Wireless Notice Board

Notice board is an age old object in every School College and office, though it is a very common object and we hardly take notice of its importance but the fact is these institutions will not be same if there is no notice board.

In passed decades all the institutions and offices have atomized and advanced now computers have replaced files on work desk, swap

cards have replaced manual attendance, auto salary debit have replace salary cheques and much more has changed but if you have noticed, notice boards have not changed they still look the same as they were fifty years ago.

Now time has come when notice boards needs a facelift, they need to be transformed in to high-tech notice board to harness the modern technology and meet the demands of todays industry.

Existing System
Large organizations having multiple branches through out the world or country where the notice and announcements are issued from the head office then each branch has to manually receive, print and paste it on the notice board which is time consuming and some time mission

critical notices never reach the destination on time, companies have grown high-tech but the notice display system is still the age old with all the shortcomings which fail to match the modern day requirements.

Proposed System
We propose to build a high-tech modern world electronic notice board which will use all the possible modern world technologies to make the notice display and distribution system an easy affair where no physical presence will be required to display the notice on the notice board, in the proposed system the user can send notice to the notice board through his cell phone, internet or from local LAN. The proposed system will be building a notice board which will be an LCD Screen with multiple sections on it. The Authorized user can send notice to the board to be displayed in each section through any networked computer in the organization and the same is displayed on the board in the specified section. If the user is away from the organization then he can deliver the notice to the notice board through interned after authentication and if the user is on the move and has no internet connectivity even then he can send the notice to the board through SMS from his registered cell phone number where the SMS is received by a GSM Modem attached to the server and the server after authenticating the SMS will deliver it to the Notice board.
