without" health insurance, MPA LLC has made a commitment to help ensure that "Preparedness" be their priority commitment; with FRAUD of any kind on the front burner.

Recent outreach by Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC to Milwaukee County Department of Aging to introduce PREPAREDNESS to seniors for the Affordable Health Care full implementation set-off a discovery of Discrimination and Bias against a female-owned "for-profit" business. It has also simultaneously uncovered how government employees, elected-appointed-hired, can interfere WRONGFULLY and erode TRUST, opportunity in the marketplace, loss of revenue, loss of security taken advantage of and impact efficacy, loss of confidence in product and services.

This is a form of "Consumer Protection" (advertently OR inadvertently) that is being shared with the federal Financial Fraud Task Force to show how "in-house government operations", whether federalstate-local, can target vulnerable populations such as commercial business owners working in the marketplace and offering needed Affordable Health Care preparedness services for the elderly are disenfranchised. In this case, the evidence is due to bias, DISCRIMINATION, an arbitrary and capricious act and failure to enforce Code of Conduct law. Outreach for monitoring and partnering by MPA Consumer Protection Working Task Force will set the course of Esprit de Corps an interest of unity. It will be coupled with the vigorous civil and criminal enforcement by the federal government to provide tools of engagement for change. We know that some individuals may need to be confronted on a one-by-one basis for compliance. We will start with Milwaukee County.

MPA LLC has adopted and will mirror the goals and expectations of our Consumer Division at the federal level. They include: 1. To FOSTER solution-building with Milwaukee County government and other local organizations for short and long-term planning and channel development that help prevent bias and DISCRIMINATION of all businesses, especially for-profit starting with Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC. 2. To IDENTIFY leaders and organizations for sustainability. 3. To EDUCATE the public and curb victimizing.

4. To STRENGTHEN "people protection" with enhanced civil and criminal enforcement efforts. 5. DISCOURAGEMENTS that impact Quality of Life and Economic Development in Milwaukee, i.e., CDFI funding, CDBG Funding, SBA, banks and credit unions. 3 Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC adds CONSUMER PROTECTION| March 13, 2013

6. To CREATE PARTNERSHIPS through outreach in federal-state-local government agencies, senior centers, People of Color chambers, neighborhood businesses, neighborhood strategic planning groups, neighborhood community-based organizations, business improvement districts, urban health care partners - health practitioners, health providers, insurance and pharmaceutical companies. ================= Just as four years ago Fraud was unleashed on the public in a massive way; with the newness of the Affordable Health Care implementation, we are preparing for the widespread expectation of rip-offs/ scams, fraud and misunderstandings through being PREPARED/Informed. We will announce soon more specifics about implementing PATIENT NAVIGATION helping Milwaukeeans to Walkthrough-the-Maze of Full Implementation. It has been on-HOLD. Our engagement will be for ALL people; but, it will center on those often sought as vulnerable, i.e., seniors, People of Color, Vets, disabled, single parents, young and lower income level citizens - and forprofit businesses at the neighborhood level.

"We have adopted the format given by President Barack Obama's Financial Fraud Task Force." "We will mirror the major concerns shared by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Stuart Delery, Civil Division, during the Consumer Protection Summit, March 3-9, 2013" said Glass.
